I was greeted quickly and very shortly by staff and told that they would be an able to do a nail design that I wanted but when I went to get it done at the station the dude that was going to do my mother's nails was so rude. He was constantly rolling his eyes, was very impatient, and huffed so much because we took a few minutes to decide on the length and color. After that I told him never mind that we'd go someplace else because he was just way too rude. There is also no reason for him to have been that rude and impatient because they had literally opened less than 15 minutes ago. I have been coming here a few years with my daughters. We regularly get the regular pedicure which is very good. Tools are clean and I love the massage chairs. I run my own office so I read the complaints here and I have one thing to say. Get your head out of your phone, pay attention and speak up if you don't like something while the service is being performed. No one is a mind reader if you want nails round or square watch them do them and ask them to fix anything you don't like. English is not their first language so have some grace and class and at least spell words on your own review! In all fairness I do not like the manicures herd because for me it's all about the hand and arm massage which they don't do. I wanted almond shape ambie white to purple nails. She cut the tip of my nail off and said you want it square? Well I do now. Then she did two tone nail when she should of wet the brush and blended the colors together. Then she had the bottom of the nail very thick and didn't use the electric file to thin it out to look like real nails. She left them lumpy. I just will never go back read more

He did them while I was trying to get a relaxing pedicure. I always get the dip but never the way he did them. The person who did my pedicure was great, wish he did my nails. I will never go back. Terrible!! I went in for an acrylic nail fill, it cost $40. and it was terrible. There was a large ridge at the base of my nail bed and they made the nails wider than my natural nails. when I got home i had to re-file them & re-paint them. a BIG waste of money! read more

So interesting. I get a LOT of pedicures. A LOT! I don't think I've ever experienced a place like this. I'm sitting in my pedicure chair and the site uses the bags in the bowls...whew!...but if you get the $25 pedi...NO FINE PEDI SALT in the bowl for you! Who cheats a pedicure by not putting salt in the bowl?! My pedicurist stops my pedi mid-stream to remove hot towels and massage the legs and feet of the person next to me because her gal stepped into the wax room! Um...okay...I'll wait. They had one pedi after another walk in and the "line" clearly bothered my pedicurist. As a result my salt rub and lotion massage were each a minute or less. And this is my favorite part of the pedicure experience. So yea, my toes look great and my cuticles are clean but I didn't get the cheese grater despite asking for it. And the pumice stone was quick. This place is great! I just moved to TN and was searching for a salon with SNS dip powder. I finally found one, and they always do a great job! Moderately priced as well! My nails actually hurt from this place which has never happened to me as I get my nails done Every few months. I didn't ask for gel, yet I was given it anyways and forced to pay for it. Even after all of the thinning this lady done, I left there with super bulky and uneven nails. I will never go to this place again. Great customer service, horrible work - hence the one star. I asked for almond shape ambrie white to purple nails and what I got was square two tone, lumpy nails. She didn't know to use a wet brush to blend the colors or to use the electric nail file to thin the nail at the bottom to look like a natural nail. She cut off the tip of my nail so I had to accept the square nail she wanted to do. I will not go back. read more

I had a pedicure and had the $45 menu choice. The leg massage and foot wax were awesome and I really enjoyed that, but when it came to painting my toes I am truly disappointed. I asked for a very simple design and it was not good. I ended up just asking the lady to just take it off and leave it plain. I don't know if I offended her or what, but she didn't put on a top coat over the color and then had me put my shoes on before the nails had a chance to set even a little. The end result is an overall bad paint job. Sadly, I probably won't be back. read more

We went to get our nails done and waited for over 2 hours to even be acknowledged. The only people in there were getting pedicures so there was no reason for it to have taken that long. There was 3 of us and only 1 got to get their nails done. The one who did get her nails done didn't even get what she asked for. I went in for a pedicure. The staff demanded to knwo what I wanted. I told them adn they jsut said to sit down. About 45 mins later I was taken to a pedicure chair with 4 ladies who had just been sitting. There was only 4 staff. I sat in the chair after picking out my nail polish and the ladies who had been seated 20 min before had still not been seen. I was so upset I walked out. I was there for over an hour and was not about to pay for waiting for so long. I honeslty do not think that I would have been seen for another hour.
