I remained polite but grabbed the cat food bag and hustled out of the store. When I looked at the receipt this morning, they had charged my account $108.61 ! I called the store and asked about it. They said I would have to come in in person to get my refund. The store is 2 hours away! I had given my name at the beginning of the telephone call. They had my id through my phone number, but they wouldn't refund me for the aquarium equipment they thought I had purchased. I don't have an aquarium! I'll go back to get my refund, but I won't be shopping there again. Look at your receipts before you leave this store!

They will also NOT take in somebody's pet who is trying to unload a problem, animal that does not fit into their family and probably, nowhere else!
