This nail salon is a hidden gem! They abide by appointment times and ask if you like your nails several times before you leave. They want to make you happy! They even offered a picture at the end.. so nice! Michael is the best. If you plan on a design, you can send it in prior to see if they can do it and tell you appropriate time. Some times it shouldn't take 3 hours to do one set of nails. Yes they turned out great but the whole time the employees were laughing and I felt like they were making fun of me. I didn't feel like the company was present. The vibe was bad. My nail lady didn't act like she liked me or wanted to do my nails I showed her a picture and she kinda did what I asked and she kinda did what she wanted. The nails are the wrong length but they are the same shade so I guess it is what it is. I'm just kinda eh about it you know I just wish honestly that my experience didn't take so long that way I didn't have to experience it this long. read more

Surprised there was a business that I was unaware of. So grateful I took my friend's recommendation to go here. We were greeted with smiles and hospitality I would expect in a small town. The place was spotless. Floors and chandeliers were sparkling and never felt like I was in an all-inclusive nail club. A Thank you to everyone working there! Someone mentioned about how they communicated in their native language amongst their selves. I am very familiar with that rudeness but never experienced that here. Wonderful gel and gave my daughter and her friend a great mani while not being blunt and rude to them! They actually treated them as individual clients with respect to their expectations. Absolutely the most uncomfortable I have ever felt getting a manicure and pedicure. The owner was so rude to me, and caused me to feel so anxious and stressed getting my nails done. You would think this would be an a relaxing experience, but this was anything but that. I couldn't wait to get out. Move this move that.. he literally asked me if I've ever had my nails done before.. my job requires me to get my nails done every time I'm working. The most unprofessional, rude nail technician I've ever had to work with. I came here five years ago, and had the exact same experience. Feeling belittled, anxious, and stressed out. His tone is extremely off putting. Having him work with customers is not where he needs to be. If anything he's going to drive customers away, with his horrible attitude. My friend and I went to get our nails done before my graduation for my senior trip. We both have taken American Sign Language at school and that is how we communicate just for practice so we can be better advocates for the deaf community. After my nails were almost done and my friend had her acrylic on but none of her polish/design because she was waiting on the guy doing my nails she went to the bathroom and the guy doing my nails proceeded to fuss at me and tell me that us signing to each other was disrespectful because he didn't understand what we were saying, but when he would talk to his coworkers in their own language we don't understand them. How is it any different? When I went to the bathroom they made fun of my design to my friends face. They finished my nails but refused to do my friends design and gave her the ultimatum that she could have one color or just the tips and clear acrylic. So we both got up and paid, he took our names and numbers so they can refuse service if we ever come back. We proceeded to go to a different salon to get her nails finished.
