I much prefer the pearl (mini size) as they were tiny. Just be careful not to inhale too quickly as they can go down the wrong pipe. I had the boba version 1-2 hours later and it was not as good. The boba was very hard and tough. I guess the soft chewiness was due to the heat. Shake the drink and watch the brown sugar streaked across the milk creating stripes similar to a tiger. And that was the reason for the name of the shop. Tiger Sugar. I read that somewhere, how true it is, I have no idea. It makes a good background story though. The menu is not extensive with lots of slush or fruity drinks. This place really just specializes in brown sugar drink -- in milk, tea and coffee.
