This place is super cute! Love that we don't have to drive to china town for authentic Chinese food.

I've been to this place twice now. The interior needs a good clean and has a funny smell. The staff can be rood or really nice, depending on the day you go. The food is ok but nothing exceptional. The only thing I would go back for is the crispy beef rolls.

What a great find! We just had an enjoyable meal here. Driving up and down Gosling I might not have noticed it except there is a sign on the street and I came across it again on Yelp. The first nice surprise was the fact that they actually season the fried wonton strips, meaning you already have flavor when you go to dip it into the sweet chili sauce. Next we decided to try the shrimp tempura and that was cooked just perfectly, Mr. Picky loved it! I tried the lunch noodle combo plate because I was in the mood for lo mein. I ordered the mixed version and I have to say it was just a perfect balance of noodle, proteins and vegetables, absolutely perfect, not too much of anything. The hot and sour soup was included, I liked its earthy flavor. We like trying new things and so ordered the Brown Sugar Sticky Rice Cake with extra of the burnt sugar sauce, and we both liked the flavor and chew. Qi-Qi was our waitress and she bent over backwards to help us make selections and stay on top of servicing the table and asking what she could do. She was really great. The restaurant itself is a really cute kitch environment with pandas and cherry trees and more. Very fun. We will definitely be back next time we are in the mood for Chinese. I'll have to bring more people with me in order to try the Hot Pot meal :-). When you combine the food and atmosphere and service, I'd rate it a "4.5" and so I'm rounding it up to a "5".

What a great place to have lunch at! Other than the food being really delicious and high quality, the service is also outstanding. The waitress was so incredibly kind and generous and truly made our meal experience so comfortable. The restaurant itself is really pretty inside: well lit, decorated with adorable pandas, and clean. And to top it all off, during lunch, the restaurant offers such great deals on food (2 adults got fully stuffed for $30). Definitely worth the drive - I will be back very soon!

Back in the country and so the Noodle/dumpling tour continues. Excited to find this place not far from home and after eating there, I am ecstatic! This is noodles and dumplings done right. Tucked into a small non-descript strip mall, the hunt is worthwhile. Service is impeccable with a happy, jolly waitstaff checking in regularly. The decor is bright and eclectic, I mean Easter bunnies and butterflies? It's an intriguing landscape for the food. And the food...the beef noodles were so packed with flavor, I could have ignored the beef. Glad I didn't as it too was flavorful and tender. Dive into the appetizers as they are authentic, homemade and decidedly delicious. This goes to the top of my noodle house list.

Oh my goodness! When you know, you know! The lunchtime downpour of rain bought me into this new Chinese restaurant and so glad I checked it out. Immediately was greeted by Yvonne and she treated me like her very own family coming to visit. The iced tea came pouring (unlimitedly) and she recommended a dish that was super yummy and huge in portion. I also took home some noodles to hubby as he loves chow mein and he loves it! You must try this place - you will keep wanting to try everything on the menu!

First time visiting Ni Hao was such a pleasant surprise! Lunch specials include iced tea, soup, spring roll, fried chicken wing and a sesame roll. Food was delicious and service was fast and friendly. Hands down, the best Chinese spot in the area. Cant wait to go back.

A Hidden Gem Worth Celebrating Ni Hao Chinese Cuisine If I had a Chinese grandmother, I imagine this is exactly what her home-cooked meals would taste like; lcomforting, deeply flavorful, and made with so much care. Although I'm Mexican and grew up with different flavors, the food at No Hao stirred that same feeling of nostalgia and love that only a home-cooked meal can bring. This was our first time visiting Ni Hao, and from the moment we walked in, we were met with warm smiles and genuine hospitality. It's a beautifully kept mom-and-pop restaurant--spotless, cozy, and thoughtfully decorated. Everything is so well organized, and the environment immediately puts you at ease. You don't feel rushed or like "just another customer." You feel welcomed, like family. We started with the Sweet-and-Sour Chicken, and wow! this dish set the tone. The chicken was so tender it practically melted in our mouths. Unlike most places that drown it in an overly sugary sauce, Ni Hao's sweet-and-sour was perfectly balanced, highlighting the crispy texture and natural flavor of the chicken without overpowering it. Next up was the Beef and Broccoli, and let me just say, it was divine. The beef flanks were buttery-soft, no knife needed, and the broccoli? A dream. Steamed just right, with a vibrant green hue that signaled freshness, and it had a wonderful al dente bite. Each forkful was a reminder that simple ingredients, when cooked with skill and love, can be absolutely unforgettable. Then came the Wonton Pork Soup, which we now consider a must-have. Every spoonful offered a depth of flavor that spoke of time, care, and tradition. The broth was light yet rich, not oily, and carried the essence of pork, green onion, bok choy, and other aromatics in perfect harmony. The wontons themselves were perfectly portioned, you didn't need to cut them to take a bite. The pork filling was flavorful and comforting. On a cold day, this soup would be the ultimate comfort, picture sitting by a fireplace with a good book and this bowl of warmth in hand. Yes, it's that kind of soup. As if that wasn't enough, the kind staff surprised us with a complimentary Hot and Spicy Soup. I had never tried anything like it before, it had tofu, assorted vegetables, and an unexpectedly gentle spice that wasn't overpowering. The flavors were subtle and soul-soothing. Again, perfect for a rainy day or anytime you're craving something warm and nourishing. We also ordered the Shrimp Fried Rice, which was another showstopper. Not only was it delicious, but the plating was stunning, with a beautiful caviar garnish on top that elevated the dish both in taste and appearance. Every bite was well-balanced, not greasy, and full of fresh shrimp and delicate seasoning. You could see and taste the quality of the ingredients. We shared all our dishes family-style, and for three of us, the portions were incredibly generous, we had plenty to take home and enjoy again later. Even the steamed rice was worth mentioning, my daughter, who's quite the rice connoisseur, loved it. Perfect texture, perfect flavor, no need for anything extra. I genuinely can't find a single negative thing to say. Not even of the price, I was shocked when we only received a bill of $60 for the three of us. Every dish was thoughtful, beautifully presented, and bursting with flavor. Even if your eyes could taste the food, you'd already be impressed before the first bite. Check out the photos we've shared, you'll see exactly what I mean! To the team at Ni Hao: thank you. Thank you for putting your heart into every dish, for creating such a warm and welcoming space, and for giving us an experience we'll never forget. We left full, happy, and already planning our next visit. To anyone who hasn't tried Ni Hao yet. What are you waiting for? This is more than just a meal; it's a culinary hug, and you will not be disappointed. Whether it's your first visit or your fiftieth, you're in for something truly special.

The new chinese resto Ni Hao right next to Bazaar Istanbul on Gosling next to the Woodlands Sports Complex is finally open. It's a little different from the usual chinese take out experience. I enjoyed the mongolian beef and crispy beef rolls the best. They have handpulled noodles that they make in house which were pretty good. Their service was great too. Yvonne our server was so sweet. We also enjoyed the wonton chips they serve while waiting for your food. We stopped over at the bazaar istanbul next door and grabbed some ice cream for dessert! Will definitely come back soon!

Not only is this place adorable (IG worthy) so is the food presentation. The food is delicious and authentic. The service is the best I've ever had at a restaurant. The young lady was so sweet and you can tell they are appreciative of their customers patronage. I received a surprise gift at the end of my meal. I am not rating them five stars based on that, rather the fresh, tasty food quality, the top notch service, and all-around presentation and attention to detail. Just try them out. You will not be disappointed!

    Mongolian beef

It was close to our house and so we decided to try it out. We were sat down immediately when we came in. The hostess was cheerful. The atmosphere is good, clean and very garden like. There was no unwanted smells and smoke, I would say the place as pleasant. We ordered the Mongolian beef with white rice, the chicken potstickers, the potato tornado, chicken fried rice and Hunan beef noodle soup. The food came quickly, the portions are average and everything tasted pretty good. They topped up our waters quickly as well. They had TVs playing sitcoms and the music was 80's rock. Overall a good experience.

This small chinese restaurant is a Gem!! It's nestled in a small shopping area on Gosling Rd. When you walk in its so simple yet authentic. Beautiful chinese dishes waiting for use and Beautiful decor. I placed a to go order for the: Beef Noodle Soup, Chinese Brown Sugar Rice Cakes, and the Black Pepper Chicken chop. The service was quick and food came out hot and steaming. The Beef Soup was delicious!! So much flavor and I added chillies oil to the broth for an extra kick. The noodles are soft and the beef is super tender and flavorful. The pepper chicken was so good!! Crispy chicken almost like a Katsu over a bed of fried rice. Delicious flavor and the sauce on top was divine. The rice cakes are amazing!! Delicious chewy and the brown suger syrup is so good and flavorful. Definitely coming back. And the takeout package is so beautiful!! Definitely come by this resturant!!!

    Sweet and Sour Chicken

One of the best Chinese restaurants I have eaten at in many years! Very clean, nice decor and prompt professional service. We ordered the Kung Pao, Sweet and Sour Chicken, fried wontons, pork won ton soup. Our order arrived quickly and was plated beautifully, was very fresh, hot and absolutely delicious! Great dining experience, Would definitely recommend!

We spent about $60, and unfortunately... this was one of the most disappointing meals we've had in a while. The food tasted old across the board. The egg rolls were burnt, the sweet and sour chicken was dry and flavorless, and the General Tso's chicken was soggy and overly sweet. The only things even remotely edible were the lo mein and fried rice. To make things worse, the service didn't match the price point. For a $60 order, we were given just four soy sauce packets, no plasticware, and no fortune cookies. When I asked for more soy sauce, sriracha, and duck sauce, I was initially given barely anything had to ask again and explain I had a full meal to feed. They eventually brought more, but still no fortune cookies. My husband and I eat out often because of our schedules, and we don't mind spending money on good food but this was not it. I had really high hopes because it's hard to find solid Chinese food in the Spring area, and I was hoping this could become a go-to spot. Unfortunately, it won't be. If I weren't so tired, I would've called back to complain but I just didn't have the energy. Chalking this one up as a loss and doing better next time. Would not return and I wouldn't trust the good reviews either. ‼‼

In a place like Houston, where you can get authentic Vietnamese food, this can be a luck draw if the fusion pays off. However, when I tried the food, it was a very flavorful and worth every cent I spent. Everything was very tasty. The wings were flavorful and crisp. It had a combination of crispy skin seasoned with a rich sauce. The meat was also moist. For a party of two, it was also very shareable because they gave six pieces -both drums and wings. I will say that you really gotta to get in there get your hands and face dirty though! (They did provide a hand wipe!) For the main dishes, the won tonic soup was very flavorful with sweet-and-sour elements with egg noodles that soaked up all this good flavor. The wontons inside were very standard. And the onion was added to provide some balance. Everything was very hardy and filling. My friend had gotten the vermicelli. Which came with crunchy egg rolls, shredded veggies, noodles, and shrimp topped with a fish sauce. It felt very light and refreshing with a balance of textures and savory elements'. Highly recommend as the number one and two selling dishes - it would just depend on if you're in a soup or dry noodle sort of mood. Service was overall fast and friendly. You have to pay by going to the counter. We had a newer waiter though, and it took him a long time to get our orders correctly and he had to get some help. Hopefully they're doing well, but overall, it's a very cute Homie little establishment. Seating fits around 30 around booths and tables.
