Our experience with AZ Creative Services has been extremely disappointing…read more We hired AZ Creative Services to repair our pool deck because their salesperson, Nick, assured us they could also solve our drainage issues and claimed they "had an expert." Instead of providing a proper drainage solution, they drilled holes at the base of our home. Afterward, our pool deck began to swell, creating additional problems that we then had to address. When their crew later returned because the pool deck they had installed was already chipping, they used our garden hose during the repair. When they left, they failed to turn off the hose spigot, leaving the water running. At some point, the hose burst, allowing water to run unchecked for an extended period. The water flooded the side of our house and eventually entered our home, causing significant damage. In addition, the crew left a mess of pool deck material on our property, adding to the damage and cleanup we were forced to deal with after they left. We immediately notified AZ Creative Services, and Nick personally came to inspect the damage. At that time, the company waived our repair charges, leading us to believe they accepted responsibility for what had happened. To minimize further damage, we filed a claim with our homeowner's insurance so repairs could begin immediately. Now, more than a year later, our insurance company is seeking reimbursement for the damages, and AZ Creative Services is denying any responsibility. Their complete reversal has been incredibly frustrating and disappointing. We hired this company expecting quality workmanship, honest communication, and accountability. Instead, we were left with unresolved drainage issues, a damaged pool deck, water damage to our home, damage to our property, and a company that refuses to stand behind its work or take responsibility for its mistakes. Based on our experience, I cannot recommend AZ Creative Services. If you're considering hiring them, I strongly encourage you to think twice before trusting them with your home. Run!!

My contractor suggested Bedrosians and I am so glad he did! I wanted a hardwood floor but was worried about the durability and upkeep with my pets. I looked at other tile stores for wood look tiles instead, but I wasn't impressed. Bedrosians had a huge selection with different colors, styles and plank sizes. I even found one that had the look of hand scraped hardwood! No other stores had such variety. They had styles at many different price points, so I got the look I wanted and I stayed on budget too! When it was time to select my backsplash, I looked online for ideas but I was stumped. When I saw something that matched the cabinetry, it clashed with the countertop. I found a couple that might have worked, but they were way over my budget. I was getting super frustrated and worried that I'd chosen the wrong countertop, so I was relieved to finally have a chance to go to Bedrosians. I brought my cabinet & countertop samples and searched thru their large selection, but I still couldn't find anything. I went to get help and I'm sure glad I did! Ileana was amazing. She looked at my samples, asked about my style and budget and walked right up to the perfect backsplash! All that stressing and searching and she found the perfect backsplash in about 10 seconds flat. Once again, it was beautiful, exactly what I wanted, and well within my budget. You can't get any better than that! I would highly recommend both Ileana and Bedrosians without hesitation! They are awesome!

We just completed a whole-house remodel with Tanner--including the kitchen, bathrooms, flooring,…read morepainting, etc.--and we are more than pleased with the outcome. The Tanner team, both Al and Bryce, are the best. For such a large-scale remodel, there are 3 important qualities we were hoping for in General Contractors, and Tanner met all 3 hands down. #1 - Flexibility: A remodel such as ours had quite a lot of changes midway, delays due to decisions that we had to make, backordered materials, etc. Tanner was very flexible and accommodated last-minute changes with reasonable cost additions. They did not nickel and dime us; instead, they focused on ensuring the end result looked good. #2 - Dealing with issues: Any remodel is guaranteed to have issues. What differentiates a top GC like Tanner is how they deal with those issues. The control that Tanner has over their subcontractors is amazing. Any time an issue arose, Al would make a call and the subcontractor would pick up on the first ring--even when we couldn't reach them ourselves. That's the power Al and Bryce have over their subcontractors. We had issues where subcontractors were pointing fingers at each other, but one call to Al or Bryce and they immediately worked with them to fix the issue together as a team. This is something I believe is extremely important in a general contractor, and Tanner came through every single time. #3 - Having your back: You need someone watching over the work and the outcome at all times. Al and Bryce truly care about the quality of the work. Al has an eye for mistakes and has literally made contractors redo work when it wasn't up to par. He genuinely cared for us and wanted us to have the best. He ensured we got the best floor tile installer, who did an amazing job with large-format tiles. He also found us THE best Taj Mahal slab that we literally could not find anywhere else. Bryce stepped in when the cabinet colors were delivered incorrectly--even though we didn't initially recognize the mistake. He worked behind the scenes with the cabinet company to have all the cabinets redone. Overall, we are extremely pleased with the final outcome, which looks amazing. We are incredibly grateful to Al, Bryce, and the Tanner team!
