This was a solid experience. I'll give the food an overall 3.5/5 but the service was very attentive so 4 stars it is. My BF and I came here for lunch around noon and it wasn't that busy, but it started to pick up throughout our meal. The host introduced us to their Korean BBQ side & informed us that it's just 3 more dollars for Hot pot & KBBQ. They said that they just started doing Korean BBQ. In total it was 25 per person which wasn't bad. So I decided to do the full experience for lunch & do both. Once seated our server Kevin went over the menu with us. For the Korean BBQ side, I ordered the prime brisket and beef bulgogi. The prime brisket was bland and chewy, the quality wasn't good but luckily our host provided some seasoning that he got from the kitchen. The beef bulgogi was tendered and marinated to perfection, I'll get that again. Now for the hot pot, I got the Tom yam kung as the broth. Tbh it didn't have much seasoning except it being spicy but they have a sauce station where you can spice things up. I also asked for salt & also used the seasoning the host provided which made the broth 5 times better. So all the veggies & meats is on the conveyor belt. If you want to order fried items they have a little train that delivers the food & that's on top of the conveyor belt. Honestly I'm not a fan of it since it's there for aesthetic but I'm not mad at the vision. One of my favorites were the fish balls, it had pork filling on the inside, so delicious. The shrimp was jumbo and fresh. My least favorite was the imitation crab. Usually I'm a fan of it but theirs wasn't good. Once I was done, I went straight to the dessert station. Decent amount to pick from. I got a slice of strawberry and lemon cake. Both were good, moist and creamy. I also like their purple cream roll, although it was a little dry taste wise it was good. They also have oranges and watermelon as well. Overall, it was solid. They also had a sushi station which I didn't try since I was already overwhelmed with all the selections of items. If you want to try the full menu then go for dinner but I felt that the lunch menu was worth the price. Good service, decent food spacious interior. I can't wait to come back. read more

We had a fantastic experience at Chiba Hot pot. We have eaten at plenty of hot pot places before, but not none with a conveyer belt or your own personal hot pot. At first we were like oh so we are just boiling everything, which is fine. Then my wife saw all of ingredients for sauces. And asked the waitress what is the best sauce. Usually it's up to the patron to decide on the sauce. Since we had no idea what is good, my wife asked the server to make a sauce, and wow, the experience went from a 3 to a 10 once we had a sauce to put in our bowl. I have to say the sauce and service is what made this place happen! Pretty neat concept over all. Sushi bar is small, but you really should be paying attention to your soup! Oh and the fried chicken wings, and various skewers are also amazing! Ambiance is great! This a chill place for dates, coworker lunches and family gatherings. And yes there is a cool train on top that delivers you various things which is also neat. When we come back into town again we will most definitely stop by to visit again. There are tables for bigger groups, booths for four as well as individually seating by the bar/conveyer belt with small dishes circling around. Staff were nice and helpful. Food and drinks: The hot pot cooking is and eating freshly made food is a cool and fun concept. You can pick and choose small plates from moving belt and order extras from the menu (eat as much as you like). You cook your selections in the broth of your choice while having great time with your family or friends. The menu selection for extras is pretty extensive. Everything was very testy and fresh. First time here but Chiba didn't disappoint. Menus were pretty extensive with choices that tailored to your taste no matter what you liked. All meat and veggie ingredients were fresh. This place is pretty alright. I've been here multiple times now and it's not a bad spot to have in the area but I wouldn't really rave about it. The conveyer belt + serving robot is a cool touch that this area hasn't ever had before in a restaurant and the interior is pretty nice. It's good for solo, small groups, and larger groups. Even picky eaters should be able to find something they'll like or try something new. There's also a small sushi bar. The service isn't amazing so you shouldn't feel bad about not tipping highly if they come see how you are maybe twice or three times the whole time you're there and that's including when they take your initial order then the check. The food also isn't the highest quality and if it's slow, there's a very good chance that what you grab won't be fresh and honestly kind of gross. It doesn't seem that they're very on top of keeping the line maintained. The soup bases are good though and the novelty of this place is very unique to the area and is a great addition. It's fun for people who have maybe never tried a place like this before and are down for something new, date nights, families, and even solo. read more

So I am rating this a 4 because of a combination of things. First the experience is really cool. You get to choose your food from a conveyor belt to add items to your hot soup. A train and a robot with waiter will deliver grilled items. The food quality was okay. Ranging from fresh to low quality for some items. Plenty of shrimp in the shell, oysters, blue crab, couple of different noodles, the typical Asian stuff to throw in the soup of your making. I ate about 4 bowls with plus some grilled items. The desert items were not very impressive and a but anti climactic after the dinner. The service was great the staff worked super hard and did an awesome job for this grand opening. My family loves this place. I don't usually reviews. I feel obligated to share my observations. We arrived just before the dinner rush on Thursday July 9, 2026. I noticed there was only one table eating and employees sitting around relaxing. First, when we were seated I immediately noticed our booth was dirty, and the booth seat full of long hair and dirt. Second, the plexi-glass where you retrieve the rotating food was full of disgusting hand prints, smears and just out right gross. Third, my water glass was sticky as if it was never run through a hot dishwasher but just rinsed. What made me decide to leave a review was my husband had to take a sick day today from being sick (maybe food poisoning? Not sure.) I struggled to get through my meal because I was trying to support my family that was so excited to experience this dinner but in my opinion, I feel the staff leaves food sit out too long and when slow (between lunch and dinner) doesn't spend any time sanitizing the eating areas. Found all this to be disappointing, since my husband is sick I know feel my concerns are warranted. read more

This was my first time having hot pot and came for a farewell dinner for my coworkers. Basically they give you a menu to mark what you want and your items are sent to you on a robot. We were a large party so most of our items were sent out on a large platter. The waiter did recommend we take a pic of the menu so we remember we asked for. Nothing tells your repeat customers how little you value them better than some good old fashioned price gouging on a threadbare reason. First hot pot experience, was a lot of fun, except.... We had one pretty big issue... there weren't any ingredients listed or allergy warnings on the sauces. My son is allergic to various nuts, especially peanuts, and had an allergic reaction almost immediately. We tried asking the server about what items had nuts in it and it still wasn't very clear. We were told there's no nuts, then there is nuts, followed by more confusion, then we decided to not let him eat anything else because we had no idea what does or doesn't have nuts. Luckily we had medicine to counteract the allergic reaction before needing to go to the ER, but we didn't feel it was safe for him to eat anything after that because we weren't sure if he had something containing nuts or if something was cross contaminated. Ended up paying for an all you can eat dinner and he wasn't able to eat anything. read more

It was an interesting experience. I've never been to hot pot before. I think they did amazing on the remodel it's very moderns and the neon lights are cute. I think the train and conveyer belt with food is cute and works great. BUT the tables fit to many people. Like 8 people so the ones who sit by the conveyer belt are always having to pass to everyone else. Our waiter was good. I think the more you go the better the experience. Only thing I wish they had were like for newbies a card showing different sauces you can make to add to your broth. Went here for the first time a few nights ago. We love Hot Pot style and this place did not disappoint. We love the conveyor that brought around all of the extras so we didn't have to ask and we could see them first before committing to asking for something we would end up not eating. When you order meats from your server they come out very quickly on a cute train that stops right at your table. The sushi bar was fully stocked and fresh and yummy.
