I ordered online for the first time for early morning pick up on a sunday. Walked in to an inviting atmosphere (other than customer asleep at his table! Rough night maybe? )Anyway cases were filled with great looking bagels. My order was in a bag right next to the cashier saw my mocha with my name on it. The employee smiled at me as I pointed to the order and said "that's me" she smiled again and I then asked if I could purchase another bagel and coffee since my husband deserved breakfast too lol. She said "sure" asked me if I would like the bagel sliced and or toasted? I said no . She asked if I would like a drink carrier? And offered help with bag of bagels and drinks . I also noticed when i paid for single bagel and coffee she gave me a "senior discount" which I thanked her for and she acknowledged me. I am at the age where It is no secret I am a senior and I appreciated the discount. She thanked me and wished me a nice day. The bagels were delicious a little crunch on the outside but soft on the inside. Cinnamon raisin was a hit with my husband and I enjoyed my onion bagel with the onion chive smear. It was creamy and tasty add my mocha and I was a happy camper. I just signed up online for their rewards program wish I had done it with this purchase as I would have received free bagel and smear. Was truly hoping for a toasted onion bagel although was surprised by the quality of bake that was served today. How could this be toasted again after being sliced? With the inflation of prices on products, the expectation of quality is more desired. I now see why there is such a low rating on this restaurant and hope management looks to intervene. Some mornings, I wake up wanting a bagel. Not just any bagel but a Noah's bagel mind you. Their bagels taste like no other. It has a softly dense chewy inside with a slight crisp exterior. I prefer those versus the bready bagels. They toast up well without getting dry like toasted bread. They are also a thing of beauty with its darker crust. This Noah's location opens up 6am and closes at 2pm daily. Anyways, my recent weekend activities included a delayed trip to Noah's to get my bagel fix. I got there a hour before closing. Not my usual early bird visit. I geared myself up for the realization of "you snooze, you loose" of not having alot of bagels left for the day. It's a bakery, when they sell out, they're out. And I get that. But I lucked out. They had all the varieties I wanted. I bought a half dozen with a container of schmear pack. It costs less than $14. I got a plain, sesame, pumpernickel, pretzel, chocolate chip, and Asiago cheese bagels. All so darn delicious. The schmear is whipped; light and fluffy. Mmm. I still don't dig the line setup (or lack of) at this location though. It's a hodgepodge, since there are two registers and two aisles... some days it's one line and others it's two lines. And sometimes it's both. At times I'm in one line and then the other line opens with the folks in the back now ahead or they close a line to merge with the folks in the closed line having to go to the back of the line. Made a quick stop to buy a bagel from here on a Friday around 10am. This Noah's Bagels store is conveniently located in the Palladio in Folsom with lots of parking available. Got the Gourmet Jalapeño Cheddar bagel with Garden Veggie shmear, and it was ready for pickup within 5 minutes. Bagel was pretty average. Unfortunately, didn't really taste the cheddar jalapeño and there wasn't much garden veggie spread inside. I was a bit disappointed overall - for $5.30, the bagel didn't really stand out. I placed a big team order here the day before and had the pleasure of speaking with Amanda, she was amazing! She made sure everything was set up perfectly, super helpful, and really kind! When I came in for pickup there was no wait at all, and the staff was just as friendly in person. The store itself is really clean with a big open space, which makes the whole experience feel welcoming. I also grabbed a farmhouse sandwich for myself and it was delicious. The only thing I'd suggest is adding a bit more sauce to make it extra saucy, but overall it was fresh, tasty, and definitely hit the spot. I've never had food from Noah's Bagels before but it wasn't bad. They did forget one key ingredient to my sandwich... Customer service was standard -- Quick to take and push out our orders. There could be an area of improvement to display some type of appreciation for customers. We were just presented with, "How can I help you?" before taking out orders. There was no effort to make us feel "welcomed"... if that makes sense. I've been to other establishments and usually greeted with, "welcomes" and "how is your day?" The Classic Nova Lox Sandwich was fine -- They forgot the capers. A key ingredient to balance out the smoked salmon and cream cheese. Initially, I thought that they had maybe just threw them all in one spot of the sandwich and I'd bite into one eventually... but it never came. I am a lover of onions. So them cutting a wedge and adding them all together (without separating) was fine. The sandwich was also off balanced in that the smoked salmon was literally hanging 60% off the sandwich. Overall, the sandwich was not bad, service was decent. Rating would be higher if they didn't forget a key ingredient to the featured menu item. read more

I came here on a random weekend morning with buds to load up before a ski trip and we were served by the founder himself at the counter, Noah! (Ok No, Ah'm just kidding. He was named Noah though). I got the farmhouse bagel sandwich with egg whites and a "hash brown"****. I will say that the hash brown was...not a hash brown. It was a quiche with potato-analogue inside of it. Super legit NYC style faire. Nova Lox bagel sandwich is about the best thing ever! Manager is awesome and she does a great job training the staff. I decided to get a bagel and coffee before church on Sunday. Parking was a nightmare. The parking lot is very small for how busy Noah's gets on the weekend. You're better off parking in the Kirklands lot or the Paladio parking structure and walking to Noah's. I ordered a toasted bagel, with cream cheese and tomato, open faced in addition to an iced Carmel latte. It took about 20 minutes to get my bagel and coffee, which seemed a little excessive. I noticed a number of the orders coming out before mine were for order pickup. Not sure if it was a door dash/uber eats situation or people are just smaller than me and ordered ahead. The bagel was great and very fresh. The coffee, it was a little too sweet for me, so I asked for extra ice and added a little black coffee even it out. Overall, the experience was ok. I like their bagel sandwiches and appreciate it when they introduce something new. I met someone new at this Noahs last week. Her name is AMY. AMY took our order, handled the cash register, and brought our order when it was ready. And AMY always had a bright smile, pleasant, professional, and asked what else she could do to make our day a special one! Are you kidding me? Where do you get an employee who appears to love her job and will go above and beyond to serve you, the customer. AMY is obviously the best of the best and I hope Noahs appreciate her. This place really needs better organization, attention to detail, and training. Not one staff greeted us. I ordered a bagel deal and my partner ordered another bagel. Both of our orders were wrong. When I asked them to fix it, another lady came up and said her order was wrong too. I am not sure if there is an error in the computer system or if it is just the staff not reading the orders but there seems to be an ongoing problem at this location and no manger to help train their employees properly. I always get a great service except unfortunately this morning 11/15 7:15 am someone on register was slow took approx 5 min with one customer, i requested if someone else could take my coffee order was getting late for work without asking anyone for help she refused. I wanted to write an update on Noah's Bagels in Folsom. I previously had a not so great experience at the hands of a global disaster. Inside seating was not offered and the employees were not happy to be there. It was very sad to walk into this location and feel disconnected from life and be stripped from the privilege of enjoying a meal inside of a building and feel at peace. When I say privilege that might sound funny considering it seems small and meaningless. But in a time where small things like sitting inside a building became larger than it was, it is important for me to recognize that it is a privilege. So I thank Noah's Bagels now for giving us the privilege of being able to enjoy that experience now. It was a very pleasant experience this afternoon and the workers were really kind. I am sure it is an adjustment with the constant flow of customers being in their space now. Sorry still remains a one star. No indoor seating yet. Minimal outdoor seating. Placed order. Waited and waited as people after us received their order. After fifteen minutes went to check on order. Gave receipt to cashier. He handed to on of the line cooks and she said she "just put it up". Did hear my name, a simple name, JIM. Another sassy young lady said " I called several times". I tried this Noah's location for the first time and unfortunately I was not impressed. I should have read the other Yelp reviews first. This new location is right in the outer parking area of Palladio. Super convenient and easy to find. Right by Kirkland's and the parking garage. I went around 10am to get a breakfast sandwich. It was empty inside - I was the only customer when I arrived. One more customer came in while I was there. They are wearing masks and distancing is present. No inside seating at the time of my visit. It took too long for me to be acknowledged. They were out of almost everything. The employees were crabby and almost rude. My bagel sandwich: egg, bacon, cheese on toasted bagel.... My bagel was not toasted. The egg was not good. Overall how do you ruin this easy food? Sadly, I won't be coming back.
