YO! *drool* we were pleasantly surprised when we ordered room service, the serving sizes were huge and the food was dang good yall. I got the chorizo scramble and it did not disappoint, I wanted to eat the whole thing but I had to save room for the 3 leches French toast and when I say that was a hit it was a hit! We were a little disappointed we didn't get glasses of water with our meals and the coffee was cold but other than that everything was fantastic.

Good brunch location near Wayzata! Their eggs benedict and beignets are fantastic! Lattes are ok, nothing special. Normally pretty easy to get a table too! Star rating is based off the brunch. Unfortunately I would not give their dinner 5 stars. Ive gone a few times for dinner and was disappointed. It takes a lot for me to send food back to the kitchen but twice I've had to send my burger back for being extremely undercooked.

We wanted to try a new brunch place and hadn't been here. The best thing is one we actually didn't partake of, which is they have bottomless brunch mimosas (90 minutes) for $18 which is a solid deal! I had the chorizo hash, which was an ample portion of hash browns with chorizo, eggs (menu says fried but they asked how I wanted mine so I said scrambled), and hollandaise. And the rye toast that came with it was crusty delicious and well buttered. My gf had the mushroom and asparagus omelette which came with a nicely vinaigrette dressed green salad. She did the cheesy hashbrown upgrade because who can resist cheesy hashbrowns??? The place has a nice modern and open feel to it and service was present and helpful. Definitely coming back to take the mimosas for a spin!

We went for the Easter buffet and it was a total disappointment. $70 per person before tax and mandatory tip. Given the price, there was no soda or tea was included. Food was mediocre at best, no seasoning. Hashbrowns said cheesy, they were not. We had to ask for a steak knife to cut through the English muffin of the eggs Benedict. Desserts were super sweet. Ice cream was so melted it was soupy and they ran out of gummy bears which was disappointing. Charging 22% service is ridiculous. We did not receive $46 service. We had a change in server mid way through our meal and our original server never told us. We only saw our server a couple times and that was just to refill waters, they didn't do anything else. $280 for 3 people, certainly not worth it.

This place continues to amaze me. Their sausage scramble is probably the best dish in their breakfast menu. I tried the build your own omelette, and you can taste the freshness in the ingredients with this one. Coffee is good, service is great and ambiance is perfect. Totally worth for the pricing they have.

    Steak skewers and brick chicken

Went on Friday afternoon. The restaurant atmosphere was very nice, bathroom was very clean. Our server was nice. We had the walleye tacos as a starter, they were very good, the fish was perfect. My fiance had the beef skewers and veggie medley, and I had the brick chick with veggie medley. We both thought the veggies could have been better. Maybe roasted longer. The Brussels sprouts were a lil tough. She like her steak skewers though they were slightly undercooked, the brick oven was good, though I would have preferred it without the au jus. It took away from the crispiness of the skin. The drinks were really good though

We went to celebrate my friend birthday with the fondue set menu. This restaurant is located next to Hotel Landing, they have a parking ramp behind and share the same entrance. Beautiful lobby that leads to a fancy restaurant. Service was awesome, our server explained how the set menu works, first was a pastry with a salad inside. Then a kale salad, followed by cheese fondue and then chocolate fondue. The cheese tasted bitter, we told the server about it and he changed the cheese to a different mixture, which tasted better. I thought we signed up for the igloo experience but that was a different cost. Next time we will try it.

Pros: Great location Outdoor seating is available Nice decor, but a bit on the dark side Good team service - several servers delivered our food and bussed our table Love the acai bowl and the fluffy pancakes Ample brunch menu with many options and breakfast cocktails Cons: They take your credit card when reservation is made and will charge you if you are late :( Service was slow and it took a while for the server to take our order and for the food to come out On the pricier side Pro tip: It is attached to the hotel, so can be confusing on which entrance to use.

Love, love, love this place! Love the atmosphere, the food, and the amazing service! Perfect spot for brunch with the girls, date night or a little family outing for lunch or dinner. The restaurant is located inside the Hotel Landing. If you need to wait to be seated you can cozy up by the fireplace in the main entrance! We ordered the Steak Fajita Omelette, chocolate chip buttermilk pancakes, and the "X Not Found" vodka espresso drink. Everything was perfect & I will definitely be visiting again,

The food here is always on point, and is plated perfectly. The steak fajita omelet has all the flavors with peppers and onions in the omelet and cilantro crème fraiche, cotija cheese, and pico de gallo on top. While the steak and eggs is a classic dish with béarnaise. Both options are highly recommend! And both come with hash browns and choice of toast. The sourdough is exactly what I look for in my toast and comes with a delicious house made jam! The fries a twice cooked and also the perfect side! For drinks the espresso martini is on the stronger side, so I always add a shot of Baileys to make it a creamier espresso martini. The tequila sunrise is the best morning drink with tequila orange juice and grenadine. Inside is beautiful and they have 2 patios, one on the main level and one upstairs! Love sitting outside when it's nice out!

Eating dinner at the hotel bar on a very cold Sunday night may not provide the perfect setting. Everything was a solid "3". Vodka martini was fine. French onion soup did not n burn my mouth which means it was easy to eat so I should have been happy but for some reason I was not. I went with the Chicken and Waffles because the ingredients were either going to be epic or not. Going with "not" as final answer. The fired chicken had so much stuff on it it was not crunchy. The smashed avocodo on the waffle made the waffle soggy as well. There were some good flavors but non crunchy chicken and waffles is a bu

We expected it to be packed, but we were seated right away. The restaurant wasn't overly crowded or noisy, which made it easy to relax, enjoy our meal, and actually have a conversation. Our waitress was incredibly friendly and professional. I wish I had gotten her name before we left because she provided great service throughout our visit. I started with the iced lavender oat milk latte, and it was delicious. We also shared the famous monkey bread, and it definitely lives up to all the hype I've seen online! We ordered it with both the cream cheese and caramel, and it was amazing. The monkey bread was incredibly soft, fresh, and the portion was huge. I've had monkey bread at other local coffee shops before, but the texture here is on a completely different level. For breakfast, I ordered the French toast, and it was made well. I appreciated that it wasn't overloaded with whipped cream. My husband liked the crispy bacon and his chocolate chip pancakes he said they were rich and fluffy. We'll definitely be back. Everything from the food and atmosphere to the service exceeded our expectations. This place is simply too good not to return!

So I found Benedict's online and thought it looked like a good choice. The restaurant itself is really bright open and airy. Lots of natural light and high wood beams. The restaurant employs an online wait list, which I love. So you join the wait list online, it tells you how long your wait is and the you can plan your arrival to minimize your wait. I was surprised that on a Saturday, we walked right in and were seated... it wasn't all that crowded (that said, there was a big No Kings rally that day so people might have been busy). At any rate, we were greeted and seated immediately at a nice table. I enjoyed the many options on the menu and also loved that you could order a single specialty pancake if you wanted one. I ordered the classic benedict. My husband got the tot hash. We ordered a strawberry nutella pancake to share. The pancake was good, though honestly the nutella strawberry topping was a bit meh. My husband said his tot hash was not what he expected (they seem to make their own tots and then deep fry them) but he did like it. My benedict was decent, but there was way too much ham and not enough hollandaise. I hate when people are stingy with the hollandaise. Coffee was good and strong. My peach mimosa was fine but honestly pretty small -- I'd be surprised if it was 8 oz. Service was OK. Nothing super major to complain about, but my mimosa wasn't delivered until I was almost through my first cup of coffee. The waitress clearly just forgot about it. She basically said so and apologized. I noted that many tables had lovely little bottles of water for when you wanted to refill your glass, but we did not receive one. It also bothered me a bit that there was a lot of "stuff" on the floor. Trash, bits of food, etc. I know that things get really busy at brunch spots on the weekends. But someone really needed to go around with a broom or a vacuum. It's just not what I expect from a dining establishment where I'm going to drop $80 on breakfast for two.

We arrived at 11:15 a.m. and waited 20 minutes in line to order. My sister and her kids received their food in about 20 minutes. My daughters and I, however, waited nearly 50 minutes after ordering (over an hour total) and never got our food. When I finally went up to check on our order, I had to wait another 15 minutes to speak with manager Meghan Walsh. She couldn't find our order, interrupted me mid-conversation to help someone else, and only located it after I suggested she search by my credit card. She was defensive and unpleasant the entire time. She argued with me when I requested a refund, eventually offered only 50% off, and later came to our table to blame the delay on a busy Sunday while disputing how long we had waited, despite my receipts. What should have been a memorable family meal turned into one of the most frustrating and disappointing experiences I've ever had at a restaurant. I will never return to The Grocer's Table.

It's extremely noisy, and the tables are very close together. We had to listen to a little boy watching cartoons on his phone the entire evening, which was NOT what I was planning for our 25th anniversary dinner. Touching on our anniversary, I called and made a reservation 3 weeks prior and begged the host on the phone to put us in a quiet corner, not in the middle of the room. I had very special plans and was going to present my wife with a beautiful new diamond ring to replace the one she got 15 years ago on our 10th. When we arrived, we were placed at a very small table right smack in the middle of the room!!! I asked the host when she tried to seat us if she could please put us in the corner table, which was vacant, and was told no, this is the best table we can give you. I was NOT HAPPY!!! The most uncomfortable thing is finding a place to park. If you can't find a spot in the lot, tracking down a street spot that isn't only 1 hour can be a challenge or a bit of a walk. We started with cocktails and Bread is Life appetizer (5/5). Bread is indeed life. We needed two baguettes to eat the three butters/sauces. The whipped ricotta and honey was my favorite, but the chimichurri was a close second. For entrees we split the Beet and Watermelon King Salmon Salad (3/5), A Fat Burger (5/5), Chilled Lobster Roll (4/5), and the Spicy Lobster Mac and Cheese (5/5). The salad was good, but the salmon didn't have enough seasoning for me. It's also more of a traditional watermelon salad vs lettuce salad. The lobster roll was good, but of course mostly bread. It was a hardy sandwich and filled more than other restaurants. The burger was in fact fat, cheesy and juicy. The sandwiches come with hand cut fries (5/5) and an aioli. While the Mac and cheese says it's spicy, it's more of a Minnesota spice. It's a shareable portion, but no more than 3 people if they have other food. For dessert we ordered the Mud Moon Pie (4/5). When they say it's served with a knife they mean it. The portion size is huge! Like 6-12 people could eat on it. We ended up sharing with the table next to us. We were warned it was shareable, but I wish there would have been a smaller portion option to select. We felt so wasteful not being able to eat even half of it. We loved our server. We never felt rushed, our water glasses were never empty and she split the bill with our individual dishes and then split the shared items (I love when they do this vs giving us one bill). While the prices are a little high, the portion sizes and quality of food make it worth it.

The service here was good and the man who made my drink was nothing short of a sweetheart! I got the raspberry cheesecake latte with oatmilk. This drink was over $11!! Not what I was expecting! Definitely the most expensive coffee I have gotten! Their menu seemed to have lots of unique and tasty coffees and items! I'd love to come back and try more. Despite the cost, the coffee was very tasty! In my opinion, this is one of the best coffee shops in the twin cities!

By the time I made reservations there was only space for patio seating which which not as pretty actually had better lighting for photos it was pouring rain at times and I wondered how the patio roof would hold but it did really well just a few drops and the floor got wet so they helped us move our table over a bit Food and drink: I started off with the cocktail of the moment it was a mezcal drink with raspberry and made with Calabrian chilis came topped with a cute little pepper on tops. The chicken was great too!!

Be prepared if you go at dinner time parking will be busy and slightly hard to come by. If you find a spot, take it! We had a reservation, but I don't think we really needed one. We sat in the bar area. The decor was absolutely beautiful. I loved the vibe and being able to see the wood fire pizza oven. We ordered Burrata for the table and ended up needing an additional order of bread. The dip to bread ratio is always off. The burrata was more creamy rather than a ball of cheese. I really enjoyed the kumquat with it, but wish there were more of them. We also ordered crispy Brussels sprouts for the table. I love a Brussels sprouts. These were perfectly cooked and well seasoned. I ordered the Mafaldini Cacio E Pepe. It really was pepper forward and I wasn't mad about it at all. I thought the serving size could have fed two people, especially if you are sharing other items. A couple things that I was not prepared for. This is a "dinner should take hours" type of establishment. We were picking at the appetizer and the server had to come over and ask if we were done and if she should put in the order for our entrees. Meanwhile we were still eating the appetizer because we thought we were waiting for the entrees. And then when it came time for the check and getting boxes for left overs they will take your food and box it up for you. I didn't realize this when I asked for the check and someone's food was taken as she was mid bite (oops). They also did one check for three people and never asked if we wanted to split the bill in any sort of way. They also only gave us one bag for our left overs, even though all of us had food to takeaway.

I was greeted by the hostess outside and although the patio looks lovely it was 96* and I opted for inside (I do not live in MN for the heat!). There are lots of fun photos on the wall and soccer team banners hanging from the ceiling. After being seated I was immediately given water and silverware and looked over the menu. There is a good cocktail, wine, and beer menu with Guinness, of course, and several Irish whiskeys. My server, Bill, was a delight. We talked about our dogs (mini dachshund for me, Malinois for him) and our shared love of Costa Rica. I ended up ordering the French Onion soup and a Lobster Roll with fries. The soup came out first and it was just as sumptuous and beefy as I hoped. The melted Gruyère and caramelized onions made a hearty starter. The Lobster Roll was perfect: chopped lobster on a warm, buttered, toasted roll topped with slivers of pickled carrots. The lobster was chilled and didn't need any dressing at all. The fries were plentiful, thin, and perfectly crispy yet still tender inside. A home run. Excellent food, warm and welcoming atmosphere, and terrific staff made it a delightful lunch. Thanks, Bill! ;)

Throughout the meal, the server consistently checked on us to make sure we had what we needed and to refill our drinks. I really enjoyed my veggie melt- was super flavorful and loved the side sauces they provided with the fries. I also had a bite of the Reuben which was delicious as well. Fries were crispy and topped with Parmesan! It's definitely worth trying - both the veggie and meat options are delicious!
