My wife had reservations about an in cabin massage so we opted for at their studio which is in Monica's home on the mountain near pigeon forge. again my wife was not thrilled when we pulled in and saw a house not a spa. Despite my wife's hesitation about the locations the massages were 100% professional! All of our worries and aches and pains quickly drifted away. Katrina and Monica gave my wife and I the best spa massages we have ever had. Katrina wasn't as good as my wife who is a LMT but was a close second. She did manipulation, stretching, hot towel and hot stone plus standard deep tissue. My wife said Monica gave her the best massage she has ever had. This was a great getaway from being stuck at the hotel in a continuing education class for two days. I looked at yelp at for the top 10 massages near me. Pure Mountain was ranked 3rd. The 1st ranking was unable to Accommodate on such a short notice and totally understandable. After reading reviews I gave it a shot and placed a call. I opted to drive to the location instead of Monika coming to me, as to get out of the hotel. Her location was easy to get to and the massage was perfect. She has a great setup. She booked me with only a 3 hour notice. Later I reviewed her website and saw that she booked me on her (off) closed day. My husband and I just had a couples massage and it was one of the best we've had! They made sure we were very comfortable and really individualized our experiences by applying the desired pressure where needed. The atmosphere is extremely relaxing and the herbal infusion was amazinggg for the skin! My husband did the cupping and he really liked it for getting knots out of his back. My mom and and I came here for Swedish hot stone massages while we were in town a few years ago. It was my first massage and I have been unable to re-create the experience.
