Victor came on time! I really liked how he lined the room floor with plastic before starting. Victor double checked with me on placement of the fan before he started cutting holes in the ceiling. He also patched and textured the holes that he made while installing the wiring for the fan. Although the job took a bit longer than I had imagined, I'm really pleased with the job! I've waited months to address my failing (and outdated) fluorescent lights to the point where they weren't working when I try to turn them on. They desperately needed to be replaced. After dragging on the search for as long as I could, I finally started reaching out to a couple vendors. Next Level Lighting & Electric was not only responsive, but they were reasonably priced. Steve was extremely patient with me while I was figuring out my schedule for his team to come and do the work. I wasn't expecting for his team to be available the following day after giving me a quote. I was impressed! Once we figured out the day and time for the recessed lighting install with the drywall installation happening the following day, I was even more shocked that his team was able to do the work earlier than scheduled. Literally and I mean literally the BEST!! They Erik and Victor removed the old fixture, then install 8 Philips Hue lights. The preparations, the cutting, the installations, and the cleanup was better than expected. They organized the wires aesthetically even though they were going to be hidden above the ceiling. Also, they replaced my light switches and installed the multi-functional smart dimmer. Everything has been done aesthetically, which is what I'm going for in this house. Also, the lights are Siri controlled which makes it even better!! There was one light that wasn't working, but it wasn't their fault, it was simply a fault unit that Philips replaced under warranty. On Dec. 31st I requested a quote for a new light switch, light fixture and outlet install. Steve responded quickly. Provided a quote in message. Next available day was today. Steve confirmed appointment window day before. Oscar and Eric showed up. Very personable and professional. They assessed the job, gave recommendations and provided a quote. The new quote was less than Steve's quote as I opted out of an addition work I was considering. They got right to it, listened to my request, executed it and when a snag hit with install of light, Oscar provided solution and confirmed that it was okay. Which I agreed to. They prepped work area, cleaned up after. While they were wrapping up Oscar provided payment options, and Steve messaged me to complete the transaction. All well documented. Before any work was started, the employees put up plastic sheets to protect the residence interior. I had several recessed lighting fixtures installed in two rooms (one with a dimmer) and replaced several existing can lights with LED lights. Prior to any holes being drilled, a supervisor met with me to ensure I was satisfied with the placement. The supervisor and employees kept me posted throughout the job. The employees also did a great job filling pilot holes and adding texture where the work was done. Since most of the ceiling was white, I could barely tell where the work had been completed. At the conclusion of the work, the employees did a great job cleaning up the areas. It was as if no work had even been done. This was an overall example of exemplary team work, which is a positive reflection on the owner. Steve was very helpful and responsive to get me a quote and then scheduling the work for three ceiling fan installation with wiring where there were no existing electrical wires. The team came on time, very professional, quality work, and amazing how quickly they got the job done. The downstairs office was going to be a challenge since there are no ceiling access to fish the wires from the switch but they had no trouble. They did have to make couple cutouts on the ceiling walls but they did a great job patching the holes and then texturing. I just need to do some touch up painting. I recently had Next Level Lighting & Electric install four canless recessed lights in my family room, and I'm very satisfied with their service. It was a last-minute decision to find a contractor, as I reached out on Sunday--the day before a Monday holiday. I was pleasantly surprised to find them open on a Sunday, and they responded within 10 minutes, with availability for installation the next day. Eric arrived and completed the installation within three hours. He didn't push me to replace the controller, explaining that it was more of a personal choice, so I ended up paying less than the original quote. We had them install 3 ceiling fans (with no existing light in the ceiling present) in the bedrooms and 6-6" Nora recessed lights in the family room. There was a hiccup regarding scheduling, as the owner scheduled us on the wrong day, even though I was specific with the day and date we wanted. Luckily, I checked in with them the night before and they were able to rectify the situation. Steve came for the free in home estimate. He wore a mask and provided suggestions how many lights were needed for our space. He was nice, friendly, and professional. The day of the installation, Cameron and his crew were punctual. They all wore masks and wore booties inside the house. They covered everything, including the floor with plastic. Cameron was very communicative throughout the entire process regarding placement of the lights and what they were doing. They installed a total of 13 recessed lights and associated wiring that was needed in 3 rooms in 3.5 hours. They also did small patch up work and removal of old fixtures.
