The owner of this nail salon is very sweet and kind along with her daughter and son. They were very accommodating to my drop by visit. This nail salon was highly recommended by a few co-workers of mine so I thought it would give it a try. They did an awesome job and the owner of the nail salon was very fast at it too. Her daughter did the nail design for me. They are so reasonable. I got a full new set of nails gel with heart design for $55.00. They did such an awesome job! They really know their customers very well here too! Which says a lot about the family that owns this nail salon that they truly care about you. They are very nice and talkative too. They didn't shed blood like most places do these days. It's very cute inside! They also do charms on nails and also have a variety of services they do here. They are original owners of the business and it was one of the only first nail salons originally until all of the others started popping up everywhere. They are very reasonably priced and do a great job! I will definitely come back when I need a filling. Thank you for your wonderful hospitality and making me feel so comfortable there. Went here after work for a manicure, which took all of 10 minutes for the guy to do. He rushed, did not use cuticle oil, and i just wanted a clear polish color. As it was drying he tried to rush me out, i said no its needs to dry more then after 5 more minutes rushed me out again. Poor customer service and a disgustingly waste of money. My nails look ridiculous. She rushed through them and the shellac is gooping everywhere. I paid $50.00 for the worst experience. They are dirty and don't care what you walk out of there looking like. Just NO - I went in for a gel fill and found the polish I wanted. All went well until it was time to pay. The manager cashed me out and instead of a place to put a tip he just automatically assumed I wanted to give the technician a $7.00 Tip. I asked him what happened to the price he quoted, he said he thought he heard me say I wanted to pay a $7 tip. I said no I did not say that. He starts saying I will charge it back to your card. I said no, you can keep it. Lesson Learned - Don't go here unless you want your tip automatically added to your card without your permission....!! read more

Horrible customer service. I got gel nails on Thursday by Saturday my nails were chipping. I tried to go on Sunday they are closed. I go in Monday and the owner tells me that I would have to pay extra to remove all ten of the nail polish and put more. ( 7 nails had chipped by then). I told him I've had gel nails many times they should not be chipping in 2-3 days. and most of them at that. He was not willing to hear me, and I stated that I would not come back, he told me he has a lot of other people that come there. I've never had anything like this happen before. Don't go, waste of money., and very unprofessional. He did not even want to hear what I was saying, I was trying my best to be nice even though I spent so much money to be told oh well im going to fix the chips only. read more

DO NOT GO HERE..!! I went here on a Wednesday, and the next day, two of my nails started lifting. I glued them both back down, yet within hours, they lifted again- along with 3 others. I went back into the salon on Friday, and the lady who had done my nails said I needed a new set. Why wouldn't she have said something 2 days before..?! When I stated I wanted them to fix ( refill ) them, the lady who had originally done them yelled " I don't want to! " Well, I don't want to pay $15 for my nails to last less than 24 hours. I am HIGHLY UPSET! I went in today to get a acrylic soak off which i got done a few weeks prior in the same shop. I had rhinestones and the guy proceeded to try to rip off the acrylic with a tool and after I told him it hurt and asked for them to be soaked off, he got angry and threw down the tools and walked off. They then began talking amongst themselves in a different language and moved me over to another worker who at the end of my service told me it would be $15 when it is posted as $10 and she said $10 when i walked in. She said it was because they had to take off my rhinestones and but she didn't say that when I walked in and it's posted as $10. She never said anything about it being extra. I will NEVER get my nails done here again. They are rude and inconsiderate and they'll never get any of my money again! read more

I have been here twice and I would definitely recommend going when they are not busy. Cindy had a line for Shellac right before the holidays and she did everything so fast that my nails started to chip after two days. I came from Chicago to visit my mom, who has been getting her nails done by Vivian for the last 3 years. We will not be back. The owner is incredibly rude and obnoxious. I went in for a polish change that took over an hour. First, I had to keep reminding him what shellac color I chose only for him to bring the wrong one. Second, he didn't completely remove all the old color from my nails before attempting to paint with the new one. When bringing this to his attention (because it was noticeable and unappealing), I was moved to another chair with no explanation. After explaining to the new attendant that I still didn't have the color that I chose, I was asked to "pick a color" (as if I hadn't asked for the same color 3 times already). I was then ignored as she started to work on someone else. I asked the manager why I was getting passed and he said I "was taking too long to find a color." He was very defensive and wouldn't own up to any of his mistakes with my service. When my mom (who was finished with her service at this point) suggested he do something for the error and unnecessary wait time, he got embarrassingly loud and told us to go to the nail shop down the street. That's exactly what I did too. Apparently, this isn't the 1st time guests have been treated poorly here. Beware and save your hard earned money for a place that values their paying customers. read more

I've been to this nail salon three times now and each time they got me in and out within a timely manner, my nails looked great and the service was reasonably priced. This shop is terrible. When I walked in I was greeted by the manager asking me what I wanted. I told him I would like a gel pedicure and manicure. He then asks me to pick a color. I was walking towards the back of the shop and I noticed the polishes were not gel. So I turned around and walked towards the gel selection. I was at the gel area for about 15 second. I picked up a color I had in mind. He walks up behind me and asks if that's the color I want. I told him that I wasn't sure and he takes the polish from me and ask me if I wanted to "match." I didn't know what match meant. So he told me to walk towards the back of the salon w/ him. He takes me to the regular polish and told me I could match with the polish. I asked him why would I do that? He then proceeds to tell me that I can't afford the gel. I asked how much is regular. He said 25. I asked how much for gel? He said 45 then adds on the price for my manicure. Before he could finish I clarified what he said "So you're telling me, I can't afford to get my nails done here?" in a calm voice. So I told him that I would go somewhere else. This is when he tells me "i didn't mean it like that" I'm walking towards the door and the lady pouring the water for my pedicure grabs my arm and says "he didn't mean it that way" I told her to let me go and I snatched my arm from her and I told them that I was NOT getting my nails done there. read more

They are an extremely well patronized business in Belleville and should be more respectful. They are asian and do not much speak english that well, I'm sure in life, outside their business, their insulted based on that alone.
