I've been coming her for a few years! Never had an issue! The owner is cool! It's a one-stop location for everything I need to do! Love it! I no longer have to stop at a few different places! read more

I have always felt this to be a very reliable place to go to. I'm friends with the guy who works there, and he's always honest, and gives you what you need. They have some useful items for sale there, and I've used them over the post office for a long time now because I just hate waiting in line, and this place is always available. read more

I can't tell you what a relief this place is. Forget the hassle of lines at the P.O., FedEx, UPS, etc. The guy who works here is a gem in North Hollywood. You walk in and plop on the counter whatever you need to ship. He gives it to you straight and takes extra special care of your package. If you want cheaper shipping, but need the package to get there at a specific time. He'll make it work for you by finding the best options among the myriads of parcel corporations. I always leave this place with a smile. Support small businesses! read more

NoHo Mailboxes has been a total asset in my move to LA. I've rented a PMB here for 6 months and have had a truly great experience. Scott (the owner) is a friendly face every time I come in, and he always calls when a package has arrived for me. Their prices are very fair, they are located in a central location in N Hollywood, and there's always parking available nearby. Even though I've had a permanent address here for most of the 6 months, I continued to use NoHo Mailboxes because I like the security of having packages received and kept safe. I strongly recommend! And if you're thinking long term, take advantage of the savings on a longer lease! read more

If you are someone who places high importance on the peace of mind you get knowing that all of your mail will be delivered to you safely, then NoHo Mailboxes is the place for you. I was having issues with my postal mail carriers at my home address and there was no room in my life for that. Renting from NoHo Mailboxes for around two years now has been nothing but pleasant. The owner Scott is such a cool human being, he is always very helpful and kind. Someone is always available to receive mail and packages, if you are renting you can have 24 hour access to your mailbox if you just pay a very minimal one time fee for a key, he also offers full service postal / shipping needs and supplies, there is always street parking available out front so access is easy, and while Scott has lots of business, there is still RARELY a line inside - UNLIKE THE POST OFFICE lol. Go to NoHo Mailboxes! read more

I never, ever go to the post office in North Hollywood. The friendly, fast guy at NoHo Mailboxes has kept me loyal for a few years now. Clean, organized, and convenient. read more

NoHo Mailboxes is such a find and Scott is the best! He is always friendly, professional, and willing to help. He has saved me from hours of waiting at the post office and as a small business owner myself, it is great to have a safe place to have packages delivered. Yay for NoHo Mailboxes! read more

awesome spot, never over crowded, friendly staff, free parking, and some shops near by to get coffee or food! I'll go there any day over a regular post office... read more

THIS PLACE IS THE BEST. I live in the neighborhood, so I started going here about a year ago. Scott is so sweet and kind and helpful. It is so nice to have a friendly face who always helps me ship things! He finds the best prices for me and THERE IS NEVER A LINE. I'm in and out within minutes. Can't say enough good things about this operation - Scott really knows how to run a business and does it with a smile. Top-shelf service and facility. You won't find a better one in the Valley. Thanks! read more

Scott and NoHo Mailboxes are amazing! I just moved to North Hollywood and the ease of having everything delivered to a secure location as I figured out leasing was worth what I paid and more. It's such a relief knowing anything I order won't get messed with. Scott is prompt with letting me know a package has arrived, and he offers amazing deals. I can't recommend NoHo Mailboxes enough! read more

I went here twice because I wanted to support the little guys and the small businesses around my house. However, I recently felt like he was ripping me off and went to the post office right down the street and yes, indeed he was. I paid 30 dollars for a box that the post office ships for $9!!!! Do not come here. I hate to say it, but I won't be supporting someone who charges me sooo much more than the post office. I've shipped a total of 4 packages with him and ended up paying more than the gifts inside just to ship them!!! No thanks... I am sure he has an explanation of why he is way pricier, but to me, it just feels wrong. I wish I had saved my 80 dollars total and went to the actual post office which isn't much further from where this place is!!! read more

I needed a temporary California mailbox to receive mail and use as a local address as I prepared to move from the east coast. I'm happy to have chosen NoHo, which has lived up to its Yelp reviews. Scott, the owner/manager, was very helpful, dealing with my endless questions and getting me started. The rental price was reasonable, and it came with 24-hour access to my box. Plus, it was good to get a real street address, not a PO box. And parking is easy. read more
