When…read moreI asked her what product line the spa worked with, she named two lines, and then said she thinks there was a third and that they sell it out front. She couldn't tell me anything about the products as far as what the benefits were or what was put in them. She did not explain anything she was putting on my face, so I had to ask her. After she finished the first step, I asked her what it was, and she said "oh, the oil?" as if it was a question. She followed by a mask which she didn't tell me anything about. So I asked her what she was applying and she said 'oh this is the mask'. I got the feeling she uses the same mask for everyone and didn't even know what it was. I wanted to know why she picked that particular mask for my face and what the benefits were, and she couldn't tell me. Furthermore, she didn't apply either of the products to my whole face. My nose was not covered with product at all, not even cleanser, and the rest of my face was sporadically covered. I had added on an eye treatment, thinking that I would get some kind of cream or mask of some type. Instead, it was one of those gel pads in a foil wrapper like you get from the cheap aisle at T.J. Maxx. She opened only two, which she put under my eyes, then when I asked about it, she opened another two for the tops. She of course charged me for the second set, $50 for this treatment that did absolutely nothing. So I got nothing put on my eyes in the way of product even though I paid extra for the eye treatment add-on x 2. Lastly, this was supposed to be a hydra steam facial, however the steam machine was placed so far away from my face that I didn't feel it one single bit. My face felt horrible afterwards and I couldn't wait to get home and wash it. My massage was okay, but For a 90 minute full body treatment, I expect to get the glute muscles done or at least to be asked if I want them done, but they weren't. Still, the rest of the massage was okay. The kicker that topped off the bad experience was upon checking out, I was not told that gratuity was included in the price. I left a $50 tip, even though I was not happy with the experience, because I do believe in tipping well for the effort. I was super peeved upon leaving when my friend that I was with asked me why I left an extra tip and that's when I found out that it was included. I feel it was very unethical of them not to tell me this. What a complete waste of over $400!!!!

We couldn't have been happier with the great service we received here. The spa is set amid a beautiful canyon and provides great scenery, but the real 5-star experience is in the small building- now the Canyon Spa- that used to be the home of the community's caretaker. This is far from an extravagant spa facility and they do not have extensive amenities such as sauna/steam/jacuzzi, but the building is very clean, relaxing, and well appointed with luxurious and comfortable pleasantries and the service is top notch. Our massage treatments were great (my wife's was a maternity massage which she was very satisfied with) and we felt relaxed and not rushed at all. This may not have the pomp and circumstance of Old Edwards, but I haven't had many, if any, better actual massage treatments. Thanks!

We walked in and were welcomed and brought in for a nice relaxing experience. I got the prenatal message by Tessa, she has the hands of an angel - amazing massage! My mother in law didn't love hers as much as I did, but she enjoyed it overall (hers was a male masseuse), but our friend agreed her scrub was fantastic. If we are in the area again, I will be back for a massage! The only downside to this spa is it doesn't have your typical spa amenities, I wouldn't take off stars for it but it would be nice if it had a dipping pool, sauna room or something additional to set the mood. On property is the Canyon Kitchen, which was closed for an event but we really wanted to sit out back for an appetizer and enjoy the beautiful views from the property.

My boyfriend is a hardworking blue-collar guy who deals with severe back pain on a daily basis. I sit at a desk for long hours and struggle with constant sciatica pain. I've been telling him for so long how much better he'd feel if he got regular massages -- and after four sessions together (one amazing, two subpar elsewhere), we finally found the gold standard. Andrew worked on my boyfriend, and I am not exaggerating when I say he was walking upright again afterward. He said he felt 20 years younger for days. That's not something he says lightly. The relief was real and lasting. Jay worked on me and took the time to really listen -- checking in about pressure, focusing on my trouble areas, and addressing my sciatica in a way that actually made a difference. Both Jay and Andrew created such a comfortable, relaxing environment and communicated clearly throughout the entire session. From the moment we walked in, the experience was exceptional. The front desk staff was warm and welcoming. We were given plush robes and comfy slides. The dressing area was spotless and thoughtfully designed, complete with lockers, private changing areas, bathrooms, and the most magnificent steam shower I've ever taken. There's also a sauna that made the whole experience feel like a full retreat, not just a massage appointment. Fusion Spa & Wellness exceeded our expectations in every way. If you're looking for real therapeutic results paired with a relaxing, luxury experience -- this is the place. We'll absolutely be back.

Hence I needed a gift certificate that would never expire. I was told no problems they would always honor the certificate. My wife went to schedule an appointment and was told that it must have expired because they had no record of it. I called the Spa to discuss, I was told that all their gift certificates expire after a year and this is written on them and sorry but too bad. I am not stupid and would never have bought a certificate if it would expire.. so be very careful if you buy a gift certificate...they want you to let it expire and the expired $ value goes to their bottom line as a profit
