I will never come back to this Salon, the people here are extremely rude. I walked in and all the technicians just looked at me and then looked back down. Nobody greeted me. I had to finally say something in order for them to acknowledge me. The Salon is pretty gross and not clean. I made an appointment and had to wait 30 minutes. The salon itself is gorgeous the nail techs just have zero talent. My sister and I came in and she asked for longer coffin shaped nails and the technician complained the entire time he was doing her nails. He completely half assed them and left them crooked, chunky, and square shaped. Then had the audacity to charge her $80 for them. I would give Andrew 5 stars for pedicures though, he definitely does not belong there!!! I went to get a fill in and pedicure and the guy forgot to do the sparkles like I asked and then he took my polish off at the nail stand which was very unprofessional. Then he didn't even give me a pedicure he just painted my toes and seemed in a rush. It's frustrating when you ask for something and they don't listen. Okay so first of all, i go in and i had a more complicated set, but if they couldn't do it correctly they should've told me to pick something else because i had other pictures of things i liked. the guy that was using the electric file on my nails kept hitting my skin and hurting me and when i would flinch he looked at me and told me "i cant continue if you won't stop moving" i was completely taken aback because of course if you're going to hurt me of course i'm going to flinch. the nails turned out fine but they were really bumpy and uneven. even after that i paid $65 for the fill-in and tipped $10. they day i got them done they started peeling up a little and not even a week later they are chipping. i've gone there before but don't see myself going back. read more

But today was another story the woman doing my nails complained because I was being "to picky" she made one nail VERY much shorter than the others and I wanted it fixed so she did it. I made an appointment for 5:30 on a Monday to get a fill with gel and a pedicure. The guy who answered the phone to make the appointment spoke English, which made it easy to make the appointment. I arrived right at 5:30 and was brought back to the pedicure chair where I sat for 45 minutes in the Luke warm water until a young lady came to do my pedicure. There were only 2 people working on pedicures and 6 customers in pedicure chairs. The pedicure was mediocre. It was $25 for a basic pedicure, which included file, cuticles, scrub, lotion, and polish. I wasn't given an option to do a more expensive pedicure, which I probably would have. Once my pedicure was done I was moved to a station where a nail tech started on my fill immediately. She was super quick. The acrylic fill with gel was $40, which is pretty standard. Once my pedicure began, I was done with both pedicure and fill in exactly an hour. I will probably be back but it will be on a day that is not so busy. I am glad I made an appointment even though I had to wait for 45 minutes for my pedi to start because it was slammed. read more

I went in on Valentines Day so there we 4 people ahead of me for gel fill in. After 20 minutes two women came in for a pedi and they took them right in. Almost an hour and those two women also wanted their nails done and they took them right away while I was still waiting. Finally the four ahead of me were taken and I was next. This Was the third time I had been there. I wanted to try something different. The guy would not help me and was getting impatient with me. He told me to go pick a color so he could help someone else and would come back to me!! NO I AM PAYING YOU TO WAIT ON ME!!!! he did dip on my nails and did not have me wash before he put clear coat on so there are bumps on the nails!! Oh and during pedicure they made my toes bleed twice!!! Worst experience ever!!!! I WILL NOT BE BACK!!! I told the guy up front they still charged me $50. They didn't care I was upset! They just wanted their money and I don't think they sanitized in between people!!! Very disappointing. I work hard and getting my nails done is a splurge for me. the man who did my nails was very friendly and talkative, which i personally enjoy. he made my first time getting acrylics very nice, however when i got home i noticed that my nail color wasn't even. i got powder acrylics and the color got very very light, almost see through, once it got to the tip. there was a definite line in the middle of my nail separating the light and dark color. read more

My gel tips were $45 and looked like a hack job. The lady who did them did not take her time and then argued with me when I nicely asked her to correct the shape of them when they were clearly uneven. She did not take the time to file them. I left with jagged edges and crooked nails. I ended up going back because I felt like the job was not well done. When I walked in the man at the front desk LAUGHED at me when I politely explained that I was unhappy with the nails. The woman who did my nails was with another customer at the time and heard the conversation I was having with the guy at the front desk. She then demanded that I come over to her station. She proceeded to GRAB my hand and shove it in her customers face to ask if the nails looked bad. She kept saying she has been doing this for 17 years. She kept yelling "I'll fix the middle finger" since that was the most screwed up one. I told her that wasn't the issue. All of them were messed up. The guy at the front then yelled he would give me $5 back. At that point I was done trying to argue. When it was all said and done I got $10 off and still left with horrible nails. They are so greedy for customers that when you have a loyal client in there having two services done they take in too many people in there and they make the person who was there first wait 20 minutes in between services. Went here the other day because the place I usually go to was closed and I needed my nails fixed and a fill in for an event. This place wasn't supposed to close until 8 and I pulled up at 6:50 and they turned me away, I was very polite and went to leave. Got halfway back to my car when what I assume was the owner called me over and said she'd do it. She walked me in and all of the stations were closed but hers, no big deal. She did my nails, they looked great. This was last Saturday. It it now Thursday and the paint is coming off, my acrylics are cracking in multiple places, and the acrylic layer she put on is even chipping off of my acrylic from my usual place. This is not a problem I've had AT ALL from my usual lady. My acrylics last around 2 1/2 weeks before I need a fill in with no cracking or paint wearing off. Will not be going back. read more

Me and my friend each got a pedicure I got French tips she got just one color not only did they mess up the Polish and had to redo mine twice but they got nail polish all over my friends toes and didn't wipe it off. I was waiting for a pedicure with a friend of mine. Several others were waiting as well. A woman and her teenager daughters were waiting and obviously staring at the girl beside me. The mom finally asked why on Earth would make a girl want to shave her head. The girl said well some people choose too but I'm actually going through chemo. I got my first dipped manicure here today as recommended by the nail technician. The service was quick, and the staff was friendly. Though, my nails look great, they dipped my them directly into the jar of powder. I later researched and found that this method is rather unsanitary because it risks spreading nail infections from client to client. read more
