Greeting fellow foodies. We are on a road trip across Texas and had to stop in Seguin for breakfast tacos. Our order consisted of a Taco Loco (on flour tortilla) and Barbacoa Taco on freshly made corn. I was pleased that their flour tortillas recipe used baking powder. A browning agent is a MUST when making tortillas, if not they look and taste raw. Their homemade corn tortillas were fresh, hot, and tasty. Since we all have different taste buds, I suggest trying it out for yourself. The place was overall clean. However, the floor needs to be degreased. Staff was friendly and serves was fast given they were busy. Their business is located on a small lot with a drive thru which can get busy but moves quickly. Happy eating read more

I'm really on the fence about this place.. very good enchiladas Rancheras. SO GOOD. The rice and beans were alright lacking a little flavor. Girls were quick with takeing our order and bringing the food out. The only down fall about this place was the floor was suppperrrrr slippery I couldn't walk without sliding. Quite scary. This establishment makes some of the best tacos I've had in Texas. I had a Chorizo and Egg taco as well as a Carne Guisada taco. They were about average in size compared to other tacos I've had, but the taste was well above average. It is a small place with a drive thru so it can seem crowded on the inside, however, we enjoyed our time and were able to have a nice conversation while seated inside. This is an awesome family run restaurant. The menu is pretty basic but everything we had was great. Like the old saying goes, do a few things great instead of a lot of things mediocre. On our recent trip, we visited Noe's twice for breakfast. The kids loved the pancakes and French toast breakfasts. We had various tacos for breakfast. Everything was absolutely amazing. Our favorite taco was the fajita a La Mexicans. The staff was extremely friendly and helpful and reminded us of what a great breakfast experience is. I would like to specifically recognize Ms Lupita. On our first trip, she waited until after our blessing before coming to our table. On our second trip, our daughter ordered something different. She wanted to confirm she meant to order something different from days before. We definitely recommend this place and the people who represent them. read more

Barbacoa one would have been better if I could have put salsa on it but the tomato purée I was given wasn't the vibe. Giving 3 stars because they're not the best but not the worst either. Eveytime we passed this little hole in the wall it was closed. Typical of the covid shutdown. We were finally able to eat there one day passing by. The al pastor was great tender and yummy my husband said.. The Menudo was perfect for me. Excellent brothy Menudo, I love to extra lime it and extra jalapeno too. They cut the tripe small and I really love that, the ones that have huge globs of tripe are not palate friendly. My husband also loved the beef fajita taco with their red salsa. We don't live in Seguin, but after tasting the food at Noe's Tacos (not the same name as the restaurant sign, by the way, in case you drive there and are confused), we'll be back. I ordered the #32 and my wife got some enchiladas. The chips and salsa were great. The salsa was spicy, which I love. Even my wife, who's not much of a spice lover, ate a bunch because the fresh, crispy, thick chips were so good. The salsa has a good consistency--not too chunky, not too thin. Pretty sure we were already full after the chips. Our meals were delicious and generously apportioned. My only complaint was that something in the chalupa tasted...off...almost like the shell (or the oil it was cooked in) was rancid. Everything else was delicious though so I think it was a fluke.
