Went to get my nails done on a bachelorette trip for a wedding... got my toes done and they filed my skin so hard that I was bleeding and in pain the entire trip. The guy doing my feet saw I was bleeding and kept wiping the blood away like it was nothing. On my hands they never prepped them for the gel polish so it literally peeled off less than 24 hours later. Gel always lasts me like 2-3 weeks not less than 24 hours so I knew something was wrong. Wasted 120 dollars and 1 hour at least of my time. I called them saying my gel nails didn't last asking for a refund since it was a mistake on their end and they said they don't do refunds. I now have to get my nails redone for a wedding that's very and my toes have scabs all around the nails, they were nice but I severely disappointed read more

I chose this location based off reviews to get myself and my wedding party ready for the big wedding day, and I couldn't be any happier! Do not let the outside deceive you; it's huge inside! Pedi's are done in the front, while mani's are done in the back. FREE WINE or MOONSHINE!!! It's located by the dollar tree in a large parking lot, so parking isn't an issue. Cleanliness and detail were all greatly notated; prices are average, but quality is great! I had French gel nails done (they lasted for two weeks), and the perfection from the technician was definitely shining on my big day- I had so many compliments:-) read more

Chose for me and my wife to go get are feet done here, was going to do a manicure also but decided not to after realizing very quickly me made a mistake coming here. The young man that did my feet was polite but very inexperienced and did not do a good job, when removing dead skin off feet he did not get any off. They started my feet and it was like 15 minutes in before starting my wife. He cut my little toe and big toe and did not even push my cuticle down except for just gliding the tool over my toe. They have 3 levels of pedicure and we did the 50$ one that was suppose to come with hot stone and we added hot wax which neither of us got. My wife did not get the hot stone and the guy rushed to catch up for the time he started late. His was going so fast his hand cramped up!! Not relaxing at all, did not offer us anything to drink! I came here on vacation to get some waxing on my face done. The woman who did the waxing was unprofessional, rude and didn't use gloves. She touched my face with her bare hands, was extremely rough and when I told her it hurt, she giggled! I was horrified and upset. When she waxed my upper lip, she squeezed my nose shut without telling me ahead of time and then noticed my surprise and giggled again! I was becoming angry! She wanted to wax my whole face and said so but I declined! At the end she handed me a small mirror and it was so filthy I couldn't see my eyebrows! This woman was sadistic! read more

The man then asked where I got them doing while starting my fill and when the answer wasn't this location he said we should do a new set. I declined and he said okay we'll fill them in. Then he said a couple minutes later he wanted to do a new set and I declined again he said okay we will fill in. Then he complained about 20 more times we should do a new set the set I had was not healthy. I then was so annoyed and the unprofessionalism I said to take them off. Then he tried to clip them off lol. I stopped him. This is insanely bad for my nails I said to him. The fact that he was complaining about my old set not being healthy then wanted to clip them off which ruins nails btw. I just moved here and started looking for a new place to get my nails done. I won't be back. The table I sat at had so much nail dust on it - there must have been 3-4 gel sets worth. When the guy finished grinding off my gel, he used an Emory board to squeegee the nail dust out of the way and the pile was huge! He didn't put down a towel or anything under my hands, just kept going. Also, none of the Dremel tips were sanitized and the Emory board he used was almost worn out it was so old. He also kept nicking my skin as he smoothed the nails with the grinder bits. It hurt but he kept telling me it was no big deal. The nails (acrylic with gel) turned out okay but already look rough on day 4. Keep looking for somewhere else to go. read more

First visit was good Nice lady did my pedicure and the polish lasted a long time This last visit (and I do mean my last visit to this place) was bad.The only reason I'm not giving it 1 star is the gentleman that did the majority of pedicure took his time and did a decent job. Stopped here because I thought the reviews on it looked good while we were on our trip. Went in with my mother because we were both in need of a acrylic fill in. The man that did my nails did not pull any of the acrylic off that was lifting and by the time I was ready for my next fillin when I got back home they filled my nail and fungus had started growing up under them. I'm now hoping and praying that I don't loose this nail and that it doesn't spread. The other problem that o had was that the nails were super thin and in the end they did break. Horrific and Racist Showed up on time fort my appointment. They took 30 mins to see me. At least the receptionist was sweet and gave me water. Once seated it still took 15min for my pedicurest to get seated. Once the pedicure started it was amazing. My nail artist was kind and professional. Same with the receptionist. So the manicure fell apart. I made this appointment for the Luxury Manicure + Pedicure Gel Package for $95. So move to get my manicure. I had vocalized at least 5 times I wanted colored French tips. This chick starts painting my whole nail. I stop her. Showed her a picture to understand. She leaves for 10min. Then I tell her I'm suppose to get a Luxury mani+pedi. Now it gets wild. These ladies who'd witnessed me having issues and now they were having issues. So they calmly asked why is the site and menus different then what they are charging. The salon apologizes finally, the ladies pay, and leave. This party of ladies were there on vacation, celebrating a birthday girl I talked too, and battling cancer (b.a. chick). To understand the rest of this story... I am white and the party of ladies were black. After the ladies left a guy who had worked with them at the salon said right at me "I hate working with black women. I prefer white women." Smiled at me and I could leave sooner. I was horrified. This salon is racist criminals. And need to be shut down! They charged me the wrong amount and the outside of the salon is a different name A&B Nails. read more
