highly recommend this local coffee spot. The ambience is great, the staff are friendly, and the look is so cool. They have a photobooth inside, and currently have gem stickers for you to add to your coffee cup! I got the brown sugar phon 50% sugar+ almond milk and it was really delicious!
There's a private lot for parking to get here. It's really sleek and clean inside. They have a photo booth. They have a kiosk for ordering. The staff are all mostly busy in the back making all the drinks. There were loads of orders but it didn't take long for the drink to be ready. When the staff showed up, they were helpful while rushing. I got the signature phin. It was fairly good. A bit too sweet but that can be adjusted easily. It's a creamy Vietnamese coffee. I'd be curious to try more.
Ambiance - calm, clean, j dilla type music, Photo Booth, unique. Customer service - kiosks and human tag team. Quality - Meets my coffee standards and cream top consistency. Value - affordable for the quality in this current time of what specialty coffee is valued at. an "above/beyond" what's expected experience
I had real high expectations for this place. This is the 2nd soft opening I believe and I feel they might have a few things to work on. I went around 8:40 right before closing. There were 2 groups inside so about 6-8 people. It looked lively from the inside but it was very dull and not so cozy feeling inside. The decor is so cool but there was no music and no workers in the front. Only kiosks. the vibe was off and just felt weird lol I got the house milk tea and it was very bland. Not creamy or sweet at all. I did not make any adjustments but for it being the house milk tea, I did not care for it. Maybe the coffee will suit me better next time. :)

4+* Small coffee shop located in a line of small businesses in West Covina. At the time of my visit in 3/2026, this place didn't feel fully formed yet. It felt more like a soft opening. The decor feels a little New Age. And once fully finished this place could look very interesting. The interior of this place is pretty sleek. You order from a kiosk and there are people there if you need help. The drink comes out promptly. The signature phin drink look like it was the one to order so that's what I got. It was made pretty quickly. It was delicious and pretty aesthetically pleasing as well. A great drink that served as a treat as well as a good caffeine kick. Would love to come back and try more things on the menu and see if they are more fully built out etc.
Its hot today and they're AC works!!!! Its so nice to come to a cafe with a working AC with such a chill vibe inside the cafe. The service was great, staff greeted us upon entering. The cafe is super clean! The drinks pretty good! Theres plenty of seats and small tables to pretty much just chill. I do not recommend this place as a study cafe bc of how the cafe is set up but definitely a vibe to come chill.
I'm so excited there is finally a solid Vietnamese coffee spot in town! I ordered their signature phin coffee, and it definitely hit the spot - strong, smooth, and creamy. The sweetness level is customizable if you prefer something less sweet. They have Vietnamese coffee, matcha, teas, and some blended drinks. NOA is located in the strip mall near the movie theater and there was plenty of parking when I went on a Saturday morning. I'm definitely coming back to try other items on the menu!

Service was good! The passionfruit tea was delicious and not too sweet. I liked the decor and there's a cute Photo Booth that you can take pictures in and get the photo strips. It's really nostalgic. I had a great experience. It's roomy and you can gather to study or catch up with friends and family. It's really nice. I'd recommend trying this place out!

Stopped in during their soft opening while we were in the area. The space caught us off guard at first-it wasn't fully furnished yet and had more of a dark, club-like atmosphere. Definitely not your typical coffee and tea shop. We ordered a fruit tea (my husband enjoyed it), a coffee with egg cream, and a matcha with boba. The coffee was strong-but in a good way -and the egg cream added a nice balance of salty and sweet. The matcha was decent; my daughter mentioned it could've been a little sweeter. Overall, a solid start. Curious to see how the space and menu come together once they're fully up and running.
Came here during my visit to the STKR store next door. The space is very large and open, and it has a modern, futuristic feel to it. There are two kiosks for ordering, and from there, I found the menu to be quite extensive; there's coffee, matcha, fruit teas, smoothies, fizzes, and a line of probiotic drinks. I decided on a kumquat fizz with chestnut popping boba. I was super excited to see they offered this topping since the only other place I saw it was Ming Cha in Walnut, so I was pleased when I tasted it and thought it was comparable. My partner also got a simple jasmine green tea with agar boba and thought it tasted well brewed. We not only got our drinks fairly quickly but also were gifted a pretty sturdy tote! I think this place really has a drink for every kind of palette and hope it gets a lot more foot traffic.

I had a good experience at Noa Coffee and Tea (West Covina). I ordered the Signature Phin Coffee ($5.25 - Normal Price, $4.20 - Soft Opening Price). It's coffee with cacao cream. Surprisingly, it tastes like a dark chocolate malt shake with caffeine. It's very dessert-like. (Important: Currently, this NEW location has a Soft Opening Discount - 20% Off Everything! Good deal.) I arrived at Noa Coffee and Tea (West Covina) on Saturday (around 1:02PM). Parking is easy. The lot is wide with many spots. Staff interaction felt nonexistent sine Staff regularly stays in the back. Customers primarily order at the two self-service kiosks. Staff briefly appears to drop off the drink when ready. My coffee took two minutes and 24 seconds. Very fast! As mentioned, I ordered the Signature Phin Coffee ($5.25 - Normal Price, $4.20 - Soft Opening Price). I felt a light burst of caffeine; however, I'd more-so compare this coffee to a dessert or shake. Regardless, it's a very tasty, sugary indulgence. This drink reminded me of dark chocolate with notes of coffee. It has the low utility of a Starbucks Frappuccino, but its ingredients' quality is leaps ahead. It's a decent gateway coffee. Regarding ambiance, Noa Coffee and Tea (West Covina) is clean, loud, and bare. Since it's the "soft opening" stage, there's location is very empty. Currently, there are no tables; however, there's seven small chairs. In addition, the music is loud like a nightclub. Fortunately, there's a gender neutral restroom in the back. However, at its current state, this is a very poor place to study/work. With time, I'm confident that this will improve. If visiting, expect an order-and-leave experience. Overall, I appreciated my experience at Noa Coffee and Tea (West Covina). There's genuine potential within those walls. Also, the affordable prices and good quality ingredients leave me hopeful. I got the Signature Phin 50% sweet. The house made top foam is thick and creamy, like a milk shake. Very coffee forward espresso. Perfectly layered. Mouth orgasm. Easy self ordering Kiosk. Beautiful space just awaiting their furnishing. Feels like a sexy nightclub with its dark walls and red lighting. Totally my vibe. . Will be back! Happy a glam coffee shop now exists in the area. Saw a sign that they were having a soft opening, 20% off drinks so I stopped by. They are offering 20% discount till early April when they have their grand opening. They told me that they work on building the space out after grand opening since there's no furniture inside, just 2 self kiosks. The space is sleek and cool bringing similar cafe vibes in OC to WC. Friendly staff welcomed me in, recommended drinks, and quick service. I got the Mango Probiotic Fizz with 50% sugar and it was refreshing and perfect with the heat wave. I'll be back to try some caffeinated drinks soon. read more
When you walk in, the ambience is nice but would have liked some kind of seating while I waited for my drink. Kiosks are a plus since you can order and pay for your own drink. There's also a loyalty program thats quick to sign up for. The drinks were pretty good. The Signature phin was great. Like a Vietnamese Daytona. Strong like we like it. The matcha leaned more on the bland side. Smooth but could have used a little more sweetness. Strawberry was approved by the neice and was a blend of creamy and sweet. Service was great. No complaints. As a soft opening, not bad. Will need to come back when business is in full bloom. read more
Drove by Noa in West Covina and decided to stop in on a whim. When we pulled up, we noticed they're currently in their soft opening phase. Inside, the space is huge, a little dark, and definitely gives off some club vibes. Their grand opening is still a couple of weeks away, so for now the shop feels like a blank canvas while they wait for their furniture to arrive. Even so, the person behind the counter was very friendly and took the time to explain the timeline to us. We were also really impressed by their extensive drink menu. There were so many amazing options that it was honestly hard to choose. My husband went with the Phin Coconut Coffee, a smooth coffee topped with blended coconut and toasted coconut. I ordered the Silky Matcha with 0% sweetness and coffee jelly. I love coffee jelly, and this was one of the best I've had. Despite it only being their soft opening, the drinks were delicious and came out in a reasonable amount of time. While we waited, we enjoyed the upbeat music, and my son had fun dancing around the open space. We're definitely looking forward to their grand opening and coming back to try more drinks. read more

Really cool new coffee spot! Definitely a different vibe in here. Feels like I'm at a club back when I was younger, but with coffee lol. I got the strawberry matcha and it was really good. The guy serving I think was the owner and was si nice. Came a few times to check on me cause he saw me struggling on what to order. They've only been open about a month, so definitely worth checking out! read more

I've been coming to NOA since their soft opening back in March. I probably go there weekly. I choose this as my go-to spot because of their quality of their coffee and matcha! You won't find Vietnamese coffee like the coconut coffee and egg coffee anywhere this good. Tastes authentic to Vietnam which I also recently visited. My favorite drink is the coconut matcha They're also very friendly. I once realized that I left my wallet at the shop for half a day and came to track it down. The location said my wallet was outside the street but as I was struggling to find it, a staff member came out and handed it to me! I really appreciate them for that. It deserves more support and I recommended this spot to all my family and friends. read more

We stopped at Noa Coffee and Tea. The spot has the potential to be a unique shop, once they are fully prepared for their grand opening. There are ample parking spots. Noa Coffee offers 20% off everything during their soft opening. There are some art works on the wall, but I am excited to see the whole art decoration. There are few seating available They have two kiosk to order. I didn't see any staff around except a young lady who gave us the drinks when they were ready. She was nice and friendly. The service was fast. They have different assortment of drinks. You can choose the level of sweetness. Their menu includes signature kaffee, multiple matcha drinks, crafted milk, fusion drinks, strawberry rush, mango rush, probiotic drinks and more. We ordered Silky mango matcha (75% sweetness). The tropical sweetness of mango balanced the earthy taste of matcha. The drink was creamy, rich and refreshing. I really enjoyed the drink and the experience. Definitely, I will be back to try more drinks. read more

NAO Coffee is already off to a strong start I tried the sea salt coffee and really enjoyed it--the cold foam was smooth and not overly salty, and the coffee itself was nice and strong, definitely something that'll wake you up. Ordering is super easy with two kiosk screens, and right now they're offering a discount on drinks, which is a nice bonus. They're still in their soft opening phase, so there's no seating just yet, but the space has a cool, dark ambiance with some unique art sculptures on the side. I'd give it a solid 4/5--excited to come back, try more drinks, and see how it evolves once they're fully open. read more

Stopped by on Sunday morning around 10:30ish. There were two people inside waiting for their orders . It was easy to navigate the kiosk to place our order. I had in mind already what drink I wanted to try. The space was clean and had a soothing playlist on. After placing our order I noticed the Photo Booth they had. The drinks were out quick less than 5 minutes. We waited to grab our drinks and had a little photo shoot in the Photo Booth ooth with our drinks. Two drinks $12.65 and $12 for two photo strips. I wouldn't come back. I saw this place on TikTok decided to give it a try and it was okay. the Signature phin tastes like bitter tiramisu, & Hokkaido milk tea tasted kind of like coffee and not like milk tea at all. I only drank half of the phin coffee before throwing it away. I was also really disappointed because I always order classic milk teas, and I was expecting it to taste like milk tea. It was still drinkable, but not what I was expecting. I also got a regular matcha, and it's good, but not spectacular. Overall, all three of my drinks were very underwhelming. On the bright side, the coffee seems really strong and I've had worse matcha. Not a complete loss, but I can find better drinks elsewhere. read more

Really surprised with this new coffee spot. I ordered the Egg cream Phin. Decided to try something out of the box but I didn't like the Egg Phin, it was different however it wasn't for me. I was happy when I asked to exchange it for another option on the menu. I asked if I could swap my Egg Phin for the coconut kaffe with the gentleman making the drinks. He was kind enough to remake my drink and it turned out sweet and frothy. Very delicious and glad I was still able to try something new. The setting here is very clean and relaxing with good vibes. Fun to check out if you're looking for a new coffee shop to add to your Covina list :) read more
