I booked a very last minute mobile couples massage with them and they went above and beyond to provide excellent massage services for us - hubby received a deep tissue massage and a hot stone/Swedish massage for me, targeting the my carpal tunnel and back pain. They obliged us with conducting the massage on the deck of our Airbnb which is located in the mountains of pigeon forge (gorgeous views!), the weather was perfect and the sun was bright, providing a super peaceful backdrop. They allowed us to play our own relaxing music and worked hard to make sure we were left satisfied and relaxed. Definitely A1 services, I can't thank them enough, book with Nancy and Ken if you live nearby or if you're in town visiting!!

My husband surprised me with a 90-minute Mountain Mist Signature Massage at Blue Mountain Mist Spa…read morein Sevierville, TN, for our 19th wedding anniversary. I was so excited to be back at Blue Mountain Mist for a full-on relaxation session, which my hubby lovingly dubbed "Mommy Time." My massage therapist, Bettina, was absolutely wonderful--thorough, professional, and attentive from beginning to end. Before we started, she took the time to review the areas I had marked as needing attention. She also asked what level of pressure I preferred. I requested light to medium pressure, and I really appreciated how she started gently in each area and gradually worked up to medium pressure. This was especially important to me because I have neck and back issues. Bettina also asked if I would like essential oils in the humidifier and suggested eucalyptus and peppermint--two of my absolute favorite scents! The heated massage table was ready to go, and I thoroughly enjoyed the hot rocks and steamed towels. Every little detail added to the experience. Once my massage was finished and I was thoroughly relaxed, I headed down to the Quiet Room, where I enjoyed a cup of hot tea, granola bites, and some decadent dark-chocolate-covered pomegranate bites. I did manage to spill my first cup of tea just as I added the honey , and Bettina graciously helped me clean it up. Even that little moment was handled with such kindness. Blue Mountain Mist is truly a lovely gem just outside the main Parkway and only a couple of miles from Dollywood. If you're a local, be sure to ask about their locals' specials. If you're visiting the area, treat yourself to a massage, facial, manicure, or pedicure. You deserve it! I left feeling completely relaxed and pampered--like a million bucks! ‍ Thank you, Blue Mountain Mist Spa, and especially Bettina, for helping make my anniversary "Mommy Time" absolutely perfect!

Wooden inside walls, nice, etc... Met our massage therapist and owner, Jackie. She was very nice. Anyway my wife went first. Then it was my turn. I first got a foot bath. Then I got my massage. I was stretched into a pretzel. Luckily, I'm very Flexible and need to be stretched further. After the 1.5 hours, she continued as I was still in pain in my lower back. Then she started digging in with elbows, and other tools used in acupuncture. At the end, we started working on my IT bands which then opened up more worms. In the end, my quads did better and hamstrings. I would come back.

Our massage by Recharge Yourself Massage was by far the best results we have ever had! As I sit typing this, I am stunned by the quality of this massage compared to ANY I have had in my entire life. We had deep tissue and stretching, paying attention to troubled areas. Could not be happier and we plan on going every month. The place is beautiful, the staff is caring and concerned, and they pay very close attention to details - like cleanliness. I have had good massages, and what I thought was great massages, but none I have ever had compare to the massage I had today. They also offer many other services; aroma scalp massage, back scrub, mud wraps, hot stone, reflexology........ I highly recommend. I wish I could go every day but once a month will have to do.
