First time ordering from NextDayFlyers and I am extremely impressed. I was shopping around, NextDayFlyers had great reviews and pricing was comparable to their competitors. Ordered a Deluxe Retractable Banner. Most of the process was amazing. The only issue I had was downloading a template that I could use for the banner. I was able to download a pdf template and just used Microsoft Word to make the design. I am not a graphic designer. They had photoshop and adobe templates but I don't create. After submitting my creation to them as a pdf, they gave you an option for a free proof within 24 hours. I received it within 12 hours. Everything looked great. None of the images were distorted. Still worried about what it was going to look like once I actually received the banner. Received it 4 days later. It was easy to put together, it came with its own carrying satchel and it looks amazing. All of the images are perfectly clear including the QR code that is scannable. Horrible customer service!!!!! Their name is "Next Day Flyers" I ordered flyer that I would pick up myself. They quoted me to be ready in 5 days upon the order being placed. I called to see if they could expedite the order to the next day as that is what they do. They said no. Ok, whatever. I asked to cancel my order. I was out on hold only to be told I would get a phone call in 2 hours to complete the cancellation. I never got a phone call, I did get an email. The email asked if I wanted to make the order larger or keep that payment for store credit. I responded, no, I want to cancel my order and would like a confirmation email. I never received this. I called again and finally was able to cancel. They are "Next Week" flyers not Next Day. Stay on top of these people if you have a return, they will just try to keep your money. read more

Pros and Cons - Cons - I've ordered from them four times. Two of the times they have been on time with their expected delivery times. The other two times the were VERY late. For the first time, I was informed the flyers would be ready on a Thursday afternoon, which I was planning to take with me from LA to SF for a big seminar I was attending. The flyers were not ready until 3pm the next day, 24 hours late. The second time they said they were going to be ready on a Friday afternoon. I got an email at 6am on Saturday morning saying the flyers were ready however the facility isn't open until Monday so I had to wait over 60 hours to receive my order. Square Stickers I ordered look great, but the Round ones were ALL off-centered. Reached out multiple times and spoke with three different "lack of customer service" people. Also sent multiple emails with pictures, (using a ruler) showing how off they are. They keep giving me the runaround, no refund, no credit, no nothing (except wasting more of my time). They thought they're "good enough" despite being off the acceptable cut-line. What a waste of $60. I would NOT recommend NextDay Flyers at all, as they don't care about customers after they have your money, and they'll only send you a sub-par product. I ended up finding a sticker company (StickersFOX) on Etsy, that did perfect die-cut stickers for half the cost. So I used them to do the stickers NextDay Flyers refused to. I had to show up to a very important event without business cards and it hurt my business. I called customer service the day after "guaranteed" delivery date to tell them my concern and they were not accommodating at all. Their slogan is "on time or on us." So why did they only offer me a $20 store credit for a $100 order? After being put on hold five times, the representative finally told me that the best they could do was refund the shipping price. You literally need to haggle with them to make them agree on some refund. To the company owner, why would you make this your slogan and not honor it? AWFUL experience. They've printed simple jobs for me in the past with no problem. This time I looked to have some foil business cards produced. I saw some of the samples online they looked great. I submitted the order, yes, the back side had in their words "a lot of foil coverage," that said I didn't see any issue with it and I had no issue submitting the order. A week later, I get a call from one of their representatives telling me that the order was finished "it looked great," but that they had forgotten to print the phone number with the dots. I was asked if I wanted a reprint. I thanked her and said, "Sure!" thinking there would be no problem, but excited to hear they looked good finished. Two weeks passes, I get a random email from them saying "there's too much foil coverage," I was like what!? I replied asking why there was issue now when I had gotten a call to telling me they were printed and done albeit with a slight error on their part and that they "looked great,"-there didn't seem to be any issue then!? At this point I'm also kicking myself for not taking the order then and living with the mistake. A few days passes with no reply, at this point it's going on 3 whole weeks! So I decide to call and talk to customer service. I eventually get through to someone and they explain to me exactly what said email said, that there was "too much foil coverage and they couldn't print it as-is" but could not at all explain to me why and how it got printed before. I was furious, aside that this had taken weeks to turn around, but that for whatever reason NOW they had an issue with printing it!? I was speechless. Especially by their lack of explanation for the previous printing of it, which seemed to be fine then, but that they conveniently had no record of. The absolute absurdity of giving me two mixed messages, go to go from "we can print it, it's done and ready!" and "now we can't." It's insulting, really disappointing and lost time and money on my part. I demanded a refund and I'll be going to a company that first off, won't take nearly a month to produce business cards, and who won't have a problem with the supposed "too much foil coverage." I asked if said envelopes were included in my order, and they assured me they were included. When I received the order, there were no envelopes, and they continued to gaslight me into believing I never asked. When I requested them to review my chats with their customer service team, they saw I had asked but still needed to include my order. Why would I add that if they are included? Once I looked through my order, we noticed some cards were white and some were light gray. I have again reached out to customer service for help.
