Trash Dumping: After they replaced my electrical panel they filled all my trash cans with the trash, including my recycling bin - with construction trash that would get rejected. I had to pull all of it out when I found it several days later and make them come back and get it 2. Communication / Coordination: After the panel replacement there was coordination required to get inspections and stucco done. I had to hound them, they were not responsive, dragged their feet. Every time you call you get a different person and they put a buffer between you and the project manager so you cant ever reach your project manager directly. 3. Work Quality: We had to run a new ground wire and install new ground rods. They did the bare minimum to make them code compliant, leaving me with sketchy metal spears sticking 5 inches out of the ground. I told them this did not work for us because we have young kids running around. I needed the GEC run below grade and the ground rods inside valve boxes. All of this was approved by the inspector. The way they moaned and groaned... They stopped returning my calls and sent me a $2000 f-off quote to change the ground wire. I have sketchy rods sticking out of my yard, open stucco around the panel, they dont take my calls and I have to hire someone else to come finish the job. Honestly up there with one of my worst experiences with a contractor.

Andrew arrived right on time for the initial quote, walked through everything we wanted installed, and even gave us multiple options to choose from. I received the quote the same day and immediately booked them. On installation day, his team arrived on time and professionally introduced themselves before getting started. They worked on 5 rooms and installed 22 recessed lights. Every room was carefully taped off, and they cleaned up flawlessly afterward. Not only was their customer service outstanding, but they truly went above and beyond. While working in the attic, they noticed some electrical issues and unsecured junction boxes that needed attention. They took the time to fix everything and made sure our home was safe. I'm incredibly appreciative of their professionalism and for bringing these issues to our attention. What an amazing company! Thank you so much for everything -- I couldn't recommend The Recessed Lighting Company more!

They were so honest and upfront about what we should do and the advice was that what we have is good but they can upgrade us however it was going to cost X. Anything we ever need in the future, I am calling this company. They are not the least expensive option out there but they are very fair, very honest, and I have no doubt they will do excellent work and stand by it. Highly recommend !!

My initial consultation was with Pete, who arrived on time as scheduled. We discussed what we wanted, and he offered helpful suggestions while clearly explaining the scope of work. He estimated the job would take a day and a half to complete. On the first day, we were told the technicians would arrive between 8:00 and 9:00 AM, and they showed up a few minutes early. Daniel and four additional team members came to complete the work. I wasn't expecting that many people, but everyone stayed focused on their tasks and completed the work by 5 PM. Having a larger crew made the job go much faster. The second day of work took place a couple of days later due to other projects we had scheduled, but Armes Electric was very accommodating and flexible with our timeline. Andres and another technician returned to finalize the outlets and install the lighting. They also helped with a few additional items that weren't included in the original work order, but they gladly assisted us without hesitation. We were very pleased with the finished work and highly recommend Armes Electric.
