I then asked if he could give it back in 5s as I wanted to take out more money. He said okay. When I completed the transaction he refused to give me the cash and kept stating he would give it to them. I repeated that I wanted the cash in 5s and he refused. Meanwhile throughout the service I saw others giving the cash directly to the service tech. I have no idea why I was treated differently and they ended up taking more cash than I wanted.

After 6 days followed her recommendations to try to bring out the highlights but still it was too dark. Within 1 wk asked if we could throw in some highlights was told it would be $100 and if used toner additional $30. When asked "what... wait I just paid $140 less than 2 wks ago her response was a rant thru text. VERY unprofessional response. After basically telling her I was not satisfied she did refund $100. Just something to think about...if you are so busy and over book then treat your client so rudely maybe take a breath, don't book a haircut, and 3 color/cuts within 2 hours and stress yourself out when a client has a concern and respond with rudeness. What started as a 5 star now is 0 stars. You can not want to run a business and treat people like the way I was treated. My $140 will be spent somewhere else. Also, if you are going to charge $30 for applying toner it should be discussed and given as an option. I do wish you luck.
