Absolutely great food. Pizza was amazing - thin crust with overloaded delicious toppings. The sandwiches are as good if not better than the pizzas. Get the pastrami! I can't say enough about the owner - Enrique is the man - 29 years!!!. Service, hospitality, quality delicious food. The go-to place in Mammoth.

Little stop on the corner outside whenever we're in this area we'd like to stop by. love the pizza fresh ingredients the sausage is homemade comes out super hot. I love pizza when it's hot and you take a bit and the cheese just stretches off. Sandwiches are fresh. The bread is fresh. Try the salad. Here is just super fresh. It does get crowded here sometimes there's limited seating inside and outside. They have bathrooms for men and women.

Nik amd Willie has the vibe you expect from a pizza place. Its loud! Staff is hollering at each other over the din of clanging utensils, moving about from station to station, answering phones, a hubbub of activity amidst the aroma of fresh dough. It was fun sitting there waiting on my order, watching the staff have fun at work. At one point a bunch of them broke out into a whistle chorus. This is very much a hole in the wall in a tight strip mall with limited parking and a small amount of seating inside. As i sat and waited on my order, a stream of people kept coming in. A testament to their popularity and availability of parking options outside the retail center :) So what about the food you ask? Solid. Chicken supreme was nice and creamy. The Mexican was zesty and Chee pizza met all expectations. Pizzas were all loaded with toppings. Awesome choice for good 'zza.

Friendly staff and excellent pizza. You get a lot of food for the money here. We tried the Siena and Big Nik and Wild Willie's pizzas and both were great. Will definitely be back next time we're in Mammy.

This hole in the wall pizza place is closed to where I stayed. I was able to walk over. There is a small parking lot, and parking seemed pretty easy. There was a line when I got here, and the tables a were full. It is a sign of good food! I saw a lady picking up 10 pizzas while I was waiting in line! I ordered a meatball sub and a medium pizza. Food was made to order and it was very fresh. The break for my meat ball sub was very soft and yet a little crispy! The pizza crust is thin, and crispy. The topping was not overcooked or dried. They prepared small containers of ranch inside the fridge for customers to self-serve. I will come back again for their pizza! It was well made!

This pizza place was recommended to me by a friend who used to work in Mammoth. I was up here on vacation for a few days with my family and parents, and while we had multiple options for dinner that night, I'm glad we chose here. We got 2 XL pizzas...this was very ambitious for 6 people. Oops. We got 4 different types as half pizzas: Devil's Pizzapile, Big Nik 'n Wild Willie's, Lil Nell, and Volcano. Definitely recommend this just for variety's sake. While I liked all of them (tried two at dinner, two as leftovers), I liked Nik and Nell best. Our whole group was quite happy. Oh and we got Garlic bread and Buffalo wings also, both of which were solid! It's very simple ambience inside, and not a ton of space to sit for multiple parties, but we had a booth that was comfortable for six. The employees were all great, and the owner came and chatted with us for a bit which was awesome. We will definitely be heading back here for our next visit!

Nik n Willies Pizza makes perfectly satisfactory pizza. The crust is crisp and the toppings are plentiful. We ordered the Big Nik' n Wild Willies pizza which had sausage, Canadian bacon, salami, pepperoni, mushrooms, olives, green peppers, red onions, and tomatoes. Our medium 12 inch pizza was $25.40 and had 8 slices. We also ordered pineapple on it, which they forgot to add but they quickly made it right with us. I think their pizza could use more sauce and less cheese. We also ordered a small Caesar salad ($8) which had romaine lettuce, croutons, parmesan, and Caesar dressing. The salad was nothing special but it was tasty and everything you'd expect from a basic Caesar salad, so I had no complaints. Overall, I enjoyed my meal here and would consider returning if I wanted pizza and salad for dinner while in Mammoth. Nothing blew me away but I wasn't disappointed by anything either. They have limited seating available with a few TVs, the space is very no-frills and a bit dingy. They take cash and card (no Amex though). There isn't tons of parking on site but there are other lots nearby you can use too. I give them a 3.5/5 but am rounding it up to 4.

We wanted to grab quick sandwiches for our hike and these were delicious! They even wrapped mine in half so I can travel with it. The service was great! Pizza was super fresh and the bread on the sandwiches were so fresh my husband bought a roll to go!

Got some really good tasting pizza from this spot after a nice day of snowboarding. Their bacon pizza has so much flavor! Definitely worth a try.

Stumbled upon this place for my wings and pizza craving. Both the wings and pizza were delicious and at a very good price! Portion size was great, but the wings were the main star. I would recommend! Service was super fast and the cashier that was working on Sunday evening was awesome and great! The inside was decently average size with a handful of seatings for a party size of 1-8 people per table.

My condo is in walking distance to this place. Super friendly people that work here. The food was delicious and I would highly recommend it to anyone looking for a tasty sandwich and a salad. I haven't tried the pizza yet but I will definitely try it the next time I go.

It was after our 1st day of snowboarding at Mammoth and my family and I were exhausted and famished. After debating on what to eat, we decided on take out and landed on the decision of pizza and wings. Enter Nik n Willies Pizza of Mammoth! We made the right choice as not only was the pizza uniquely different and delicious, but the buffalo wings were awesome as well. We loved the wings so much, we wanted them the next day again! I highly recommend Nik N Willies as their quality and friendly service are fantastic. The ambiance of the restaurant seems laid back and relaxed. We did take out and ate at our condo a few minutes away so we didn't get to eat at the restaurant, but I still rate their pizza shop and buffalo wings restaurant a solid 5 stars and two thumbs up! Enrique is the man. He and his staff were lovely. We ordered a small pizza. They were able to customize it for us. Even more special, my lil monster was taken into the kitchen to make our pizza for us. They let her be the one who slathered on sauce and layered on the cheese and toppings. That was really special for her. The hubby ordered a sandwich called the hot yardbird. Apparently the Yardbird is one of the most popularly ordered sandwiches at this spot. It includes chicken, smoked bacon, then ribs of pickles, lettuce, tomatoes, cheese, mayo, mustard, and a chipotle sauce. The sauce is something that you need to ask for. The small size sandwich is about 4 1/2" in length it is about $13 and for a full size sammich, simply double that size there's only a difference of two dollars more.... you may as well build the 9 inch size. Yum!!!! There are only a few tables inside but it was more than enough. It seems, most ppl don't dine in here. Everything is to-go. Thank you for the fun time!! read more

This is our staple whenever we visit mammoth. Pizzas and sandwiches are amazing. Lower your expectations for any salads. Staff are nice and friendly. Excellent as always. Highly suggest eating the wings in store as oppose to taking home. Much better pipping hot. read more

This place was not for me. Bottom of crust was cracker like crispy, but the rest of the dough was mushy. The sauce tasted like a tin can, and the cheese was slimy. The pizza was on par with a pizza you would pick up in the deli section of the grocery store and take home and bake. Pretty expensive for what tasted like a cheap ingredient pie. read more

We love the pizza from Nik N Willies. It is our go to pizza when we are in Mammoth. We love the Devils Pizzapile pizza. We had another delicious Devils Pizzapile tonight delivered by Door Step Deliveries - a local restaurant delivery service in Mammoth. I highly recommend both of them. We got an XL pizza and will be taking our leftover pizza home for dinner tomorrow night. read more

We were hungry for some pizza, no one delivers so we started looking at Yelp reviews. Ultimately, we settled on Nik and Willies. My goodness, this is good pizza! Little hole in wall spot (usually the best), when you walk in you instantly know it was a good decision. Smelled amazing, and it tasted even better. Good spot to hit up while in Mammoth. Location is very convenient off multiple bus routes and they also have their own parking lot. Pizza: the ingredients used tasted fresh and the pizza as a whole was good. This is more of a personal preference, but the crust was more "cracker-y" and less doughy, if that makes sense. If you like this style of crust, then these pizzas would be perfect for you. However, i personally prefer my crust more air-y and dough-y. But the cheese, meats, and veggie toppings were all great! Wings: Honestly, the wings were the BEST part of the meal. We got both BBQ and buffalo and they were large sized wings and not the sad limpy wings you get at pizza joints sometimes. They were perfectly cooked and sauced. Would definitely come back here just for the wings! read more

Makin Bacon - that's all I have to say. And go for the 16"; if not you'll be wanting more. The service is laid back and friendly. The ambiance- It's a pizza joint there's chairs, tv and beer if you want. This is one of our go to places for a good pizza while in mammoth. And we try to get it every time we go up to mammoth. read more

The Food was delicious, I even had my wife's sandwich custom made, and she said it was Perfect. "Exactly what she wanted"! My son loves their Chicken Parm. I had the footlong Pig Out ! My husband just brought home a $13 "turkey" sandwich that had one THIN slice of turkey, some cranberry and pile of lettuce between almost 1 inch 'sub' bread. Extremely disappointing. This was a $13 lettuce sandwich. read more

Can't believe all the times I've been to Mammoth I never tried Nik n Willie's. Great recommendation from a friend and I couldn't agree more. It's one of the better pizza joints out here! The family and the kiddos all loved it. Lowe Down (Hawaiian), Huskie Pie, Carnivore's Delight, and Pepperoni were all great. Definitely, will be ordering from them again for pizzzaaa. read more

Best pizza in Mammoth lakes. After 8 hours of hiking This pizza was our best option. We had be of their many chicken options. This place is small but is quick. Pizzas are made by hand. With generous ingredients. We also had a small salad to go with our pizza and had enough food for two adults. Parking lot is limited. I enjoyed my lunch at this pizza place after hiking13 miles. I always return when I'm in the Mammoth Lakes area. There are so many good places to eat in Mammoth Lakes, but I do enjoy this place. We were looking for a place to get sandwiches that we planned to take with on a hike early the next morning. The staff at Nik n Willie's went out of their way to make sure we would have fresh sandwiches without soggy bread. We ordered cold veggie sandwiches. The shredded lettuce and sliced tomatoes, along with some sealed pesto sauce, were placed inside a lidded container. The sandwiches were tightly wrapped. We refrigerated it all until we set out on our hike. We were pleasantly surprised that, after putting them together, our sandwiches were not only fresh and delicious but also still a bit cool in temperature by the time we had them for lunch! Been coming here for over 20 years. It's my go to every time I'm in town. The owners Enrique and Carlos are always so cheerful and friendly. Cozy, small dining area with just a few tables. Order at the counter and get a table and they bring the food to you. You really can't go wrong with anything you order. The pizza is hand tossed and amazing. The sandwiches are so good, I have yet to find another establishment that's better. Salads are always fresh and you have to try the wings. So good! read more

I have been going to Mammoth since the mid-80s both in winter and summer and always overlooked this place perhaps on purpose. Well, no more! The place is really casual and the guy behind the counter was very cool. He had what I would describe as a Hakuna Matata attitude. My son and I ordered our sandwiches and waited for what seemed like an eternity, which I guess happens when one is hungry. So the reason it took long becomes evident when they bring the food to us. The sandwiches are placed in foil and heated in the oven to perfection. My son has pastrami and I had the chicken parmesan both of which were delicious. This place will definitely be one of our regular spots for a quick takeout or dine in meal whether it be lunch or dinner. read more

I read that they rest the dough for 48 hours. The tomato sauce is on the more acidic side, which I really like. For the area, I do think the pizza is pretty value for bigger groups. They have two sizes basically Large (16") and XL (20"). We usually order the supreme pizza or their version of a margherita. For a 20" Supreme, it was about $50 after tax and tip. We shared between 5 ppl and each person got about 2 very large slices and was pretty full. I ate 1.5 slices . $10 per person for dinner for the Mammoth area after a day of skiing is a steal ! TIP: Ask for paper plates and the red pepper and Parmesan cheese! It gets pretty busy so they may forget to ask you! The service here was great but that's about it. I am legit concerned about all the good reviews, do y'all know what pizza is? This pizza isn't even as good as frozen pizza. It had one flavor cardboard, and was greasy AF. It did have a nice look to it. The crust did have a rise and was cooked well but flavors were not good. I hate giving bad reviews, especially to small businesses with nice employees, but we have never thrown away a pizza after a few bites and we did with this one. Maybe it was an off night. read more
