I booked a very last minute mobile couples massage with them and they went above and beyond to provide excellent massage services for us - hubby received a deep tissue massage and a hot stone/Swedish massage for me, targeting the my carpal tunnel and back pain. They obliged us with conducting the massage on the deck of our Airbnb which is located in the mountains of pigeon forge (gorgeous views!), the weather was perfect and the sun was bright, providing a super peaceful backdrop. They allowed us to play our own relaxing music and worked hard to make sure we were left satisfied and relaxed. Went on a mini weekend vacation, and the only thing I wanted was a massage. I got scheduled the same day. I picked this place because the prices were a little less than some others. They were very accommodating and Nancy worked on my neck, shoulders and lower back just as I asked. I've had SEVERE pain in my lower back/left hip area for years. Ken and Nancy get an E for effort. They are extremely kind and professional, but all 3 people who received a massage today said it was one of the most lack luster massage experiences ever had. We signed up for deep tissue but no almost no attention was paid to the shoulders, back or neck. One person said an extraordinary amount of time and lotion was spend rubbing their toes, which is nice before or after your legs are rubbed but those were also overlooked. It's hard to imagine Ken and Nancy being experienced massage therapists because today's experience doesn't support that idea. It was also awkward that the first two people were set up for a couples massage despite it not being requested. In fairness, they could have changed it but decided to go with the flow. All together this is a much better story than a massage. read more

Nancy was fantastic! I've had muscle spasms in my neck and shoulders and the pain and tension was horrible. She was able to work out that tension and relieve the headache I had because of it. I have had a few professional massages and this was by far the worst one. It felt like cold olive oil was being rubbed on me for an hour. Pressure was inconsistent, at times super light and at times so much pressure on bony areas that it hurt. Wouldn't recommend this place. read more

We did a couples massage a few days ago and this was my husband's first time ever getting a massage and around 20 years since my last one. They we very welcoming and this place has an amazing ambiance. We filled out a form and made small talk before Ken showed us to our room and told us about their board certifications and what to expect. Ken told us where to put our things and which table was his and which was his wifes and left the room so as he put it we could dress down to our comfort level. They checked with us on the temperature of the room, the placement of things, pressure and everything else and adjusted to our comfort levels. I cannot say enough great things about this place and it's owners but I will add that not only do they know what their doing but they seem to genuinely care about what they are doing. Needless to say we had an amazing experience and we felt the effects of the message all weekend long and we will absolutely be back! read more

Nice place. They need a warmer for there lotions and creams. And a music player to continuously play the music. It was fine. Def not the best but not the worst. Very nice people though. Had water ready after the message. We have had cheeper messages but hey...we're on vacation so it's whatever. My fiancé and I had a wonderful experience here! On our appointment day, we had some unforeseen events that set us back and made us miss our original appointment time. The staff was generous and worked with us so that we could still receive the services we had scheduled. It is also located in the arts and crafts district so it gets you away from the stress the main drag can create. The facility was very clean and the staff very professional and friendly.
