Pasta and veggie sandwich
Mari T.

Wow wow wow! First of all, I needed to carbo load for a tennis tournament and the baby was CRAVING a good pasta. I yelp'd Italian near Royal Lahaina and this place popped up. We tried it the first night since it said open til 9 but it was closed by the time we got there around 8. Thus, had to try on night 2! Parking is validated and free for 2 hrs in Whaler's Village. This is located in the downstairs food court. They had some amazing looking pizzas but my heart called for pasta. I asked if I could get the one with mushrooms, and garlic but with creamy pesto instead of cream sauce, and asked for sun dried tomatoes. They were super friendly and helpful and made it without an issue! I also got a veggie sandwich for the next day! The pasta was hot and fresh, cooked perfectly and the flavor was amazing. Nausea has been bad but this was the first meal I have been able to fully eat in months! I knew I needed the energy for the matches the next day (and it worked out we did really well)! Can't wait to visit this food court again and try one of the amazing pizzas! Nice tables inside and outside too.

Nikki's Pizza has pizza, but it also has other food too. It's part of the "food court" at Whaler's Village which is a three minute walk from the Fairmont Orchard, where we were staying. I give Nikki's points for being convenient, and less expensive than most other eating places that were available to me without a car. We had a slice of the Pepperoni Pizza. They sell both cheese and pepperoni by the slice ($7). I had the Teriyaki Chicken Plate lunch ($17.75), which came with a large portion of chicken pieces, white rice, and cold macaroni salad (not the mac and cheese that I was expecting, but never-the-less very good. The chicken was flavorful, but it seemed as if 1/2 a bottle of Kikkoman Teriyaki was pored onto the chicken before it was served. I'm not sure that it was marinated before-hand, or just flavored with the sauce. By the standards of Maui, Nikki's is relatively inexpensive, and quite serviceable for lunch. Interesting: Here is inflation at work. According to menu photo from 2017, the plate lunch I had was $9.95. As of February 2024, the cost was $17.75.

Depending on what you get this place will be good. I got shrimp scampi that was very watered down and not very good but my husband got pizza that was better! It might have been because we ordered when they were about to close? Unsure, but I don't think I would visit again based on how my pasta tasted.

This is my favorite!!! You must go here for breakfast! Don't go to those fancy restaurants for breakfast, come here! Really quality food, hearty portions, very friendly people, and reasonable pricing. We also came after a fancy dinner when we were still hungry and for the best Hawaiian pizza. I highly recommend :)

Pizza and More! Made to order unless you grab the pizza slice on display. My teriyaki chicken plate was freshly made I like mine a little bite on the char side crispy but it was still good. Service is always quick here. You can sit inside it's a food court or sit outside

Supreme with jakapeno was excellent. Large easily feeds 3, maybe 4

Go support these guys. Nikki's pizza has been a staple of our trips to Kaanapali for many years now. Super friendly, fresh, quick and reasonable value for the area. They've all been through so much, from Covid to the fires, go suooort the hard working locals and enjoy! Downstairs in Whalers Village in the food court.

Hawaiian Slice - he cut it into 4 small sections like I was going to share it with someone. :-)

Very Good Pizza by the Slice...the Hawaiian was hot, fresh, and tasty...especially the Pineapple (but that's what you'd expect in Maui). Do get there well before closing though as they stop making new Piss to avoid having leftovers...I imagine they would make a Whole Pie as long as possible though.

Nikki's is a great place for a quick bite and can be a nice alternative during a vacation if/when you reach the point of not wanting full restaurant service (or just a cheaper option). They have pizza by the slice, but I was particularly intrigued by their calzone and it hit the spot! The restaurant is in a food court area of Whaler's Village with shared cafeteria style seating, and it is air conditioned. Definitely give Nikki's a visit if you are craving some pizzeria food!

Cobb Salad

My husband and I stumbled across this hidden jewel because monkey pod didn't have the salad we wanted. Oh my goodness, we have eaten there 2 nights in a row. We've tried the chicken Caesar salad, Cobb and Greek salad with Chicken. All were fantastic and with generous portions. We highly recommend , will probably go back a couple of more times during our vacation. You won't regret eating here. Also, the stafd so friendly , very cheerful and had excellent service.

There are not too many pizza places in West Maui, and this happened to be the closest to our residence, located in whalers village in the food court on the lower level just behind island vintage coffee. They validate parking. Flavor wise the pizza was pretty good. We got the pepperoni lovers and added sausage and bacon for a meat lovers style for the kiddos since they wanted pizza. They added a little extra cheese on top to allow the extra toppings to adhere to the pizza which a lot of non-franchise places tend to omit which results in the toppings sliding off. The dough was also proofed well for the right amount of thickness, crispiness and chew. Just be aware the pizza is on the smaller side. The large was actually closer to a medium size when compared to more conventional franchises (it measured closer to 13 inches instead of the advertised 14). They also cut the large into 10 slices which is fine for the kids, though I'd recommend you ask them to cut into 8 slices if ordering for adults. Should feed 2 adults just fine. If ordering for more than 2 adults or if you're really hungry, then do yourself a favor and spend a few extra bucks for the big kahuna 18 inch size which is significantly larger

The pizza was surprisingly good for a food court. It ended up being one of the better pizzas I had while on the island.

It's gorgeous inside and some of the best service we've had - hostess, waiter, bussers, everyone was excellent. We also loved the food we had. It's upscale and island prices, but well worth it. Everything was tasty and we enjoyed a nice bottle of wine. They will cork your leftovers for you to take back so don't be shy about getting a bottle. We're so happy this part of Front Street is surviving and thriving and we will definitely be back.

It turns out it was an awesome dining experience and he truly enjoyed the flight tasting experience! We made reservations for the dinner. You need to make reservations ahead of time for the restaurant if you plan to eat there. This small cozy restaurant has breathtaking views and the waves cresting against the coast was an amazing sounding experience. We started with a half dozen of oysters it was so fresh, the shave wasabi went so terrific with it. We added the beef tallow truffle fries and it was delicious as well. I ordered the chef specialty fresh fish dish and my husband had an osso bucco. Both were delicious and filled us up. He ordered a couple different whiskeys and he said it blended well with all the dishes. They had many options for dessert. We ordered Roselani's vanilla ice cream and a americano. It was the perfect finish to our dining experience!
