When I completed the transaction he refused to give me the cash and kept stating he would give it to them. I repeated that I wanted the cash in 5s and he refused. Meanwhile throughout the service I saw others giving the cash directly to the service tech. I have no idea why I was treated differently and they ended up taking more cash than I wanted.

I've broken them before and I've spent HOURS with acetone trying to get them off but never had them fall off. I am so unhappy with them. The lady that did mine hurt me several times with the file and would just said "oop sorry" and the nails were so thick that I wasn't satisfied to begin with but decided I just wouldn't return there and leave it at that. I have several ingrown toe nails that were just left and now are sore as can be and I'll ruin my polish if I try to remove them myself. I just wouldn't recommend. You can see how red the corners of my toes are next to the toe nails on a few of my toes and how the polish is uneven. $95 for a mani pedi and it was a WASTE of money. I did try to call and was told I need a fill in before two weeks NEVER have I needed a fill in before two weeks was even up. he said "I can fix for you," but you pay for fill in on nails that not fall off," yeah I just won't go back... period

I'm sitting in my pedicure chair and the site uses the bags in the bowls...whew!...but if you get the $25 pedi...NO FINE PEDI SALT in the bowl for you! Who cheats a pedicure by not putting salt in the bowl?! My pedicurist stops my pedi mid-stream to remove hot towels and massage the legs and feet of the person next to me because her gal stepped into the wax room! Um...okay...I'll wait. They had one pedi after another walk in and the "line" clearly bothered my pedicurist. As a result my salt rub and lotion massage were each a minute or less. And this is my favorite part of the pedicure experience. So yea, my toes look great and my cuticles are clean but I didn't get the cheese grater despite asking for it. And the pumice stone was quick.
