When I was ready to paint, I called manufacturer to ask a few questions. He said to NOT use the additive as it was for new concrete only. Went back to Nina to purchase more paint and return additive. I was told they dont refund/exchange the additive due to people using it, then filling with junk liquid and returning. The tabs weren't even cut..totally sealed container. Was told I need to return to manufacturer on 75th ave...I live in Queen Creek. Manufacturer only open til 3 pm M-F. I would need to take time off work to get there during business hours. What a joke, I will never use Nina again as it was their sales person that told me I needed this product when I didnt. Manufacturer said if I would have used it, the paint wouldn't have stuck.

I purchased two bathroom faucets and learned after attempting to install that they are sized for European fittings. I searched The Home Depot and (after speaking with a sales associate at Builderz - Shawn), Shawn recommended Farnsworth Wholesale. Both The Home Depot and Farnsworth Wholesale do not supply fittings to support the European style water supply lines. I reached out to "Shawn" and he assured me that he could not help. He reminded me that "All sales are final, No refunds, returns or exchanges". I now understand why.... because they know they are selling a product that doesn't work for the American consumer. This business should not be allowed to sell anything considering their shady practices. In addition, I asked Shawn for the owners name and he told me "Ron". He would not give me Ron's last name. I should've known having walked in and noted the sign.... "All sales are final, No refunds, returns or exchanges". Shame on me. You have been warned. I mixed it and began working and in about 10 min the product started smoking in the bucket so I had to stop the process.
