I have contacted Next Day Flyer several times regarding my order. Before ordering, I reached out to customer service with questions. I asked if said envelopes were included in my order, and they assured me they were included. When I received the order, there were no envelopes, and they continued to gaslight me into believing I never asked. When I requested them to review my chats with their customer service team, they saw I had asked but still needed to include my order. Why would I add that if they are included? Once I looked through my order, we noticed some cards were white and some were light gray. I have again reached out to customer service for help. I sent an email that was provided from chat and have yet to hear back. My boss asked me to reach out again. I did with another customer rep and am still waiting to hear back. Horrible service, and we feel completely ripped off. read more

This business is second to none when it comes to printing display items for your business and homes! I've used them to create artwork for my wife's home Peloton studio and my man cave. Once both projects are complete I will post pictures. Thanks again NextDayFlyers! read more

Very Very Bad experience. They told us our order would be ready and when we went to pick it up they said it was still being processed. WHY DIDN'T THEY SIMPLY CALL OR EMAIL US THAT the order was late? We wasted our time, gas, and money driving all the way to their facility to pick up. They simply shrugged it off without giving us a refund or discounting the order. We've had miserable experiences before with this company and will never do business with Next Day Flyers again or their affiliates like UPrinting. read more

Everything from ordering to delivery is dream come true when working with this company. I've placed two orders now and every single phone rep has been so kind, patient, and professional. I don't have the most amazing technical skills but they made the process easy. I got a proof within a few hours of ordering and can't believe it, the delivery arrived just 5 days after I placed my order! (I ordered expedited delivery) I think it's two days earlier than I was quoted. If you want a pleasant and bump free printing I experience I recommend very highly. read more

We have had great success with NDF. The quality has always been good. Always shipped in time. Prices are very competitive. It is a great vendor for our printing needs. read more

Next Day Flyers came through again! Time after time, I've needed custom printing in a hurry, and I always turn to them, and they always exceed expectations. My cards were absolutely perfect, and arrived even sooner than I expected. Wow! read more

Unbelievable customer service! Miscommunication would have delayed delivery of the 4x6 cards we ordered until after the event. NextDayFlyers FedEx-ed them overnight at no extra cost! They didn't just resolve the issue, they went far and beyond expectation to fix a timing problem that seemed catastrophic! Kudos to NextDayFlyers! Will definitely be using them again and recommending them to others. read more

Great printing quality. Not fast and poor customer support. I placed an order (10384859) for two different postcards that I needed 5 days later for an event taking place 12/2-4. Despite paying for expedited shipping etc to guarantee delivery of both on 12/2, only 1/2 of the order was delivered on 12/2. The other half arrived on 12/5 AFTER the event. Will not use them again. read more

We ordered pads of paper for our company as a piece of a gift. The pads had our logo WAY TOO BIG and there was no where to write on the pad... We ended up scraping them. It would have been nice to have someone confirm that's what we wanted, as we would have realized we did not. read more

Created my custom apparel tags and received in a speedy time frame. Excellent quality and great customer service. Will do business with them again. read more

Terrible company. Should not be named next day flyers. The do not even print next day much less deliver next day.

Great experience with memorial bookmark printing. they were patient and helped me through the process. Definitely recommend using them for your printing needs! prices are great! read more

Absolute trainwreck. Completely messed up a key part of my event. Forget about being able to ship "next day" they couldn't deliver four days later on time. Even after I communicated the importance of the deadline. They didn't inform me of their failure until it was too late to correct. Terrible company. STAY AWAY. read more

I should have read the reviews before purchasing. I've had a similar terrible experience as many of the other one star reviewers have had. Let me tell you it's not worth taking the chance using them, hard pass will save you a lot of time, money and headaches. The company name "Next Day Flyers is comedic". Very simple order took a month to receive. Emailed several times with no response, got no where by chatting, Called in and was told I didn't understand the timeline for printing and shipping. Pretty sure when I checked out it said 5-7 days not a month but I don't know, counting is hard for some people so I won't judge them. Was told a manager would be reaching out to me, crickets...obviously that never happened. To be honest I feel bad for the people that work there, it's not their fault, it's whoever set up this horrible, inefficient slow, supply chain that causes these delays, according to the reviews over and over. Don't bother responding to this letting me know how you are going to fix it cause that isn't ever gonna happen. Good luck! read more

Ordered two prints, one for Christmas and one for a birthday, still haven't received either. Would never use again, and wouldn't recommend to anyone. Customer service is wonderful but haven't been able to find or reprint either. Good people on the chat, terrible company and business practice. read more

I have used Next Day Flyers for over 10 years and have continually recommended them to countless marketing contacts and clients. They're fast, affordable and produces a high quality. However, I'm the past year they continue to deliver 50% of my orders late and do not proactively discount rush fees unless you nag them. For instance, I pay more than double to have business cards printed next day but it still takes them 2-3 days to print yet I paid a premium for next day and I still paid for that service/promise they didn't deliver on. Delivering late wouldn't be the end of the world (I get it, post COVID with many supply chain issues) but there is zero communication that an order is printing, shipping, or delivering late and it's almost impossible to make adjustments once something is in process. A heads up or option to further expedite shipping would go a long way. I do marketing and event consulting and have almost lost a client when I was left holding the bag for late deliveries and missing items at events. I've recommended to the company, they update their timing and to not make promises they can't deliver on during this time of unprecedented supply chain issues to no avail I so wanted to caution folks on a timeline. I still love and recommend their products, especially if you're not on a specific timeline. read more

THE WORST company Ive ever done business with. Screwed up my custom boxes which cost me 650 dollars and NO customer support. 4 weeks later and 10 - 12 calls and chat sessions and NO CUSTOMER SERVICE. AVOID LIKE THE PLAGUE. IF YOUR PRODUCT IS WRONG YOU ARE OUT OF LUCK read more

Always dependable, super fast and very reasonably priced - HIGHLY recommended! You can even pick up in person, they have a location in Gardena that is super close to me so what's not to like! I'm a raving fan read more

I placed and order for a total of 6500 flyers on Thursday 7/13. I paid extra for rush production and overnight shipping. I received one box on Friday 7/14 as scheduled and assumed it was the complete order. I opened the box on Sunday 7/16, and discovered I only had 1800 of the 6500 flyers I was supposed to have. I initiated a live chat with customer service (Al Joseph), who indicated there was shipping delay with part of my order and I would receive the rest of my order Monday 7/17. He offered a small store credit (not a refund) for the shipping delay. Not an exceptional resolution, but okay I was fine with it. However, I received the second delivery today and my order is still incomplete. I am missing 1300 or the 6500 flyers. I initiated another live chat (Jefferson) who requested I send pictures then said someone would call me back in 24-48 hours!!! If I didn't need the order expedited they I would not then I would not have paid significantly more. 24-48 hours is unacceptable time frame for resolution. I have ordered with Next Day flyers since 2018. I have placed a total of 15 orders and 40,000 flyers. I have never had a problem before hence my repeat business. Unfortunately I don't know if I can have the confidence to order again from Next Day Flyers, since they have obviously failed to live up to their name. I would be cautious about ordering from them if you are truly in a rush, or don't want to risk a hassle with customer service. read more

I ordered custom boxes that was defected. I notified NDF right away. I was asked by Jerose to take pictures/videos and send for verification of defective boxes. I did. At first we agreed upon store credit of the amount I was charged because I was going to reorder. He only issued a credit for the amount paid for the boxes excluding the taxes and shipping fees. I sent a message asking for the full amount and a label to return the defective boxes. He said he will issue the full credit once the defective boxes are received at the warehouse. I went online to reorder the boxes and noticed that they will not be here in time for my event. I sent another message asking for a promotion code for a rush delivery, he said they couldn't do a rush delivery, although the option was available at checkout. I asked for a refund instead, in which he agreed upon. Please keep in mind he was prompt in returning my messages until I sent a message asking for a promotion / coupon code for a future order on shipping or on my items for my inconvenience. I needed the boxes for an event. He still haven't responded, it's been a few days. I guess he don't understand how their defective item was an inconvenience to me. read more

I can't say enough about Next Day Flyers. I ordered an 8' x 8' banner with a stand. When we went to use it there was an issue with image. I contacted them. Amber helped me through the process and was stellar. They had a new one out to me with issue resolved in no time. Thank you! read more

NextDayFlyers - Printing Services Near Me - Van Nuys, California

We used NextDayFlyers to make our father's funeral prayer cards because they promise to have our order in by a certain date. But we paid the very expensive expedite and shipping charges because we needed it right away. However, the order did not come in on time and when it did come our prayer cards were all wet. We asked for a full refund, but we have yet to hear from them. read more

This place is terrible! I really need to find another location. Please don't waste your time nor your money UNLESS you live down the street from them. Customer service is terrible in person. Phone manners are a -1000. I called the general customer service number, and spoke with the customer service rep, I told him my situation, asked for the Torrance location phone number and his response was "we are not allowed to give out their number because people call them when their orders are not ready!!" No joke, that was his answer!!!! I ordered May 17th and these got to the location at 4:55, they close at 5! I live 40mins away. THIS IS THE BEST PART, I paid NEXT BUSINESS DAY!!!!!! Money thrown out the door. Don't waste you time!! read more

Next Day Flyer has been my go to for producing quick promotional material for years but this time they failed me. I ordered 200 information post cards last Wednesday and paid $100 extra to have them delivered in 24 hours. I needed them for an event that I was having on Friday night. Needless to say they did not come Friday, Saturday or Sunday. They arrived today, Monday. So disappointed. read more

Next day flyers did not, in fact, deliver the next day. When I questioned them, they said it was due to shipping issues and there was nothing they could do. Well, maybe you should change your name? read more

Great experience. I designed a bookmark, but NextDayFlyers identified and made me aware of a number of issues with my design. They fixed my issues and got them shipped to me so quickly. Great service and I'm pleased with the product. read more

I ordered so many times from them over the past two years. There have been mistakes from time to time but my most recent order was printed in reverse even though the proof I approved was NOT in reverse. They refused to print a new one correctly and have it shipped overnight. As a result of their mistake and refusal to fix it immediately, I did not have the product for my event and was our several hundred dollars. Don't use this company. read more

Please avoid this company if you want something as quickly as they advertise. I ordered some custom printed folders. The website and receipt reads 3 Day Turnaround. I paid for 3 Days Transit. I received notice that my order would be to me in 7 days (5 business days). When I called to complain I was told by the customer (no) service rep that I was just reading things wrong. Then he goes down the "terms and conditions" route. Are you kidding me? He talked over me and generally treated me as a simpleton. Maybe I am but 3 days is not 5 days where I'm from. Do not do business with this misleading company. read more

The order was done ahead of time and was perfect. Thanks for helping us to meet our event commitment.

Looks like they're attempting to reimburse the full amount. I'll be a little more cautious for timing if I decide to use their service again. Might be a good idea to place orders the old fashion way and call. Will add another update to confirm that I received the funds in my account. But so far so good. The product is good, they just need to figure out their timeliness. I hope they do. read more

Sadly, something has happened to the quality control at NDF! They were once a very reliable source. This order was a complete DISASTER. I ordered a stretch canvas- that should be on a frame- three times I received a rolled canvas - no frame. Three times I sat on the phone with customer service to get it fixed, three times assured they will work with production to make sure it goes out correctly- each time with over a week in between deliveries! Suffice to say, my client is furious and I'm incredibly embarrassed I couldn't deliver what I promised. Shame on you NDF! Unacceptable!!! This order deserves NO STARS! read more

Incredibly poor experience. NDF has been inconsistent, at best. I've received some quality print jobs from them, but just as many that required being reprinted because of monumental screw ups. Typically I can say that their customer service makes up for this - my most recent experience leads me to retract even that. Recently ordered 4 sets of 1,000 business cards. Edges were messed up, colors were off (a black box around the logo, on the backside), all things that rudimentary quality control could have prevented. Even better, they couldn't even issue a reprint for another SEVEN days. I asked to have this canceled, as well as another print job I have presently in production. They offered to give me a service credit, not even a refund. Not sure what's worse, their ability to print, or their customer service. read more

Timing is EVERYTHING! Put in your order 3 weeks or more before you need it. I learned after ordering that the "expedited shipping" means it ships faster once the product is done. It does not rush them to print it any quicker. I was told it takes 10-14 days to print the products, then shipping days are counted AFTER production. Something anyone ordering needs to know in advance! I ordered 2 Retractable Banner signs for a Marketing event. I put in the order 2 weeks in advance, and paid for expedited shipping to ensure they came on time. Much like many others in these reviews, it arrived a week after my event. I called and complained then the above was explained to me. Wish I knew this sooner. Over all the product was good. Colors looked good and I woul dorder again. But order 3 weeks to a month in advance to make sure you have it on time. read more
