My company works with Next Day Flyers often and we haven't had a problem thus far. The ordering process is easy and we usually do the pick up option instead of having them ship. The flyers we get for our events are the thick glossy ones. They turn out nice. We also print event tickets with them as well and we usually get extras in the box (we count them to see how many we start off with for sales). Pick up is really easy. Even though the office closes at 6pm, you can send them the waiver to leave your items outside to pick up after hours. The gate is still open between 7:30-8pm when I usually arrive (due to traffic). The rack is located on the right side of the building. Pull up, look for your order number on the box, then grab and go! read more

Pros: Fast service, organized, and communicative. Cons: It's in the middle of no where and small parking. Food Experience: This place is just on point and delivers their whole message of actually being "NEXT DAY". They saved me twice with 3 orders of business cards I had to do for my senior show. They definitely deliver and it's affordable as well! Conclusion: I definitely recommend this place. read more

I needed to create a marketing piece in a pinch and they turned out fantastic! The customer service team was incredibly helpful. I'm very particular about finishings, boarders, colors, and image resolution. I had many questions, but each time I called, I was assisted with the utmost patience and professionalism. I was able to pick up the finished product locally which helped save me on shipping costs. I look forward to using their service again. read more

First time trying them, can I give 6 stars!!!! We ordered coupons on line, custom made. They just arrived and they are beautiful. Not only that but they got here 5 days early!!!! I will be using them everytime for our company's printing. So easy to use and so convenient. read more

They helped me prepare my postcard on the phone. Delivered when they said it would be delivered. Great quality.

I love nextdayflyers.com. Great service. I order from them about once a month and have for over a year. Never had any sort of problem, great communication and quality. read more

Excellent. I am very happy with the printing job. I used their templates, and made them myself. They shipped it on time and they came out really nice. I got double sided, 14pt, full color. I live in Los Angeles, so they are really close, so it took about 4 days from the time I placed the order. Order on a monday or early in the week as they don't work on the weekends I think. read more

Contacted the company several days in advance to have flyers printed for my organization. Not only did they give false promise regarding the delivery of the items, but they postponed it 3 days. Unacceptable from a business, especially one called "Next Day Flyers." read more

Guaranteed delivery does not guarantee actual delivery, just that they ship it. Product was a week late and damaged. Was offered small discount on future orders. Only buy from here if you don't care about timeliness and don't mind a few wrinkles and creases from poor shipping. Printing quality was OK for price. read more

By far the worst customer service experience I have ever had in my 54 years on this earth!!! Terrible company to deal with! It took over 2.5 weeks to get my proof from them. Then they did a bait and switch with the printing price more than doubling the price. Very unprofessional to deal with. Save yourself the headache and go somewhere else! This is an update as of 12/5/19. They promised to fix the mess and ship it out next day to arrive yesterday. Transmitted Fed Ex tracking number but never shipped per Fed Ex. When I called about it today they lied and said it was lost in shipping. I told them that I know that is a lie because I already talked to a Fed Ex supervisor about it. This order started on 11/12/19. As of today still not any gift certificates shipped. If I could give negative stars I would. This is another update 12/6/19 They told me yesterday they would cancel the order, send me my artwork I paid for and then refund the difference. They never did any of that and today I received a notification that the package is being delivered today. Unfortunately, almost one month later does not work for us. Everything that comes out of their representatives mouth are lies. I just copy and pasted my review off of google but it is dead accurate how bad this company has become. read more

I have used NextDayFlyers to completed projects for me a few times so when I needed new business cards printed I was excited to use them again. I needed two sets of cards, on the first set they lightened my graphic so much that the text was not legible. I sent them pictures and they said that was the same as the file I sent them so they wouldn't reprint them. The other cards I ordered weren't cut properly though they did reprint that order. Both sets of cards had the same color font so the file I sent them was not the issue with the first set of cards. So disappointing. read more

NextDayFlyers is my favorite printer and always my top recommendation. I receive high quality products with great customer service along the way. In undergrad, I was the director of the Hip Hop Congress Chapter at UCLA and marketing director for the JazzReggae Fest. NextDayFlyers was my go-to printer then, especially as we ordered flyers in batches as more sponsors came in and event flyers were updated. I love that we have the option to pick up flyers in person and though I live in the Bay now, I've still managed to use this option when visiting LA. I also still find their pricing and quality of service to be extremely competitive even with shipping costs and comparing to local Bay Area printers. I've dealt with several of their staff members and they are amazing. The design team is very helpful in addition to customer service in my experience. read more

I have been using netdayflyers.com for several years now and have only glowing reviews. Compared to other companies' I have used in the past, nextdayflyers.com Customer service is very accommodating and easy to contact. On top of that, pricing and lead times are great! In today's case I had great service from Bobbi Vaughn and the other person I chatted with (don't recall name)! UPDATE: Their prices were always great because Ground shipping was free. Since that has been removed the prices are the same or more than other printers I use. read more

This is a review that was also posted on this companies web site. All of the reviews on that site are "moderated", so my guess is no one will ever read it on their site. I ordered 3 retractable banners from this company. upon receipt, one of the banners would not retract back into the base after the first setup. My first thought was the spring needed a tension adjustment. Also noted was a dent or damage on one side panel on base. being deaf, I contacted support on the chat interface. I asked if there was instructions on tension adjustment... apparently not... because I was advised by operator to take several pictures of the issue. When the pictures and problem description was sent, I was told I would be contacted by someone. I did the pictures, sent them, and waited... and waited... and waited. The email that I sent with pictures told them that time was of critical importance as this was Friday and I needed the banner by next Friday. Finally on Monday i get an email... this time they want a VIDEO of the problem. Some lame excuse about not working weekends. The email also told me they tried to contactf me on Friday... not too terribly hard since I was actually LOOKING for a response all day Friday. After hearing nothing on Friday, I needed to take the banner in to a local sign shop for repair... they fixed it by a simple tension adjustment and charged me $60.00. All support needed to do was tell me how to adjust the tension which was what i wanted to begin with. youtube is loaded with videos describing the procedure i came to find out. The banner works fine now, no thanks to NDF. Guess I will be dealing with other people for banner needs from now on as I have had quality issues on a previous order also. Quality wise, it is par with VistaPrint, nothing earth shattering special... just a banner read more

What a bunch of bulls#it! Took an hour and a half looking over the templates and designing my cards - the price said $25 and change for 500 cards, which is double what I pay at VistaPrint, but this place had more designs....then when I get ready to check out and pay they tack on another $2 for the front template, $2 for the back template and $22 for shipping! 500 cards for $51 now! I wasted my time with this company. VistaPrint may not have as many templates as this company, but I have always gotten a good product of 500 cards for $9.99 and FREE SHIPPING! This place sucks and I cannot recommend it to anyone read more

I have been using Next Day Flyers since 2015 and I swear by their work. They are quick, knowledgable, and have great quality. I always request a preview before a project goes into production and if I see something I DON'T like, they are SUPER easy to get ahold of. I just call in and they work and tweak the project while talking with me. They will send a proof to my email so I can approve the changes while we are on the phone! Once I approve, that's it! I don't have much knowledge on creating designs or changing sizes of files, but they always get just what I'm asking for. I won't use any other company. read more

OMG, finally! An inexpensive on-line printing company that gets it right on the first print. Trees and people who need flyers/biz cards rejoice! The colors looked amazing, the blacks were, well, black and the order arrived 2 days before I was expecting being that I didn't pick (or pay for) the next day option. Getting cards that look good and are on time is like, well, a bit much like right- I feel like I can can move on from the abusive relationship I was in with my last choice in printers. I kept trying to work it out, but now I see that I can move on and deserve much better. These guys are it! read more

Nextdayflyers.com is a great Print Company if your looking for true professional Printing Services. We have used Nextdayflyers.com a few times for print marketing projects and with every order our clients received high-quality printing. Each piece met our satisfaction for colors, folds and (trim) bleeds. Most orders were processed seamlessly using there website. In regards to a custom order, working with the staff via phone was helpful, productive and professional. They were available in most cases. We had concerns regarding one print project (order) and commutations was a little sketchy via email, in the end they exceeded our expectations. Thank you Nextdayflyers.com Louis W. - UTC read more

Next Day Flyers prints great flyers. I have used them a few times to print for my church and then decided to use them all the time. However, the quality of their business cards is not so hot. I would equate them to vistaprint which is average business cards not top of the line. I just got 1k printed but plan to just go for the higher priced ones from a different site to get the quality I need. I will still use Next Day for everything else though becuase they are fast and their other products meet my expectation. read more

WOW! I'm a small business owner, and was thinking about sending out some postcards to past clients ... I've use V'print in the past and found that they were meh, but got the job done ... so while doing a search for a discount code for the other guy, I came across Next Day Flyers ... so I thought I would check them out I found their design tools a little difficult to navigate, but I managed, and when I had a question about how to do something, they have an online chat feature, which proved to be very helpful. I figured I'd give them a try since their prices are so reasonable They are not kidding when they say next day! I didn't pay anything extra for a rushed delivery, but I received a notification the next day with my Fed Ex tracking number! THE CARDS ARE BEAUTIFUL The colors are true to the design, and the lettering is crisp. So, from a thought in my head on a Tuesday, and the product in my hand on a Thursday, I'd say that is pretty impressive. I've already started telling my friends Thank You!! read more

First order was messed up. Did they give a "100% refund no questions asked" like their website boasts? Nope. Customer service said "read the fine print." Nice. Second order: got tied up for two days waiting for a proof that never arrived, yet their website still showed expected delivery date of two days. No call. No place to approve a proof there either. No other email. And I need them for Saturday, which isn't going to happen now. Great. When I noticed the status didn't change for two days I called. No three strikes on this one. I've learned my lesson. read more

I've used this company for years for both business needs and personal stuff. They are fast and the prices are very good. Generally, I have been very pleased with the quality of the printing. I've had both very good service experiences, tempered with a handful of very poor service moments. As I write this, I've been on hold for about 20 minutes, got disconnected and had to call back. This is to fix a glitch with an existing order that I talked to a rep about Friday. Apparently that rep did not enter the order correctly, despite us talking about it at length. So, now I'm forced to waste time calling Next Day Flyers to fix the issue. However, if your artwork has been professional designed and is ready to print, you will like the pricing at Next Day Flyers. I've never had a problem with speed of service and, again, the quality has always been very good. Customer service is a mixed bag... read more

HORRIBLE BUSINESS CONDUCT !! DO NOT PRINT HERE! You WILL regret it if you have any type of deadline. I have written a review before on this place, but there service has gotten even WORSE. This place deserves NO STARS AT ALL. I have been using them for over 8 years because the company used to be awesome, but THEY HAVE BEEN SOLD. They are consistently weeks behind in production. They will tell you they will have your item done on time and then not meet the deadline. They will then give you their apologies with no rectification. They have failed me on 3 deadlines and the last one I finally cancelled because they said that they can't guarantee anything will be done on time because of "delays in production". If you ask for a manager they will put you on an indefinite hold. The call center is in Manilla and has NO COMMUNICATION with the center in the US that is actually printing the flyers. Event the templates available on their website are useless, because no one in the company understands them. They don't even know what a bleed line is! They have stopped after hours pick up and have a completely UN-functional website that doesn't work for payment. (All payment are done through an automated phone system that takes forever). Every time you order you HAVE to call to complete the order and the hold times are ridiculous. I have worked in the graphic design industry for over 10 years and I haven never seen such a blatant disregard when it come to providing a service on time. They simply do not care. Even the people working the desk in the office say that the company has gone to shit and to find another company. It is a shame, but this company has completely bombed since the buy out. Take your business elsewhere if you care at all about your deadline. read more

I'm sure NDF is not reading these reviews. If they were, they would realize what a blunder it was to move customer service offshore. Amazing how comments have gone from 5 star to 1 star almost overnight. Poor communication between us and offshore, and between offshore and NDF local folks is the cause of our problems. For 9+ years we were used to placing an order, checking a proof and seeing at our door in 2 days. Or picking it up at the Dominguez Hills (now closed) facility. We have an order currently at NDF that was ordered and should have been delivered here yesterday, but has not yet been shipped. I have contacted NDF several times yesterday and today and the materials cannot be located. Now, instead of a $50 ground shipment, we will likely have to have a courier pick it up for $$$$ in order to try and salvage this job. See that nice photo of the front of the DH building? That's the facility that was once full of great people producing high quality work on time, and is now closed. Some jobs were moved to Van Nuys, but most were sent offshore. It's time to start supporting companies who keep their work in the US. Your job may be next. read more

I've received cards with tire tracks on them as if they were run over on the floor, then picked up and shipped. Well, I sent in a card where the file wasn't right. We went back and for trying to figure out what the issue was. 3 prints later, they got it right, and it turns out, it was probably my fault. They were amazing. Fast, good price and good quality. Love this place. read more

I have been a loyal customer of NDF for many years, using them for my clients' business cards, flyers, postcards, event branding, and more. I've occasionally tried others (PrintRunner, Vistaprint, local printers etc.), but the combination of options, pricing, and speed is hard to beat. The printing quality is almost always excellent; occasionally there is some smudging or registration issue and they re-print it free of charge. Recently I had an issue where the carrier was having trouble delivering to my home address right before the holidays, and they offered to expedite a reprint to a different address, free of charge. Very courteous customer service. Will continue using them for my personal and professional needs :) read more
