NK Movers - Movers Near Me - Herndon, Virginia

I don't EVER write Yelp reviews but I want to save someone else the frustration and anger this company has caused me over the past two weeks. My last move with a different company took forever and I was way overcharged, so I had higher expectations after great initial communication with Nadir and the company's very competitive 2 hr minimum rate. The move started off well, two movers arrived on time ready to go with materials (wrapping, furniture blankets, etc.). I made their load job pretty easy - 90% of my items were in the garage, meaning all they had to do was move them 15 feet (maybe less) from the garage into the back of the truck. Half of my furniture was also already wrapped from a previous move. It was super hot out, I made sure I got them waters and my dad and I also helped to load the truck. Between the 4 of us we had the truck loaded in under an hour (1 bedroom apartment worth of furniture). One mover was a woman, which don't get me wrong I am all for strong women and women empowerment, but this is heavy furniture we're talking about so I was a little annoyed. The other mover did not speak any English - I speak some Spanish but this left me to only be able to communicate with one of them, which proved to be extremely difficult as the move progressed. Once we got to the apartment I was moving to, they seemed to slow their roll TREMENDOUSLY. They did not listen to where I told them to place things and just started dumping everything in the middle of the floor. It was taking them 30+ mins to fill the elevator and bring up a load of things each time. They scratched two of my dressers and completely broke the leg off of another one. 6.5 hours later, they were done and I was left in my apartment with a complete mess of my stuff that they had just dumped in the middle of the floor. Nadir texted me about an hour later and told me that I owed $730. ABSURD. I explained to him what happened to my things and that I was not amused that I could only speak with one of the movers the entire time and he told me he would not entertain lowering the price because I didn't call him DURING the move to explain my dissatisfaction (I'm sorry, I was a little preoccupied about running around trying to chase down the ONE mover I could communicate with and also actually helping to move things - at this point I didn't even realize they had broken things yet). He was very short with me and had close to zero customer service or compassion towards me. When I didn't answer his text in a timely fashion, he Venmo charged me for the balance and said I could send a picture of my damages for an insurance claim. This is the most I have ever paid for a move, the longest time taken, and with the least amount of items. Absolutely insane. 10000% do NOT recommend. Update one week later: I realized one of my plastic bins of possessions was missing. I contacted Nadir and he drew out his ultimate response for two days and only replied that they couldn't find it after I followed up two times. I saw it loaded onto the truck, as did my dad who helped move, so it was somehow lost between there and here...? The total dollar value of everything in the bin probably totals somewhere around $500 - I asked if it was possible to get any part of this reimbursed and was told I needed to have reported the lost items within 24 hours. When I expressed my frustration and that I'd be filing a formal complaint I was told "I'm not sure why you're blaming us" (???!!!). Zero regard for customers/customer satisfaction. I used this company twice. The first time I used them was in May 2018 and the 2 moving men were absolutely phenomenal! They moved me from my one bedroom, 3rd story walk-up to a walk-down basement apartment that was 45 minutes away in only 4 hours! And I bought them pizza for lunch, and they still made it happen so quickly! They were clearly eager to work, and I was super happy with them-- their speed, efficiency, care of my belongings, wrapping everything to stay clean and dry in the rain, and jigsawing the trick to ensure nothing broke. (Well, nearly: a flimsy, cheap full length mirror didn't arrive in my new place but that wasn't even an issue to me. And they were about an hour or so late because of torrential downpours, but obviously that was beyond their control.) I even got a reduced rate because I referred them to my friend who was moving about 3 months after I moved, but she ended up moving herself. I loved them so much I recommended them to another friend in winter 2018 and she too had an awesome experience. And then it goes downhill from here: My friend recommended them to someone and they were 4-6 hours late for their move. (It wasn't until after my second move that I found out about that.) In July 2019, I hired them again and locked in my same cheap rate from the year before. It was a completely different, and very disappointing experience. The movers were 1.5 hours late and took 6.5 hours to move me from my one bedroom walk-down basement apartment to my first floor bedroom apt that was only 10 minutes away! Of course, given the short drive between locations and the ease of the move (i.e., far fewer flights of stairs), I reasonably expected-- and budgeted for-- the move to take 3 hours maximum. But no, they managed to take 1.5x as long! They also said it wasn't their job to "pack", only to "wrap" , and only begrudgingly wrapped my glass dining room table and mirrors in cardboard and drop clothes after making it clear that if anything broke, they weren't responsible. Because of my first experience with everything being wrapped quickly yet carefully, I didn't expect this to even be a discussion. Furthermore, I was annoyed to see my couch pillows not wrapped in plastic like during my first move and placed in the hallway on the ground, and my mattress covered. It got to the point where my dad and I had to help them load and unload the truck because they were just too slow. My dad even had to make them year the dolly to carry multiple things in at once because they were just carrying one box in at a time. How ridiculous! Even though they worked for over 6 hours, I only paid for 6 because... Well, why would I? And of course the owner agreed. And lastly, because they took so long with my move, they missed their second move of the day. So, should you decide to go with them, then make sure your the first one of the day! Needless to say, I won't be using this company again, which is a shame because my first experience was so incredibly easy and pleasant. read more

Showed up over 5 hours later than the time slot provided and requested to add additional guy for an extra fee since they were behind. Once they arrived I then realized why they were behind due to the individuals who showed up my move would have taken over 4 hours. I reached out to the main POC who was very rude and even hung up. Absolute worst experience, ever! I booked this company to help me move out of my 1 bedroom apartment in Arlington. I was nervous about the limited number of reviews (only 1 on yelp and 6 on thumbtack- 5/5 stars on both sites), but I figured 3 hours for $170 was well worth it. I was so so wrong.. I should have cancelled from the very beginning when the blank contract sent to me included SOMEONE ELSE'S CREDIT CARD INFORMATION! When I mentioned this in a reply email to the owner, he didn't even acknowledge it. At that point I decided I would pay in cash. Moving day: The time for arrival was set for 7pm. At 7:05 I called the company with no response. I started to fear this was some fly by night scam, but at 7:15 when I CALLED AGAIN, someone actually answered and gave my the number of one of the movers. When I called the number he didn't understand a work I said and just kept asking about parking. My building has a loading dock where they could easily park and I tried to explain this over the course of the next HOUR AND A HALF. I send several texts and tried calling multiple times to both the movers and the company. Not all with responses. I stood outside on the corner of my street to direct a car that never came for a half hour.. during this whole time I was unable to move anything.. making this time completely useless. When they finally arrived at 8:30pm, an hour and a half late, my fiancé called the company and asked to pay half the price since we were going to use half the time. We only were allowed to use the loading area until 10pm so there was no way we could get the 3 hours of originally contracted work. The company had the audacity to say they would take off $10 for the hour and a half we just wasted waiting for them and this was only after asking. NEVER USE THIS COMPANY. NOT WORTH THE HASSLE. I arrived at the scheduled time to pick up my Budget rental truck. There was a truck sitting on the street in front. I called the number for Nadir, which was hand written on a note taped to a window in the "office". He said they had no trucks and hadn't gotten any delivered today. He then helpfully suggested that I go to U-haul instead. That's some kind of customer service -- I'm sorry that the company I represent screwed up, why don't you go to another company instead? He could have tried to call Budget, be an advocate for his customers, whatever -- instead, he just directed me elsewhere with no assurance that I'd get what I needed, and even less concern as to whether or not it happened. After this experience I will never work with NK again, and I will never rent from Budget again - after sitting on hold/the phone/chat with three different reps, all I heard was "we're happy to cancel your reservation for you". But that's a subject for another review. In short: if you need a truck, go to U-haul. Honestly, their price was equivalent, even considering the slight increase in daily rate and mileage. And you get the truck and service without the headache or losing an hour and a half of your time finding a new vendor when Budget and NK let you down. read more

I wish there was NO STAR AT ALL. they don't even deserve one they are fraudsters . they illegally took money out of my visa AFTER I had paid them through interac which is what they demanded claiming they could not process a visa payment, that they only used VISA for putting a hold. . they never reimbursed or credited my 100$ deposit. They went on to charge me an extra $800 on the 29th , then the following day they took an extra $5400. This is AFTER the payment we had re-negociated a new price from the original estimate which was 2700$. we agreed on $3829.06. They claimed they did not receive it even though I have the proof it was given and deposited on the 29th and they had direct depositing set up. Now the whole thing is in dispute with Visa . NEVER never trust theses bastards. They were 4 hours late on the first pickup, there was only 2 guys instead of three, then they took my stuff and never delivered it when they were supposed to on the 24th. . They kept it for almost 3 days during which I was not phoned or advised as to where my things were. I was sick with worry. Now very single day has been a nightmare since December 28th trying to figure out how to get my money back. the guys themselves were nice enough but not professionals and often careless, but the management, the dispatcher, the accountant, the sales manager and the other guy I spoke to did appear to know each other or have the same information. the dispatcher was quite unpleasant and one of the guys told me that he had threatened to quit if she yelled at him one more time. they obviously overwork the guys and don't appear to treat them well. Only one driver on my job which was a multiple pickup and delivery. the kid was exhausted. NK Movers really pulled through for my daughter's move. She only had a week to arrange for services. Nadir was prompt with a fair and reasonable quote and able to ensure a Sunday pickup and drop-off between locations about 2 hours in distance. There was a very heavy rainfall on her move day but that didn't inhibit the crew. Jose and Belkis worked very hard from start to finish. The truck had ample room for all my daughter's belongings and items were carefully loaded. No items were damaged. We were very satisfied and relieved that everything went as well as it did. From past experience with other moves, we know that something usually goes wrong but NK Movers did all they could to ensure everything went right! read more

If I could give 0 stars I would!!! I contracted this company to do a less than 2 room move. (Mostly clothing) and that task was a bit to much for them... It was stated to me that they would arrive between 12pm - 1pm... I took today off and cancelled a dental appointment just so I could get this done!! However they did not arrive until 4;45pm, UNPREPARED!!! No shrink wrap, No Tape etc., The 2 guys who showed were rude and unwilling to perform there job!!! After going back and forth with them and dispatch, the Labor s walked off without coming to a resolution, as I was on the phone with their manager... THEN they lied and said I asked them to leave my house, However I was on the phone with the dispatch when I told him they walked off!!! These guys are my HEROES! They came to my rescue!! They were not my first choice and I paid dearly it was a disaster and I fired them on the spot. The next morning I got online to find more movers, Emergency Movers. There happened to be a company manager who was online at the time. I gave him the specs and told him what had just happened to me. He said he knew of the company and he was sorry, yes he had heard bad things about them. I told him I had $300 tops. He agreed, 2 men and a medium truck should do it. They came from Herndon, VA and it was a task of approximately 4 hours! No Problems! I tipped the guys and exhaled. BEWARE! I should've followed my instincts. After reading several reviews, I wasn't pleased but after speaking with the owner I decided to give him a chance. He tried to convince me that the bad reviews were based off another company with the same name. I contacted them the day before I needed gym equipment moved and they immediately found an opening. The crew that they sent immediately came out dissembled my gym equipment, moved it to the new home. They re-assembled which took way too long. I could see they were getting somewhat frustrated and we were exhausted from the move. The mistake I made was NOT testing the equipment that night. 2 days later, we tested the equipment only to find it wouldn't turn on. I contacted the owner, who had the nerve to tell me it would be a cost to come back out, after paying $395. I told him this was unacceptable because his crew didn't assemble it properly. He told me he would figure something out and NEVER CALLED ME BACK. I would NOT recommend this company! read more

Worst moving experience I've ever had, I hired them for job that can be done with two guys and should not take them more than 3 hours but it took them 8 hours instead just so they can charge for more hours and they wasted my whole day and I ended up moving and organizing the stuff myself. STAY AWAY FROM THIS GUY! Apparently he utilizes nomadic crews who pick and choose the jobs they want to show up to. He isn't aware of where his crews go or when they show up. After not showing up at the appointment time, he told me 4 times he would have some there in 30 minutes. They never showed. The excuses piled up and included everything from trucks breaking down to crews that just didn't feel like working. He is quick to take your money, but not quick to show up. I found them on Thumbtack. Good communication with immediate follow up to questions. Movers arrived late. I had to call to find out where they were. They came with a rental truck and the 2 guys didn't speak much/any English. They were two young kids and I had no idea who they were because they did not have any identification so they were from NK movers, not even a T-shirt. It was like they were picked off the street. This was a big problem. They came in and seemed surprised that I was moving a condo. They didn't have tape and used what I had. They packed the truck well. Initially but after the boxes weren't as careful with some of my furniture. Some of it they wrapped in blankets and some were just put on the truck. Due to a Medical condition I am not supposed to lift, the reason I hired someone, but they were not going to get the work done on time do my friend and I started moving stuff to the door to make it go faster. They had to follow me because they had no Idea how to get to my new place and didn't have a gps. They drove 40 miles an hour on 66! They are getting paid by the hour... When we get to the new place they are exhausted and are dripping sweat on all my stuff. They act like it's a problem to put my bed together even though that was a part of the contract. After they got the truck unloaded I want to pay them they have no idea how much I was supposed to pay for the extra 30 minutes they went over. I called the main number and was told hundred dollars more. I reminded the guy that the contract stated it was $55 an hour after the first three hours for which I paid $220. The guy said oh yeah contracts are different. All the prices should be the same. I think he was just trying to get more money out of me but I wasn't going to five so he went back to 240. I gave each of the guys A $30 tip each and they acted insulted. My girlfriend and I moved half the stuff around in the apartment to save time! The company knew exactly what I was moving because I gave them a count of the boxes and the furniture. There were no appliances to move and only bedroom furniture. Half of my boxes went into storage unit in the basement so they didn't even have to go upstairs. And to top it off I gave them lots of water because they didn't bring anything! It was a warm day and they should've stayed hydrated. Then they had the nerve to ask me if I had anything besides water. I gave them ice cream. They should've been better prepared. The only good thing about this company is that they have a fair price, but at what cost? They damaged three of my six furniture items. One was my great-grandfather's table that cannot be replaced. Terrible service, do not use this company. This is the first time I have ever written a review on yelp, which should show how terrible this company was. We moved from a 2 bedroom apartment from Arlington to Alexandria. We packed everything in advance so that the movers only had to load the truck and move it into our new place. No packing/unpacking required of them. What went wrong: 1. What should have taken approximately 3-4 hours took 12.5 hours due to the fact that they only sent 2 guys, and they moved at a snail's pace. My husband and I move frequently for our jobs therefore have a good gage for timing/effort involved in a move. This move was set up in the most easy and simplified manner. Our freight elevator is literally right outside of our apartment and we had it reserved for our use only. The loading doc is right next to the elevator. 4 hours into "loading" the truck, the team wasn't even halfway done. The hardest part of our move was the unloading to our new house simply because it's a 3 level townhouse with stairs involved. They did this in about 1/4 the time they took to move stuff out of our apartment. 2. The truck used was not big enough for our move. I talked to a manager about this and he stated this was the biggest truck they have. Therefore the team had to make 2 trips which added hours to the move. If their "biggest truck" couldn't handle a small 2 bedroom apartment, then they are advertising falsely. 3. We did not have them put back together any furniture that they took apart (2 beds, TV stands, tables) because we were concerned about the timeframe, so a lot of what we expected of the movers did not happen. 4. When they finally finished at 9 PM, I was told with no warning that we could only pay with check or cash. 5. The person who was on the phone with us telling us the bill said he was a manager. And when I tried to express my concerns with him, he wouldn't allow me to explain the situation and kept interrupting me/cutting me off. I emailed the owner, Steve, multiple times about my concerns. He finally wrote me back once stating that he sent my concerns to their customer service department and that I should hear back from them within 3-5 days. I have yet to hear from them despite multiple emails, and it has been almost 2 months since our move. Completely unacceptable service, customer service, and a complete rip off money wise. Do NOT use this company. There are plenty of comparable moving companies in the area that we had researched, we just unluckily chose the wrong one. read more

AFFORDABLE, FAST and PROFESSIONAL !! I called about 2 months ago to set up my move after finding this place on google. The prices were reasonable because it was based more so off the time and how many men you would need and not how much you have to actually move. They said they would be at my place between 9 am and 11 am. The 2 men arrived at 9:50 am and they were finished moving me in to my new place at exactly 11:49 am !! I'm sitting on my couch writing this review because I literally don't have anything else to do with my move except for unpack !! They set up my bedroom and everything. NK Movers distinguished themselves when my wife and I looked for movers at the last minute. The owner, Steve, was the first to respond of all the moving companies we contacted and he was able to provide us with a team of proficient movers on extremely short notice. Most telling, when we had a slight hiccup (some where between our old and new home part of my daughter's bed frame went missing), Steve immediately had his staff double-check the truck when I notified him. Unable to locate the pieces, he issued us a refund to cover the cost to replace it without a moment's hesitation. To me, the mark of a great company is the willingness of the owner to stand behind their service and commitment to customers. I had the worst experience with them. They were supposed to show up at 12 pm but they did not show. I waited for 45 minutes thinking that maybe they were running late. When I called he said it was supposed to be 12 or 1 pm. And he said he will call me back after checking in with the movers. So I patiently waited for another hour. I texted them asking if they were coming. It was then 1:45 pm. He got angry and started yelling at me. And told me that I should know that afternoon moves are usually delayed. That guys are working on other person's move and won't be there until 4 pm. Then he wasn't still sure if they could make it by 4 pm. Do not use them. I have moved a lot and internationally, so I speak from experience. Great care was taken moving all of my items especially several antique pieces. I had the worst moving experience with this company they were schedule to come out at 3:00 didn't arrive until 5:00. The movers arrived in separate vehicles and the one mover who wasn't driving the truck spit in my direction when he asked me what he needed to do. I can't say it no other way, but he was extremely lazy didn't help the lead mover move. He had to be forced to move items. The lead mover had to tell him to do something pick up a box. Due to his disinterest in the job, I then had to start moving stuff out the apartment and close to the truck. Though I had moved all my belongings to the living room and to the first floor to reduce the number of steps it still took a long time to get the items on the truck. As the movers where moving my dining room table, which wasn't wrapped in plastic or blankets, it was damaged on the railing of the stairs. The lead mover informed me that the lazy mover messed up my table and I needed to complain. The lead mover saw my frustration with the other mover and promised that he would get everything done in 2 hours, but was impossible as a result of the other mover not doing anything. When asked by the lazy mover for the address to the new apartment he was invading my personal space and swaying back and forth. When we arrived at the new apartment I had to help the lead mover bring stuff in the apartment. the lazy mover was nowhere to be found on numerous times during the move. The lead mover became frustrated and began to speak candidly about how he felt about the lazy mover, which I concurred. The lazy mover decided he wanted to reappear and with his appearance one of the times he disappeared he asked for some water and I told him I didn't have any. I didn't understand that request cause he didn't do any work to deserve water. The lead mover walked into the unit and requested water and I told him all I had was tap and he was okay with that. Since the lazy mover was in the back, I had to give him water as well. Make a long story short, after the job was completed I called Nadir and he wanted to charge me 480+ to that I said I wasn't paying it and I explained why. I said the lazy mover didn't do anything and I was essentially the second man on the job. He blamed it on him being new, and I felt he was dismissing the fact that the guy was lazy. I told him how my table was damaged in the process and he wanted pictures, which I later sent to Nadir along with a picture of my sofa that was damaged in the process. As I've tried to follow up with Nadir, to see what the company is going to do regarding the damage to my belongings, I have been brushed off every time. I have allowed a month to almost pass and still no feedback from Nadir or NK Movers. I believe that since I paid my money, addressing the problem isn't a concern for NK Movers. If you want your items to be damaged and not receive feedback, or if you want to be apart of the moving crew since the one they assigned to you isn't do a damn thing, or even if you want your lazy assigned mover to spit in your direction and barely lift a finger, then by all means use the services of NK Movers. However, if you want a more pleasant experience, skip this company and explore other options. I do plan on reporting this company to the Better Business Bureau, in hopes they will reconsider their practices as a result all the one star reviews. read more

It took 5 hours to load and unload one average dinning table with 6 very light chairs, one couple couch, three single chairs, a very small TV set. Stole food from our refrigerator, kept complaining for food and breaks. The owner was very unprofessional with customers and very rude!! Never recommending this place again!!! read more

DO NOT USE THESE MOVERS!!! Nadir (owner) was rude and unprofessional and unapologetic or sympathetic to the fact that his workers left my home without notice after bringing the wrong truck size for the move that was suppose to begin at noon then then pushed back to 1PM and the workers didn't show up until 3PM . When I we finally spoke to Nadir after several ignored phone calls, he promised to send a new crew by 6PM and they didn't show up until 9PM which had my husband and I moving in the middle of the night. We paid cash to the 2 men that showed up who were actually pretty decent guys because we knew it wasn't their fault that the company they worked for messed up. Bad business!!!! A move that was supposed to begin at 12noon didn't start until 9PM and was never completed. To add insult to injury...Nadir cursed out my husband on the phone for complaining about our experience and is threatening to sue us claiming his workers never received payment. We paid the workers and gave them a tip which we did not have to do as the contract we signed was broken from the start by the company. We had to hire a whole new company to finish moving us the next day and spend an additional $600 on top of what we paid NK Movers. DO NOT...I REPEAT...DO NOT..BELIEVE THE HYPE ON NK MOVERS - THIS WAS THE WORST MOVE I HAVE EVER EXPERIENCED!!! More stressful than planning my own wedding. read more

This is the absolute worst moving company you can ever go with. I would have given them zero stars but it was not an option. I signed a contract for 2 movers to come at 8:00am to move me to my new home. At 8:45 am not only had no one showed up, but I didn't even hear from anyone at the company. I called the company number and spoke with Nadir Khalil. The first lie that he told me about why the movers weren't there was that "it rained so we're switching out trucks." He said they would be at my house by 10 am. At 10:45 am no one had shown up. I called Khalil back and the second lie he told me was that the moving truck was in a car accident so he had to dispatch me a new truck. I called around 12:00 pm, still no movers. Khalil said the movers were on the Dulles access toll road and should be to my house within 45 minutes. Khalil texted me the number to a driver named Jamal. This was around 2:00pm. I called Jamal and he told me the reason they hadn't shown up yet was because he was looking for a 2nd mover to help him out. I said "Are you kidding me? This is a moving company and you guys are out looking for help?" Jamal also told me they were still in Reston. So at 3:00 pm I called Khalil back and asked him why did his employee tell me that the reason they weren't at my house was because they only had one mover and were looking for a second one? I also asked him why did he tell me his movers were en route at Dulles hours ago, but they're now saying they are still in Reston when they should have been in DC by now? Khalil proceeded to tell me that wasn't true and then he cancelled the move. The movers ended up coming anyway and they didn't show up until 6:00pm! I waited a total of 10 hours for these people to show up, and the move didn't end until 10:40pm. Who moves people in the dark? The only excuse they gave me was that their GPS wasn't working. To top it off, one of the workers Jamal was extremely unprofessional. He did not want to do any work, kept standing around and trying to make conversation instead of just doing what he was getting paid to do. I had to constantly keep him on task and tell him to take things to the truck. He sexually harassed me and made me feel extremely uncomfortable. He was staring at my breasts on multiple occasions, told me I was beautiful, and kept asking me personal questions about my personal relationship with my husband. All while I was holding a 4 month old baby. What a creep!!!!!! On top of that, the movers broke my building's hallway window when they were moving my couch. They drove 45 mph on the highway and I had to keep calling them to tell them to drive faster. They got lost and followed another car on the highway, so I had to pull over on the side of the road in the dark by myself with a baby to wait for them to come back. When we got to my new house they didn't even want to reassemble the bed even though it's included in the moving package price. They had the audacity to say "it's too late at night" to reassemble the bed. When they're the ones that showed up 10 hours late!!! EVEN THOUGH I PAID THESE PEOPLE A TOTAL OF $360 for this disastrous move, me and my family were helping them do the work the whole time. It's a shame they were so slow that we had to bring in boxes and move and break down furniture ourselves. They didn't even have any tools, packing tape, or anything to wrap my couches in. Then they had the nerve to get upset when we didn't give them a tip! A tip for what...the window that you broke and didn't want to acknowledge? Or for the 10 hour wait? They also damaged both of my lamps and my computer desk. These movers are not professionally trained movers. They are unprofessional, untrained, out of shape, are careless with your things, and it seems they might be picking people up from like a Home Depot or 7-11 to help with your move. You can do that yourself. DO YOURSELF A FAVOR AND RUN AWAY FROM THIS COMPANY! THEY HAVE NO BUSINESS INTEGRITY WHATSOEVER. The owner was unapologetic and did not care about all of the lies he told me, giving me the run around for 10 hours and inconveniencing my entire family, including a 4 month old baby in the process. The N in NK movers is for Nightmare. My experience has been a total nightmare. I was scheduled for an 8am start time. The stories for their late arrival were manifold. The truck broke down. After checking in later, the movers got into an accident and the owner offered me a police report. After the artful stories dried up. They were perennially on their way. There ETA was 30 min for 4 hours. The poor driver was not given clear directions and seemed utterly lost. Unfortunately, due to a language barrier it was nearly impossible to get them back on track. I had a fantastic experience with NK Movers, moving from a 3rd floor condo to a three level town home. The pricing was excellent, the communication was great, and the 3 guys that moved me really powered through! There were a ton of stairs and they didn't complain once! Everyone was pleasant and a joy to work with, including Nadir who provided the quote and did the contractual side. They were professional, kind, and very hard working - at a very reasonable price. Absolutely a terrible company to deal with if you value your furniture do not do business with this company After my moving I end up with a bunch of brokers and damage furniture and I tried very hard to resolve the matter and I got no result .I filed a complaint against them with better Business Bureau and my next step is to to hire an attorney. read more
