I dont know what everyone is saying but I had one of the best customer service experiences. I called to make an immediate cancelation and Pia was able to literally stop the printers to ensure that the order was canceled. Then when I was able to find the information I needed she canceled the cancelation and helped me complete the order. All with kindest and patience. Truly appreciate what they did. Handled my little problem in a big way. read more

Next day?! Hahahaha, that's a joke! It takes 24 hours to get your proof. Then, God forbid you have an issue, another 24 hours to get the new upload proofed. Then, if you even get back those days without making your client mad, or missing the deadline, unless you pay out the wazoo, you're waiting DAYS for your print. And then, you better pray it's printed correctly, because if THEY mess up, YOU are left waiting days for the reprint. I was one of the first customers to start printing with them, and hopefully I saved you the hassle of never going to them again, like I am after this last run around with them. read more

ruined my order, paid extra shipping even though it was already paid for 3 days. never received part of the order and all their overseas help desk could say is oopsy. I should have looked at these reviews first read more

The quality of the banner I received was good. The printing of my image was very good as well. The only problem I had is that my order was far from "next day." I placed my order on the 18th when I needed the item for an event on the 22nd. I paid for next day shipping and the quote said that my order would arrive by Friday the 21st at 8:00 PM. I did not receive my item until late on the 22nd. On the 20th, they notified me that there was a delay in my order. I contacted their chat service to cancel my order. The rep said the order is queued for production. Let me see if I can cancel it. I waited and waited. Then I got a call and stopped monitoring the chat. They closed the chat and put my item into production even though I told them I wouldn't need it if they couldn't be delivered before the 22nd. Another contact to their chat service and they "rushed" the item so that it could be delivered after my event was already over. I should have ordered my item sooner, but they overpromised and underdelivered. If you have time to wait longer than next day, they are probably a fine company to meet your custom printing needs. If you want next day because, you know, it is part of their name, try to find another option. read more

You pay for next day service, and you pay overnight delivery, and you will get 6 days later if you are lucky.

AVOID!! Or at least do NOT order anything that requires you to speak to their Customer Service or Chat or get any help with. If I could give them one star I would, I wasted a day and a half dealing with an order that took my regular printer less than an hour and cost me 1/4 to 1/5 of the price! They sent me a quote (after hours and hours of nonsense and it was $1200 or so, my own printer who I should have used initially charged me less than 1/4 of the price and took less than an hour to deal with. They use outsourced help - and they are spread between different departments and clearly don't talk to one another and are absolutely terrible to work with. I ordered one banner from them awhile back and had a decent experience, so I tried them again and it was the BIGGEST MISTAKE! I wanted a backdrop for an Expo, some flyers, some posters... My online chat dropped 3 times, so 3 times I tried to explain what I wanted to a new person. If you have easy stuff fine, but the minue you need custom or have questions, expect a PITA! I would avoid! My printer was painless, fast, reasonable... this was by far one of the worst experiences I have had as a business owner. I could go on and on but I will leave it at this and am still waiting for their actual owners to get back to me and apologize for wasting SO MUCH of my time! read more

I wish I had seen these reviews first before I did an order that I needed from them. I placed an order with them on 5/22. The proof came back that I needed to approve 2 days later that prevented me being able to get the proofs on the day that I needed. I CALLED these people and talked to a woman named Jess who confirmed that I would be good if I shipped to another address. Jess confirmed that the new address was good, my proof was approved and I would receive my order on time. 2 days later AGAIN, I get a message saying that the proof needed approval?!? Now I will not receive the items I ordered for a NEXT DAY SERVICE in time. They are not competent. DO NOT USE THIS SERVICE. ZERO STARS. read more

I love, love, LOVE the great job that Next Day Flyers did on the bookmarks that I ordered! The online ordering process was seamless. The turn around time for the proof was quick. The final result of my printed bookmark was EXCELLENT!! They recommended adjustments on my proof which was great because they brought my attention to things that I otherwise would not have noticed. I will be using Next Day Flyers again and will recommend them to anyone who needs great printing with a fast turnaround time. read more

I wish I could give 0 stars. Absolutely unreliable business. I ordered brochures with "ready to ship next business day" and paid extra for 1-day shipping because I was on a tight deadline. I placed the order on Wednesday, and by Sunday I had only received a PDF proof. I was under the impression the order would already be delivered by then. When I contacted customer support, I kept getting different explanations. First, they said there was an issue with my file. Then they claimed it was password protected (it wasn't). After that, they said it was due to a high volume of customers. I repeatedly asked why no one contacted me if there was an issue with my file, and they told me they can't reach out to every customer because there are too many orders. That's not acceptable. "Next business day" should mean exactly that, regardless of how many customers you have. Somehow, by Sunday, the "password issue" magically disappeared and my file was suddenly fine. Terrible service. Because of this delay, we didn't have brochures for our event. I will never order from them again. read more

Worst service ever. Not good at all for time-sensitive jobs. the Next Day advert is fraud. I am very exhausted from their disappointment. I should have followed my first mind to order my printing via Amazon and let it be del to my doorstep . I placed my order on Monday, I thought oh well, Torrance is close to me, I can just pick up my stuff after work on Wednesday. Not so, I was told that because I did not click on something, it will be treated as 3 days order. My 3 days ended at 11:30 am today, so I decided to stop by at 3:30 pm, only to be told that my order is en-route from the Valley. and will get to their office at 5:30pm. Meanwhile their advertised closing time is 5pm. I am livid with anger because I need the stuff for tomorrow. This is "IT" for me. read more

I was given the wrong information twice the hold times are long and they didn't do what they had said they would do both on the phone and via email. I'm pretty let down I was assured I'd have my banners today and one order isn't going to be ready at all so I had to ask for a refund and they actually said oh well we're still checking and I said if it's not done yet then it if t gonna be ready for pick up today so I'll just take a refund on that one AND then I asked what time my order would be ready for pick up in Van Nuys today the one they were able to do and she said between 3-5pm so I said can you double check to make sure it's going to be there I was put on hold another 20 minutes only for her to come back in the line to say oh I'm unable to get a hold of anyone can I email you later I said yeah fine whatever This is the only bad review I have ever written. So if you are in a pinch for time I would suggest considering another company read more

The print quality was extremely disappointing. I selected glossy cards with a more professional texture, but they arrived completely dull, and the material feels very soft, almost like low‑quality cardboard. This is not what they advertise, nor what you expect when paying for a "premium" option. The shipping process was also very unclear. I was told that the express shipping fee was charged per individual piece, and I still paid $45 to have it delivered to my home. However, everything arrived together in one single package, which makes that charge feel unjustified and abusive. Based on this experience, I honestly believe I should be refunded. I would not use this service read more

TERRIBLE CUSTOMER SERVICE. Next Day Flyers should be renamed "Five Working Days Flyers" They might respond to your order on the Next Day and if you have any adjustments based on your proof they might respond to you on the Next Next Day and then they will tell you that they need 2 business days to execute your order but then they will tell you next week" I made an order on a Monday and was told on a Thursday that the order would be ready on the next Monday. The day AFTER my event. You cannot email or speak with the print shop directly. They use a Call Center that is clueless. Also, don't try to cancel your order once you've been down the road with them. I just ate $89 for a portion of my order they would not refund. I went to a local mom and pop shop in San Fernando and they saved my event by turning around my order in 48 hours. read more

I haven't had an order go right with these guys in several try's. Worse, their call-in requests for help are the most frustrating I've ever had to deal with. Terrible service. Placed an order on Thursday. Expected it Tuesday. No word at all by the following Thursday, so I reached out. Turns out the machine was broken - why wasn't i contacted? Customer service told me my order would be prioritized for the next day, Friday. I unfortunately trusted their word again, and didn't check in at beginning of day Friday. I waited until end of day thinking I would receive an email with an update. They told me that the order is still backlogged and the team has left for the day. Terrible service, do not trust them, do not trust their deadlines, went with UPrint instead, had to pay way more for next day shipping due to NextDayFlyer's negligence and inattention to customers. read more

Product was so bad I made a Yelp account. Had some business cards made that look like a child printed them. It was bad enough that the coloring looks nothing like what it shows online, rendering some elements of the card unreadable. Adding to this, the margins are completely off with the entire card being printed in the top left corner. But the real kicker besides the utter lack of any QA is the fact that all the cards are rotated about 5 degrees counter-clockwise, making the entire card plastered at an angle across what look like hand-cut borders. read more

I have placed many orders with these guys and always had great experiences until recently. I had a small change to my art which delayed everything, totally my fault. however the fallout from that was not handled well by this company. part of my order was done as expected, the other half of the order was finished late. Even though the shop said the job had been printed in the morning, all that needed to happen was for it to be boxed. I paid for a UPS pickup scheduled for 4:30pm before they closed. For some reason this company couldn't get it together to box up my print job and hand off to UPS, even though they had most of the day to do so. I probably called 12 times trying to get them to motivate to get the job ready for pickup and they never did. Even though the job was finished by the deadline, they weren't able to get it ready to hand-off to UPS before close. How this is acceptable, I cannot understand. Not to mention, just getting ahold of someone who knows what's going on is nearly impossible. There are layers of bureaucracy and you cannot speak to a single person on site. I have used many printers in the LA area, all of whom were much more accommodating and helpful. Half of my job never got passed off in time, which meant I paid for the job and never had any use for it. I still don't have the finished job to date and have not been followed up with once. I will for sure be using the other printers in LA who have had much better customer service in the future. read more

My biggest regret is not reading the reviews before ordering a banner. For anyone who lives in the L.A. area, NEVER use Next Day Flyers. 10930 Santa Monica Blvd is one of their locations. I paid to have a banner done for the Women's Expo this weekend. They gave me the banner for another business. Now, they won't make things right and will only give me a refund, instead of printing the correct banner. I am furious and devastated! Now, I won't look professional read more

Next Day Flyers. HAHAHAHAHAHAAHAH. I ordered on Wednesday and paid EXTRA for Friday delivery for a Saturday event. Horrible, horrible, horrible. This was for a big client and they didn't bother to tell me that it was late. I could have picked it up in Van Nuys Saturday morning. Now I have to find a same day printer for something REALLY hard to print and THEY FOUGHT ME ON GIVING A REFUND despite advertising the following: "We understand how important it is to get your printing done right and done on time. That's why we developed the industry's groundbreaking On-Time Guarantee. When you purchase a product and provide a press-ready* file by the cut-off time, we guarantee to get your order to you on time or it is on us. We stand behind our products and our service. If you are not 100% satisfied with your product, let us know and we will work with you to make it right." They offered 20% off...then a credit...I said FULL REFUND and they said "we'll refund within 10 business days if the product is returned." Have spent a lot of money there. No more. read more

After having such a great experience with the stickers I decided to order some business cards. The process was a nightmare. The final product was far below the standard I was used to from other professional printers. I contacted them immediately and it took nearly a week to learn the best they could do was give me $20 back on a $200 order. I'm a graphic designer and the one thing that has to be top-notch for me is my business card. What they sent me was terrible and unprofessional. I showed fellow designers what I was sent and they couldn't believe it. I found another company to do the cards and another to do future sticker orders. I'm staying away from this place. read more

Next Day Flyers Review Order #: 09655169 I paid for expedited shipping and my business cards arrived 2 days later. There was no follow up email to notify me of the delay. I had to call to check on the status twice. On the first call they said it was in production and on the second call they said there was a delay with the printing process. Also, the printing quality was horrible when I received the cards. The ink was bleeding from the cards and some were not cut properly. I had to use the most decent ones for my presentation and will have to toss the rest and order more cards from another company. I'm very disappointed. See attached pictures. read more

I have ordered from Next Day Flyers three different times. Each time I paid extra for next business day printing AND next day delivery. All three times the postcards arrived days late. The first order I place was for a set of postcards to pass out at a large festival. The postcards promoted a weekly event. The postcards were delivered late because they had issues with their machines. Next Day refused to give me a full refund. They said I could still use the postcards because the promoted a recurring event. That wasn't the point. I ordered overnight delivery because the at the festival I could have passed out the cards to thousands of people all in one day. The gave a 50% refund, but I couldn't get back the lost opportunity. I gave them the benefit of the doubt. I ordered two more set of postcards. I again paid for expedited printing and overnight shipping. They were to be delivered on 12.01.21. One set arrived yesterday 12.03.21. No refund offered. The other set still has not arrived and according to FedEx, will not arrive until 12.06.21. For this one, they at least offered to overnight delivery fee. They should also refund the expedited printing fee. It is very clear on their website that there is higher cost to have your order processed sooner. If they cannot honor that, then they should not have it as an available service or they should be prepared to refund that in addition to overnight delivery. I paid for a service that I did not receive. I will not use Next Day flyers again. The quality of the products are great, but the late delivery and poor refund policy make it not worth it. It doesn't matter how great the product is, if it can't be used when needed. read more

This company has fallen into the toilet and is well on its way to the sewer, where it belongs. I used to enjoy having my designs printed by NDF, but in the past year especially they have become highly unreliable. Fairly incompetent. Recently I received an order of business cards that was horrible. The proof they sent was nothing like the final product I received. It was obviously off center by more than 1/16 of an inch. On a business card that is immediately noticeable. And there is no good reason for that shabby work. On top of that one edge of all the cards was raggedy, as if they used a dull cutting device to slice the cards into the final size. Along that raggedy edge there was a distinct black mark. On every single card in the same location. I am very tired of these people and their bad attitude. Whoever this Ashley K person is, she is part of the problem that has befallen this once good operation. I have read her remarks to disappointed customers and they are the words of someone who knows nothing about customer service. Possibly she is also a LIAR. What a lousy turn of events. This company is on its way out. At some point they will have NO return customers. read more

The forms came out great and just the way that I entered the template. My only issue with the pad is that I didn't realize that when I write on one, the pressure goes through the next 2 to 4 sets.
