I was reluctant to order from NextDayFlyers after reading some bad reviews; however, I decided to give this business a chance. I'm glad I did because the communication was wonderful and the qualify of the product was excellent as described. Yes, they didn't deliver at the original date from the order but it was due to some corrections I requested. Furthermore, we should all understand about the current labor / drivers shortage situation. Even Amazon prime is no longer guarantee 2 days shipping. Therefore, please plan ahead and place your order at least 2 weeks in advance. read more

I am very unhappy with NDF. I ordered 5 Step and Repeat Banners, and 3 out of the 5 were incorrect. After reaching out to them, they have done virtually nothing to help my order that was over $900!!! Our order was completely wrong which cost us time and extra money at our event! They refuse to make it right and either reprint or refund. Very disappointed. read more

Make sure you ASK them which way they're going to do the backing on the stickers in regards to the way that it peels off. The first few stickers I got they peeled off the correct way, which was vertically, so that I could peel it off and attach the sticker on my bottle, get it lined up and then once it was peel off the rest of the backing. With this second order that I placed, they did some of the stickers horizontally and some vertically. The ones that they decided to do horizontally, I cannot use the perforation to apply the sticker. I actually have to make my own perforation on the other end and it's really hard to do so it takes a lot longer to label my bottles. Very disappointing and company wont take requests to do all your labels the same way. They get to choose which way THEY would like to do it with no input even allowed from the customer. I know thia bc I spent 20 mins on the phone w CS. The labels themselves are nice and if you can afford to buy them in bulk, the prices are decent. If there wasn't the issue with the back of the labels and them not doing anything about it, I'd have given them five stars. read more

Not only was my banner late, when received it was the wrong banner. We were without a banner for our biggest event of the year due to this error. They refused to refund the cost of the banner, and I am still waiting to hear back on when I will have a replacement banner. Therefore, I cannot comment on the quality of the work at this time. Very disappointing. read more

Horrible experience. Bait and switch. Mailing service I don't think ever even did the mailing. Promised dates were changed. Communication was awful. File changes were terrible in communication. I need to go back and fight the charge with my credit card company. Spent over 6 hours while on vacation trying to make this order happen and it was ridiculous. Over seas now and impossible to work with. I used to love NDF and they sold out and no one should waste their time with them. read more

Don't trust this place! It came 6 days after paying for overnight shipping for a specific event I was attending. Then they offered a $20 store credit to resolve the issue. Like I would ever buy from them again knowing they falsely advertise and don't do anything to rectify the problem. read more

This company always answers their phone (rare these days), returns calls, helps you out, gets all your questions answered and on top of that have excellent print and mailing services. If I could, I would give them an A+++++ read more

Took over 8 days to finally get my order. The product was great once it arrived, to late to send it out in my time line.

This was our first order with NextDayFlyers. They are one of the few online printers that would allow the custom-size brochure we needed (25.5x8.5) and their price was the best. The print quality is good, as well as their proofing. The only downside for me is I would have liked to use thicker card stock. 10pt was the only card stock offered for the size I ordered. But overall I'm happy with the product I received. read more

They are not next day. I would go anywhere else not here! Ordered on Wednesday for Thursday pickup. They sent me a proof and I approved right away so should have been ready today, Friday I even called. Got an email after they closed that my order was ready -- they aren't open until Monday need for tomorrow. Smh Never again. Going to request a refund they don't live up to their promises. read more

You should change your name to maybe nextday flyers. Placed a order on 2/21 called to confirm order with rep on 2/21 that the order deadline can be met and picked up the next day. Call today for pick up time tells me they can't meet it. What a joke don't use them if it's deadline sensitive. read more

Do not the "Next Day" fool you. It is NOT even close! I ordered an item and approved it on the 31st of March and there it sat until Thursday 6 days after, now I have a tracking number for FedEx, it looks like they shipped it but NO! According to fedex they have not even received the package yet to deliver. I need these for tomorrow which they gladly informed me I could pay a whole lot more to get them here on my date. That would not be even possible as Fedex still does not have my package even though I have a tracking number. If you order make sure you do not need it fast, do not pay extra money to get it to you faster cause it will not happen. I will not be using this company ever again, this was my first and last order. The rest is up to you. read more

The first experience was 5 star. The second was not. It took 1 week for me to get the flyers, which was upsetting to the client.

I love nextdayflyers! Never knew they existed but now that I do, excellent quality, good price, and amazing shipping timing! Comparable to VistaPrint! read more

Been using next day flyers for quite a while now. They never disappoint, my orders always come out great and the price is excellent, even on rush orders. Highly recommended! read more

Paid extra to have flyers arrive by Monday and they arrived a day late and were a complete mess. Some of the flyers were damaged from just being thrown carelessly into the box. Will not be using this company again. read more

NextDayFlyers - Print work was just thrown in box leaving us with damaged flyers that we will not use. - Printing Services Near Me - Van Nuys, California

Good print quality and fast delivery, as expected.

I needed something fast! Since I already had the design, I was able purchase and have the item created, shipped and deliverd in 24 hours. This company was so much better and faster than other companies I have used before. When they saw a problem, they fixed it without holding up my entire process. I will definitely be using this company again! read more

If you have an issue with your order--and you will--it will take a minimum of 1 hour on the phone to get them to make a ticket for someone to call you back. No one will call back. You will have to call many times and make many tickets. We always have 3-4 shades of what should have been one color in one order. They "do not guarantee color" that means if you ask for one print of 1,000 in green you will get that print in chunks of blue, teal, gray-- with mismatched color front and back. And they will not replace it according to their policies. As a business, we would be embarrassed to send these prints out. We are cutting our losses and many many hours of trying to get anything close to what we requested. read more

It took over 10 days to get my flyers for a fundraiser. By the time they arrived we were unable to use them. I called and the only thing they offered was a refund for the shipping. I will never use this company again and would suggest you find someone else if you need flyers in a timely manner read more

Was looking for a custom label for water bottles and NextDay Flyers was a A+. Design and artwork was easy and delivery was on time. These labels are great! read more

They promised me overnight and charged $83 extra for shipping. The order was delivered a week later. Good quality printing, not recommended if you are in a hurry! read more

Super easy to upload our design, great price and fast shipping. The colors are great and it looks AMAZING! read more

Absolutely AWESOME!! I've ordered several banners and the last ones I got were very poor, and that's being nice. But, I decided to give it another chance, and the new one looks absolutely outstanding!! Glad I gave it another chance. read more

We have ordered from here twice now and both times they have not gotten the delivery when they say the will. Both times they blamed it on Covid when in fact that had nothing do with anything. The customer service number you call is overseas and they are not very helpful at all. They clearly read off of a script that was given to them. The quality is not bad at all when you do get it but be ready to be patient or order with a long runway. On our last order we called and offered to pay extra to get it overnighted to which we were told not to worry it would be there. 5 days later it arrived! No compensation was given at all. If you can go to another vendor I would highly recommend it. read more

Awesome Job with my stickers . Thank you for the fast turnaround and quality of the stickers. I look forward to doing more business with you guys real soon. read more

Print quality was good and turnaround time ok, however my bumper stickers were not cut right, I sent pictures and filed a complaint. Nobody ever got a hold of me. read more

I found this company via a Google search and we chose it because of the pricing and turnaround time. Our first attempt was HORRIFIC and after a series of conversations, emails and chats we cancelled the order. I was determined not to use the service but decided to try again because it could have been a fluke. Well the second time was an absolute CHARM. Everything went off without a hitch. The owner is quite happy with the final product and we will definitely continue using NDF for future projects! Thanks guys.... read more

we ordered a dieline to have a corrugated box done, the dimensions were backwards so I called to explain to someone that this was not what I wanted, they sent me another die line just the same as the original. I called and emailed several times NOBODY got back to me. We finally decided to go a different direction. Sounds really exciting and reasonably priced BUT no customer service or follow through. very disappointing! read more

We had a good experience with our first labels, as for our second Metallic labels, it was another story. These type of labels takes more than a week to finish. We placed a priority delivery on our order but didn't see the status of being delivered a week later, thus contacted their Customer Service and was told their machine broke down and asked us to wait a few extra days... When we received the labels, they were rolled together unevenly, making them unusable by the manufacturer's machine. We got in touch with their resolution specialist Tamika Johnson, and explained the situation, and asked them to print an even roll and send it to us Asap. She told us a few days later in an email to either use these defective labels or sent them back, and "WHEN THEY RECEIVED IT" they will reroll it and sent it back, which would take more than another few weeks..... We were in a hurry to get our finished product in place and started to put on some of the labels by hand, but it came out uneven. When we explained all this to Tamika, she told us we could also receive a refund base on the number of labels RETURNED......the amount of loss this caused for our Company was far more significant than the label itself..... We could care less about the refund or credit but rather the Company's attitude towards their own mistake. To cut their own cost, they could care less about their customer's experience and losses. read more

This company helped us out so much! Our last minute needs were met with such care and professionalism I can't recommend them enough!

Great job!!! The flyer came before the expected shipping delivery date. The quality was perfect and exactly what I was looking for!

I placed my flyers order on Wednesday morning and hoping I can get my flyers on Friday. I submitted my designs in the morning and I got the proof early evening on the same Wednesday. And Friday noon I got my beautiful flyers in my office. I couldn't be happier about the quality and the delivery time. A lot of businesses make things very difficult, so it is such a pleasure to work with the team from NextDayFlyers. I will for sure order from you guys again for my future projects. Thank you NextDayFlyers! A life-saver for procrastinators. read more

CRAP!!! Do not buy from this company. The worst quality and the worst customer service. You can buy better paper and print yourself from Staples. I will be complaining with the BBB. read more

Next Day Flyers is my "go to" printer for everything! They have been for several years and have never let me down! Thank you Next Day Flyers for another happy customer!! read more

This place is the worst. I placed an order, added two day shipping and then the package gets lost. The package label was created but never handed to FedEx. Two days later, I get an email that the package has been scanned by FedEx and was being delivered the next day. The next day, the package was recalled by shipper and instructed FedEx to return or destroy. Like wtf!! Their customer service sucks as well. Never again!! I just asked for a refund at that point. read more

Great job the site was easy to use and the delivery was as promised. Thank you for doing what you claimed

After paying extra for express shipping, the item got delayed and arrived after the event I order it for and was worthless, NextDayFlyers failed to take responsibility or even offer a refund when they messed up... Very Disappointing!! read more

Fantastic service.... very competitive pricing. Good Job ~!

The invoices turned out so good. Printing and prices are great! We will be ordering them again. Thanks.
