Gotta be honest, this place is not at the safest area, but it is so good that I went twice in 3 weeks. The first round, I tried K-Bap, Lao Ma, Akai Hana and Sumo Snow. The second round, I focused on Akai Hana and Sumo Snow. First round - Lao Ma is the bomb!!! I was just thinking about how much I love these varieties of dumplings that they would be my fix before I got a reservation in at Ding Tai Fung. The strawberry dessert cake from Sumo Snow was not so great, but those white chocolate ice cream bites recovered!! The Tokoyaki balls from Akai were good, but I would say the filling maybe could be a bit hotter (weird to say, I know). Second round - The bento box from Akai was so worth a try. I had the salmon and chicken combo and there was so much food! I had a second meal out of it. The drink from Sumo was very refreshing! I love everything about this place! Staff is so nice and bring the food to your table. I've tried beef bulgogi and shrimp K Bap bowls, both amazing, crab rangoons w real crab finally! And delicious spring rolls. I came with friends and we all split our dishes. The Korean corn dogs are so good if you love a cheese pull. Came by on a Saturday at noon. Not busy at all. Love the Asian food hall concept as you can find various choices to match your mood. Went with Pho Mama because I have a tendency towards Viet food. Pretty easy menu and a very nice staff member took my order for the Brisket Pho. Sat with my pager for a bit until my order came up. Simple setup, pho in a disposable bowl and a bag of veggies for garnish. Broth did not have a deep flavor or usual spices I would expect of the usual pho broth. Meats and noodles were okay. We ordered from the following places: Saito Express: Chicken and shrimp hibachi - good portion and very tasty Pho Mama: Beef Pho - not many sections to choose from, broth was good Lao Ma: Spicy dumplings - they were out of cucumber salad so we ordered these K - Bap: Beef bulgogi and Korean tacos - tacos were pretty simple, on the sweeter side. Bulgogi was good Sumo Snow: Boba smoothies and cheesecake with ube - good cup sizes for the price, ube on cheesecake was not good Everything was flavorful. Cool concept. Busy on a Friday night. We opted to order bowls from K-Bap. Korean chicken bowl was pretty good. Chicken very crispy. Sauce very sweet, it needed more of spicy mayo. I'd order again from there. Service was pleasant, food was prepared fresh and was delivered to us hot. Four stars. We also ordered from Lao MA. So dining companion wanted a dozen beef pan fried. I ordered the Happy Meal for the other two of us to share. Ordered pork and chive, pan fried. Received pork and cabbage. Dumplings were steamed but only pan fried on the bottom. Slightly over fried with a strange crispy coating on the bottom. None of us liked these and one had a long blonde hair sticking out of it. We were told it was part of the filling and the lady was very rude about it. Two stars. Won't visit again. She tried to charge us for drinks even though we had a receipt from K-Bap. As a whole just an average dining experience. I would dine at K-Bap again to try the tacos. read more

The concept is interesting, there are five fast-casual spots under one roof: Saito's Express (Chinese/Japanese), Sumo Dnow Express (Boba drinks), Pho Mama (Vietnamese), Lao Ma (Chinese dumplings), and K-Bap Kitchen. We didn't try everything, just the Dumplings Combo from Lao Ma and pho from Pho Mama. Honestly, we left feeling pretty thirsty. The dumpling combo ($25.99 + tax) came with 24 small dumplings: 6 Signature (pork, chives, eggs, and shrimp, I wasn't a fan), 6 Pork & Cabbage (best of the bunch, but still not great), 6 Pork & Chives (okay), and 6 Teriyaki Chicken (way too sweet). The pho (Meatballs $13.99, Brisket $15.99) was surprisingly sweet rather than savory, the kind of sweetness that isn't from slow-cooked meat. Definitely not worth the price. I bought a bowl of chicken noodles from the first restaurant up front. Unfortunately, the cashier was also the same person preparing the food. There's nothing wrong with that, except for the fact that he was using the same gloves he used at the register to also work in the kitchen. Not once did I see him change gloves. What an amazing gem! The kiddos and I chose to celebrate our "making it through the week" with an outing to Niu Mama Kitchens! Heard about a while ago from social media and immediately added it to my Yelp "Want to go" collection! Super impressive! Lots of parking outside! Friendly staff. What I love is that there are 5 restaurants, each serving Asian cuisine! The choices, the choices. It was so hard to pick, so we visited 4 of the 5 (my budget for the outing dictated this)! At Saito's Express, my sweet pea chose the shrimp and ribeye hibachi and I ordered a chicken and shrimp hibachi. Ample portions and I loved the zucchini. We got Pho, we got potstickers and boba. We started at K Bap and got some delicious chicken (pictured) it was crunchy and the sauce was sweet and spicy and the chicken was made to order which is so delicious. Then we got dumplings at the place next door, we got the pan fried pork & chive dumplings, these were my favorite thing we ate that day. like a delicious soup dumpling, just so flavorful. Pan fried is absolutely the way to go. We also got ramen and yakisoba from the restaurant up front, it was good but maybe my least favorite of all the restaurants. And finally the boba place! It was soo delicious. Definitely sweet but flavor levels were adjustable! Food aside, everyone was so nice and recommended their favorite dishes at each restaurant! Came in to the new place on the block. Tried a couple different things from 4 different spots inside. The hibachi spot is pricey. I ordered a regular bowl with steak and shrimp. For the price it shoulda had more protein. There were only like 3 pieces of steak and 3 shrimp. Super skimpy. They had plates costing like $25. No thanks. The second place we tried were the dumplings. The kid menu one. They were alright, nothing special. Super fresh though as I burned the sh.. out of my mouth The 3rd thing we tried was the bulgolgi bowl. We like this the most out of all the food. Love the concept! Great place to bring a group so everyone can get what they want. But like every new place there are some kinks that need to be worked out. We went about 15 mins after opening time. The hibachi place was expensive so we skipped them. K-bop: 1star We got the Korean fried chicken tacos. Pho: 3 star meatball pho Lao dumplings: 4 star combo dumplings The Korean fried chicken tacos came out first. The chicken was cold. Tortillas cold. We went right after opening so they must have just taken everything out of the fridge. But nothing was warm. Flavor was ok. But for the price, not worth it for frozen fried chicken nuggets tossed in sauce. Pho: now this was HOT. Of course it's soup so it should be hot. But wow! I always sip the broth first before adding the fixings. And wow I burnt the entire roof of my mouth! Once I started to mix up the noodles the broth was steaming. They use the wide noodles. Give you a lot of meatball compared to the usual 2 you get. lol. But they don't skim the fat. So if you like your pho oily, you'll love it. I had to wash my face after. They were heavy handed on the fish sauce. But overall it was decent. They didn't offer the rare beef pho. Just three choices: meatball, brisket, or beef rib. They also had cashier issues. First they turned me away then asked if I had cash. I paid with cash and they couldn't give me change. So they had to run to another food stall. Regardless the guys were super nice Last was our favorite the dumplings. I believe it was pork and cabbage, pork and chive, and chicken teriyaki? We did half pan fried and half boiled. My family and I checked out Niu Mama Kitchen during their soft opening and wow-what a hidden gem! From the moment we walked in, we were greeted with warm and friendly service that set the tone for the experience. Only Complaint is they only give Honey Boba on Weekends which makes no sense in my opinion when customers usually buy Honey Boba. 8/10 Pho Mama: COULD HAVE MORE THINGS ON THE MENU! I went to Niu Mama today for the first time. My friend had seen a video about this food court on tik tok and was in town visiting so we had to try it out. I loved that there were was a variety of stalls/booths with different types of Asian food. We were a group of 4 so it was awesome to be able to find something everyone wanted to eat. Huge shout out that the Sumo Snow had the viral fruit shell ice creams I've been wanting to try, that are hard to find. I tried every flavor! All of our meals from the KBap booth were fantastic as well. The place was relatively quiet on a Friday afternoon which was nice as well, easy to find seating and didn't wait long for our orders. THE only downside is the location. This isnt in the nicest part of Glendale, or the safest. Oh what a hidden gem. Loved this spot! There are about 5 different kitchens inside this place. I started off with the K-Bap Kitchen, Everything on the Menu looked delicious! I opted for the K-Bap street tacos, and My only complaint was that I wished I had gotten a second order. Everything on the taco was delicious, and that wedge of lime took it to the next level. I can praise them enough. The cashier was very bubbly and fun to talk to. She definitely set the vibe. We also went over to Lao Ma, and the lady there was extremely friendly. I can only guess it was a mother/daughter combo helping us. The 12 piece Beef dumplings were delicious! The sauce was fantastic, and the presentation was unlike no other. Still extremely yummy! We finished off with a Taro and Boba smoothie from Sumo Sno. It was very good! My only complaint was that the Boba was a little tougher than normal, but nothing to worry about. Saw it on the news this morning and everything they showed looked super good. The concept is really neat and we liked that they have the different food stalls. There is something for most everyone. The atmosphere is nice and reminds me of the street food vendors in south east Asia. They have a hibachi, Pho , dumplings and a Korean infusion stall. We decided to get a few things from a couple of the stalls. At the K-Bap, Korean stall we got the K-Corn Ribs. They were flavored well and a fresh take on Mexican street corn. At the Lao Ma dumpling stall I picked up their Bao and edmame lunch special. The Bao is so good and the dough had the right amount of bite. Lastly we grabbed the rib eye and shrimp stir fry from Saito's hibachi. The vegetables were cooked just right and the steak was quite tender. Everyone was friendly. Each person we encountered smiled and offered up good suggestions as well as explained a little bit about what they offer. We live in central Phoenix. Inside you can dine on sushi from Akai Hana, next is a drinks/boba & lovely fruit desserts, a wonderful dumpling station with an extensive menu, a Korean kitchen that produces dynamite bulgogi, and there is a place that makes rich, flavorful pho. New place advertised in Glendale so wanted to try it out. Venue very nice, very clean and roomy. Four or five different places to order food from. No floor service for any of them, must order from their window and pick up your own food. All service staff were from different countries, we could not understand any of them. No prices posted on the menu boards and, no pictures to show the different foods. Prices very very high. Husband had large portion of food but meat was very tough. I ordered a beef taco , came with two regular size taco meat was not chewable, cost was $17.00 for my tacos. Total we paid $45.00 for our meals with poor quality food.
