I had ordered 4 boxes (2 of 2 different sizes) as samples for what I hoped would be a larger order. These boxes were expensive (over $300!!), but I understood because they were samples. They were to be used for a photo shoot, so I needed them by a certain date. I ordered them in plenty of time - I had over 14 days. When the order was "delivered", only 2 of the 4 boxes arrived. One of the entire sizes was missing. In their order system, it says that all 4 of the boxes was delivered. However, the only 2 boxes arrived - fully assembled - and the outside shipping boxes said "1 of 1" on the outside. Customer service says they'll refund that portion of my money. They say the refund will take 14 days. Maybe so, but I still don't have what I'll need for my photo shoot. And of course, now I know not to use them for my actual product. read more

The first time I called I got a real live person on the phone who helped me tweak the design for my book "Can You Be Alone With a Bowl of Chocolate?". I had inserted a QR code so if viewed it took people to Amazon to order. Again fabulous service as they made sure it worked. I had an upcoming book conference and they offered fast shipping and I received it two days before the show. Amazing service and I was impressed that I always talked to live people! read more

They don't tell you upfront that when they say "next day," they actually mean 2nd day, as they need a full business day to process the order. I ordered and paid for next-day shipping at around 8:30 am on Wednesday for a last-minute project, only to find the invoice indicated that the delivery day was Friday afternoon. I get why, but it would be great if you knew that before you paid for the next day. I notice other reviewers had the same problem. the upside is that the customer service chat was quick and very helpful in canceling the order, so they get a + for that. read more

They said that they were going to deliver our banner by Friday and we had an important event Saturday that we needed it for, but it didn't arrive until weeks later. I will definitely be keeping this company for future projects! The turn around time was super fast and the quality of work was flawless! PLUS we got more bang for our buck as it was the same cost locally for half of what we received from NextDayFlyers! I wholeheartedly recommend this company for all your printing needs! read more

Unfortunately 0 stars isn't an option. I ordered promotional materials on 12/10, to be delivered 12/12. I paid $250 for my materials plus another $30 to have them arrive next day. My materials departed the facility a day late, and is now eternally lost in FedEx. NextDayFlyers refuses to refund my order or take any responsibility for it not showing up. Absolute scam of a 'print shop.' If you NEED what you are printing, I highly recommend you go somewhere else. read more

Absolutely worst company I've ever done business with. As you can see in the screenshots below, I was told I would receive full refund if not received before the deadline. Never will do business with them again and I recommend no one else either! NEXT DAY MY A*** read more

HORRIFIC CUSTOMER SERVICE from SUPERVISOR COURTNEY MEDLOCK on 4/15/22 in regard to my order that I paid to have overnighted via rush shipping that DID NOT SHOW UP. I called to check status of my order and was told that it did not even depart their facility until the same day I was supposed to receive it. Courtney promised me a response within two hours of my call because of the urgency of the issue. She DID NOT CALL ME BACK, even after three frantic emails I sent directly to her after our initial phone call. It's Monday, 4/18/22 now and I still received no follow up commincation. I needed some promotional stickers like yesterday and my husband referred me to this site. It was so easy to place the order. The stickers came very quickly with their expedited service. I ordered 1000 3 x 3 stickers and had them bound in packs of 100. Makes it really easy to keep them safe and secured until they are needed. They were easy to apply to my flyers and am very pleased with the quality. I also thought the pricing was fair. Will definitely order again! read more

Please do your research. There are so many options online now for companies that can make you anything this company makes. They have deteriorated over the years and they couldn't care less. I assure you that your product more than likely will be inferior like mine was customer service could care less about your complaints. My experience having to re-order things several times because the after product was, one last. Don't be distracted by the price. It's not worth the hassle you've been warned. read more

Business cards had frayed edges, QR code would work 50% of the time, but work 100% of the time on proofs. I paid extra for rush shipping (4/1) and didn't receive the product until three days later (4/4). In the end I think you might be better off using your local office supply store. read more

First time ordering from NextDayFlyers and I am extremely impressed. I was shopping around, NextDayFlyers had great reviews and pricing was comparable to their competitors. Ordered a Deluxe Retractable Banner. Most of the process was amazing. The only issue I had was downloading a template that I could use for the banner. I was able to download a pdf template and just used Microsoft Word to make the design. I am not a graphic designer. They had photoshop and adobe templates but I don't create. After submitting my creation to them as a pdf, they gave you an option for a free proof within 24 hours. I received it within 12 hours. Everything looked great. None of the images were distorted. Still worried about what it was going to look like once I actually received the banner. Received it 4 days later. It was easy to put together, it came with its own carrying satchel and it looks amazing. All of the images are perfectly clear including the QR code that is scannable. Have not used it in public yet but I am extremely happy. I will be trying other printing services because of this amazing experience. Thank you! read more

This is the absolute worst customer service I have EVER experienced. They should have criminal charges for the way they handle their business. I have ordered twice from them and BOTH times they have not had my order ready in time. Last time they refunded some of my payment and this time they will not have my order done in time AND they will not refund any of my payment. I'm furious. they have cost me money on multiple fronts and upon talking to a friend, he had the sane experience. THIS IS HOW THEY RUN THEIR BUSINESS- if you have any kind of time crunch to get something printed DO NOT GO TO NEXT DAY FLYERS. they will take your money and have you pay extra to have them done the next day and they WILL NOT BE DONE THE NEXT DAY read more

Next Day Flyers did not deliver my order by the guaranteed delivery date. Their guarantee of "on time or on us" is completely false; they refuse to refund the order despite their "machinery issues" that caused the delay. Deeply unacceptable given the name of the company - laughable if it wasn't so frustrating. Do not use them if you need them to deliver on their name and guarantee. read more

Pros and Cons - Cons - I've ordered from them four times. Two of the times they have been on time with their expected delivery times. The other two times the were VERY late. For the first time, I was informed the flyers would be ready on a Thursday afternoon, which I was planning to take with me from LA to SF for a big seminar I was attending. The flyers were not ready until 3pm the next day, 24 hours late. The second time they said they were going to be ready on a Friday afternoon. I got an email at 6am on Saturday morning saying the flyers were ready however the facility isn't open until Monday so I had to wait over 60 hours to receive my order. They offered me credit for the mistake which is appreciated but the delayed delivery times are still a concern. Pros- the quality is good and their online ordering tools are easy to use. read more

Square Stickers I ordered look great, but the Round ones were ALL off-centered. Reached out multiple times and spoke with three different "lack of customer service" people. Also sent multiple emails with pictures, (using a ruler) showing how off they are. They keep giving me the runaround, no refund, no credit, no nothing (except wasting more of my time). They thought they're "good enough" despite being off the acceptable cut-line. What a waste of $60. I would NOT recommend NextDay Flyers at all, as they don't care about customers after they have your money, and they'll only send you a sub-par product. I ended up finding a sticker company (StickersFOX) on Etsy, that did perfect die-cut stickers for half the cost. So I used them to do the stickers NextDay Flyers refused to. I gave a 1-star rating cause the square stickers were good. But shame on you NextDay Flyers... Just shame on you. read more

I spent $100 with this company to have business cards be delivered in 2 days and they ended up being delivered in 5 days. I had to show up to a very important event without business cards and it hurt my business. I called customer service the day after "guaranteed" delivery date to tell them my concern and they were not accommodating at all. Their slogan is "on time or on us." So why did they only offer me a $20 store credit for a $100 order? After being put on hold five times, the representative finally told me that the best they could do was refund the shipping price. You literally need to haggle with them to make them agree on some refund. To the company owner, why would you make this your slogan and not honor it? The website claims that they have a 100% money back guarantee. All false advertisement. read more

AWFUL experience. They've printed simple jobs for me in the past with no problem. This time I looked to have some foil business cards produced. I saw some of the samples online they looked great. I submitted the order, yes, the back side had in their words "a lot of foil coverage," that said I didn't see any issue with it and I had no issue submitting the order. A week later, I get a call from one of their representatives telling me that the order was finished "it looked great," but that they had forgotten to print the phone number with the dots. I was asked if I wanted a reprint. I thanked her and said, "Sure!" thinking there would be no problem, but excited to hear they looked good finished. Two weeks passes, I get a random email from them saying "there's too much foil coverage," I was like what!? I replied asking why there was issue now when I had gotten a call to telling me they were printed and done albeit with a slight error on their part and that they "looked great,"-there didn't seem to be any issue then!? At this point I'm also kicking myself for not taking the order then and living with the mistake. A few days passes with no reply, at this point it's going on 3 whole weeks! So I decide to call and talk to customer service. I eventually get through to someone and they explain to me exactly what said email said, that there was "too much foil coverage and they couldn't print it as-is" but could not at all explain to me why and how it got printed before. I was furious, aside that this had taken weeks to turn around, but that for whatever reason NOW they had an issue with printing it!? I was speechless. Especially by their lack of explanation for the previous printing of it, which seemed to be fine then, but that they conveniently had no record of. The absolute absurdity of giving me two mixed messages, go to go from "we can print it, it's done and ready!" and "now we can't." It's insulting, really disappointing and lost time and money on my part. I demanded a refund and I'll be going to a company that first off, won't take nearly a month to produce business cards, and who won't have a problem with the supposed "too much foil coverage." I won't be coming back. read more

I've been dealing with these guys for years now. this place used to be good but not sure what happened to them. my last few orders have been very bad. one order was scheduled on a certain day which would've given us time to have them delivered before the holidays, but it was never delivered on time and we lost a load of money because of that. we gave them another chance thinking they probably were busy because of the holidays and things happening. this new order was missing envelopes and I spent almost an hour on the phone just so they can hang up on me. Can I give ZERO stars??? This is the worst company I have ever worked with. Stay FAR away, especially if you have a deadline. My designer created our box design using their template offered on their website. Well - that was a waste of time because their production team does not have the same software, so it will just be marked as a file error. Also, it took me calling them daily to find out problem after problem, instead of them reaching out to me, the CUSTOMER, to be told there were issues. I should have trusted my gut from Day 1 and not put myself through all this anguish. I even approved the final design that their team had to re-create, only to find out 2 days later that there was another undetermined issue and now my project is 2 weeks late. I ended up cancelling and ordering unbranded boxes through ULINE which is actually trustworthy. You'd think that with their guarantee of service, they'd be bankrupt by now. read more

Horrible customer service!!!!! Their name is "Next Day Flyers" I ordered flyer that I would pick up myself. They quoted me to be ready in 5 days upon the order being placed. I called to see if they could expedite the order to the next day as that is what they do. They said no. Ok, whatever. I asked to cancel my order. I was out on hold only to be told I would get a phone call in 2 hours to complete the cancellation. I never got a phone call, I did get an email. The email asked if I wanted to make the order larger or keep that payment for store credit. I responded, no, I want to cancel my order and would like a confirmation email. I never received this. I called again and finally was able to cancel. They are "Next Week" flyers not Next Day. Stay on top of these people if you have a return, they will just try to keep your money. read more

The bookmarks I created for my mother's 80th birthday party were a HUGE HIT!! Just a caution to others creating an item, be sure to check the COLOR of your font. I was using black.....but when I went to next text block, the color faulted to navy. It was difficult to tell the difference on screen. In fact, only when I went to put a ribbon thru them, did I discover the error myself....even though I had proof read carefully. There was no time to re-order.
