I wanted to be sure to take the time to post this because making sure folks are taking their pups to a place you can trust is so incredibly important and feel strongly enough about my concerns to share here. The facility is clearly not properly cleaned/maintained. Each time I have been there, the lobby has an incredibly strong ammonia/foul odor, which I do not find at Camp Bow Wow. The facility cameras that are supposed to be available on their app never seem to be functioning which I find very concerning as I have strong concerns about the environment the dogs are kept in at the facility. The facility tells me each time that they weren't sure what the issue was but would look into it, which is an absolute half-baked response. Last time I picked up my dog, he was very rattled and jumpy. It has been several days now since he has been home and still jumps at the slightest noise, which is 100% not his personality. It very much seems like he was traumatized at this facility and I have made the decision not to bring him back out of an abundance of caution. The only reason I brought him here was because Camp Bow Wow was full. He absolutely loves it there and is beyond excited when we get there. I have zero concerns about boarding him at Camp Bow Wow. The facility is clean and very well maintained. My dog has his own kennel (cabin) there and the cameras online always work properly. I am not sure that the dogs have their own kennels at Dogtopia. He acts 180 degrees different when I brought him to Dogtopia. They need to really do better. I see others post similar reviews on Yelp and the owners respond, but things seemingly never improve despite the negative feedback.

I found this place after a terrible experience with a private dog sitter. Let me tell you that this has been a blessing for us to find a place that gives both of us time to socialize. Dogtopia has a friendly staff that provides care to your fur babies as if they were thier own. They offer daycare, boarding & grooming. There is a small discount if you're pup is a member. Before you can do any of this you'll need to have a meet & greet furst to ensure that this us a suitable option for your pup. They have separate play areas that are determined by a dogs size I believe. If you're interested in seeing how your dog is doing there is a Webcam for you to check. The dogs have a nap time as well mid day and during this time camera access is not available. What I love the most about Dogtopia though is they have a themed picture day almost once a month! I'm one 9f those dog moms that thinks everything my dog does is adorable so this is perfect, lol. This happens to also be a convenient commute on a hectic work morning as it's literally blocks away from my place of employment. Thank you dogtopia for taking care of my boy when I'm away!

Don't Believe the False Facebook Posts - Epic Dog Academy Is the Real Deal…read more I need to share my experience because there's a lot of misinformation going around about Epic Dog Academy. If you've seen those Facebook posts linking them to animal abuse - please, don't believe them. I fell for those rumors myself at first, and I want to make sure no one else makes the same mistake. I had signed my dog, Obi-Wan, up for the two-week training program and was so excited. But right after I told a friend, she sent me a Facebook group filled with terrible claims about EDA. I panicked and immediately called to cancel. Vincent, the owner, was incredibly understanding and patient. He explained that all those claims were false and even showed me proof - including records exposing the people behind the posts as having serious legal and credibility issues, but even though I already paid and signed all the paperwork - he still immediately refunded me my payment to give me time to do additional research. This is something he could have pushed back on but didn't, which really showed me what a kind and understanding business this was. Even so, I made sure to do my own research before forming any opinions. What I found was truly alarming: the main individual behind that Facebook group has a documented history of serious issues, including animal cruelty charges (all public record). His daughter once briefly worked with Vince - the owner of Epic Dog Academy - many years ago at a completely separate business. Shortly after, Vince left to establish Epic Dog Academy with his wife, Olivia. To be clear, the two individuals who now run that Facebook group have no real connection to Epic Dog Academy. The false claims they're spreading about the owner are completely unfounded and unsupported by any evidence, plus most of the negative comments appear to come from people associated with them. Once I realized the truth, I re-enrolled Obi-Wan - this time in their day training program. I drop him off in the morning and pick him up in the afternoon. It gave me total peace of mind to see him daily, and I can confidently say that not only is he perfectly fine - he's thriving. The results have been beyond my expectations. Obi-Wan listens better than ever, he's happier, and he actually gets excited to go every morning. Erin, his trainer, is absolutely phenomenal. She's patient, knowledgeable, and keeps me updated every day with photos and progress reports through their app. Christy at the front desk is another gem - her warmth and understanding make every drop-off and pick-up a breeze. Every single person I've interacted with at Epic Dog Academy truly loves what they do, and it shows. They treat every dog like their own. I can say with complete confidence that my dog is safe, happy, and receiving the best possible training here. Please do yourself a favor - don't let false online rumors stop you from giving EDA a chance. Check things out for yourself. I'm so glad I did, because Epic Dog Academy has completely transformed my dog's behavior and confidence. It's been worth every single penny (and I signed up for the Honor program!) I have given EDA permission to share my number with anyone who is hesitant to sign up. In general, we were reluctant to leave our two pups, Milo and Enzo, at a boarding facility for the first time because we have never left them in another person's care who wasn't a relative. But we are so glad we did and that we had a wonderful experience! Naomi took great care of them for 4 days. She was very responsive, professional, understanding, and most importantly, kind. She gave them all the attention, love and care they seek and need. We were impressed with her clean facility and were relieved that she was able to separate the two dogs during meal time as requested. She was easy to work with when it came to the dogs' specific schedule and instructions, and she was very open and flexible to our needs when it came to pick-up and drop-off.
