Tried to come here to get drinks and dance on 5/18 and the security and woman in the front refused to let us in after we paid $100 to get in and she also refused to give us our money back. This place is unprofessional and will hire anyone. The most rude encounter I've experienced. I would never recommend coming here.

    $5 HH Rum & Coke :-)

We checked out the Nica Lounge on a Saturday afternoon around 6 pm. They've got daily happy hours in the early afternoon, and with the weather getting nice they're able to open up the front windows so there's good airflow. The bar gets great natural lighting during the day, which makes it feel more classy and less like a dive. Well drinks during HH were only $5 (I held steady with my classic rum & diet Coke), but when we asked how much a glass of wine was we got a tentative "$10?" as the reply. I decided to stick with liquor and beer. It was too early for the club scene, but they've got a dance floor that looks pretty chill, along with plenty of room at the front of the house to hang out and mingle. We loved the golden upholstery that covered the seating and the bar itself (!). Decor was an interesting blend of 70's velvet and sleek modern. Very Concord chic. With a solid drink list and some more wine available, this would be a solid hangout for us. Not a bad place to hit after starting at the Hop Grenade or EJ Phair, or to pre-game before Vinnie's and other classy establishments. Cheers!

    Awesome and friendly bartender!

But when I arrived onsite with a buddy, we both said we need help getting set up and thus we thought we were - turns out that wasn't the case. Seems to me that if you know Trackman this place may be worth a try. If you don't, you should learn before you go or risk the chance of not having key data available after the session. Unfortunately, with all the back and forth and the fact I never got the 2 most important data points I wanted (the reason I signed up was to dial in iron and wedge distances) I would reconsider going here. When I suggested that all employees become proficient in Trackman and asked what they thought I heard nothing back. Probably worth a try, but, buyer beware. If I were the shop owner, I would have offered a return session on the house. This never crossed their minds. Too bad.

The location is very easy to get to, but parking is a challenge, and it was busy when we arrived; by the time we left, the line was gone! Still, we waited about 10 minutes for a party of 5, and we were seated at a nice large table. Our server, Cecelia A., quickly greeted us and took drink orders while we perused the extensive menu. There were some new items I came across, so I had my work cut out to limit my newfound desires. Ultimately, we ordered a few appetizers and some entrees, although some served cross purposes! We started with some boneless Ancho BBQ wings, truffle fries, onion ring tower, cheese curds, and then moved on to chicken nachos, a couple of kids' pepperoni pizzas, a shiitake garlic noodles, a Gardein adult mac 'n' cheese, and a BBQ bacon burger. The apps are quite large here, more so than I expected, and the cheese curds were a favorite along with the wings. The onion rings disappeared as well, but the consensus was they weren't up to Red Robin quality; they were good, just different with the parmesan. The truffle fries were garlicky, which I loved, and shiitake garlic noodles, although listed as an app, were my entree, and they were amazing! Very tasty, with lots of mushrooms and a garlic presence that was not overpowering. Would definitely get it again! The Gardein mac 'n' cheese was large as well, with lots of Gardein chicken in almost every bite. But the nachos - they were enormous! So big that the guy who ordered them didn't even try his BBQ bacon burger; that went home for a later meal! And the kids' pepperoni pizzas were also large, and with fries, were easily an adult meal as well. And we took home almost a whole pizza! Too many good apps filled most of us up before the entrees arrived. The service was great, the food great, the ambiance great, and I look forward to trying more Gardein options. If you are looking for tasty and hearty vegetarian options, look online first, for the website shows the Gardein options in their own section. On the printed menu, these same items are listed below the "regular offerings" as an option, and so it is difficult to find them and know what Gardein options are available for different items. A great meal, looking forward to next time. But not so much food!

Lobster Noodles my brother and I both had it, very umami. It had some shrimp too but lobster was a good portion. My beer came in the appropriate time and so did my brother's, My wives cocktail took a little longer, but is was well made. This place is busy always, no reservations allowed, wait list about ten minutes. Deco was appropriate for a sports bar. Now for my Caveat " It's Too Freaking Noisy, the music was turned way up. Could barley here the people at our table. My ears hurt. Food and service great, the noise was overwhelming. I will not be back!'

When and if they state that they tried to call to see if I was ready to address the issue the phone was disconnected from the previous person who stayed there. Not to mention that the original agreement was that I would get ready then call- they ignored that. I expected a much higher level of professionalism and cleanliness and less ignorance. There are many nearby hotels that treat guests with more respect and provide much cleaner accommodations.

We checked in after a fun day at Six Flags Hurricane Harbor, and everything was smooth and welcoming. After heading out for dinner, a widespread power outage hit the area. Unfortunately, the hotel was affected as well. We waited for a couple of hours hoping the power would come back on, but eventually decided to check out. The outage itself wasn't anyone's fault, and that's not why I'm writing this review. What stood out to me was how the hotel staff handled an unexpected situation that was completely beyond their control. A special thank you to Maddie (or Madelyn) at the front desk. She was juggling what I'm sure was a very stressful evening, yet she remained patient, professional, and genuinely kind to everyone she helped. It's easy to provide good service when everything is going smoothly--it's much harder when things go wrong. She handled it with grace, and it did not go unnoticed. Thank you to Maddie and the rest of the team for doing your best under difficult circumstances. Wishing you all much calmer days ahead!

So many things went wrong during our stay. I booked through a third-party website (Vio), but upon…read morearrival, the hotel informed me that Vio had only sent over a reservation for one king bed. When I contacted Vio, they never confirmed that information had been communicated correctly to the hotel. Unfortunately, the hotel staff made no effort to resolve the issue and offered no apology for the inconvenience. To make matters worse, the front desk host simply handed us our room keys with no directions or explanation about the property. He also failed to provide the breakfast vouchers that were supposedly included with our reservation, forcing me to return to the front desk to ask for them myself. The following morning at checkout, I asked about breakfast and was told it had already closed at 11 a.m. No one had informed us where breakfast was served or what the operating hours were. We rushed to the restaurant, where Lia kindly greeted us. She asked for our breakfast vouchers, only to discover we were supposed to have one voucher per person or have the number of guests documented on the voucher. Thankfully, after verifying the situation, Lia still allowed us to take breakfast to go. She was the only staff member throughout our stay who was genuinely kind and helpful. Overall, the staff -- including the manager -- came across as rude and dismissive. We were also placed in an ADA room that I never requested. Not only were we shorted a bed, but the room itself felt old and poorly maintained. The bed was uncomfortable, and the pillows were completely flat. Because it was an ADA room, the shower had no ledge to contain the water, causing the entire bathroom floor to flood every time we showered. When I brought this concern to the manager's attention, I was told this was "normal" and that there should have been a drain in the middle of the bathroom floor -- there wasn't. The only drain was inside the shower area itself. Additionally, another family member in our group booked directly through the hotel by phone and was promised both a rollaway bed and breakfast. Upon arrival, they were told neither was included because it was not listed on the confirmation. As a result, our kids had to sleep on the floor. Overall, this was an extremely disappointing experience from start to finish. I will never stay here again and would not recommend this hotel to others.
