I've rarely been as happy with a service provider or to write a review. I had a carpet cleaner who plugged his equipment into my wall socket, and as a result, two circuits blew in my house, one of which controlled my fridge. I called Silva Electric in the afternoon, and Eugene told me that it's a problem that was familiar to him and he could fix it. He quoted me a price, but said he couldn't be here until the next day. That was before he knew that the fridge was one of my issues and it was a built-in, so couldn't easily be plugged into another outlet. At that point, he told me that he could break away from the job he was working on to get it taken care of today, but there would be a (very reasonable) surcharge. When I told him that was fine, he was at the house 45 minutes later, and solved the issue in 15 minutes.
