He answered my call and proceeded to try and troubleshoot for about an hour (without even working for us). Such a kind gesture. Following this, Eddie came by to check out our pool and see if he could figure out what was wrong. Turns out our current Pool Guy was treating our pool as chlorine and it had a saltwater system (something I regularly questioned our normal Pool Guy but was routinely dismissed) Eddie and his guys came by a couple of times and completely reset our system. Saving us from having to buy a brand new pool heaters, which we had just bought two years ago. Our pool is now functioning perfectly and looks amazing, and is actually saltwater again. I could not recommend these guys enough! They take pictures and send you updates so you have a photo log of their work. They really are SO worth the call if you are in need to pool service

He walked us through what he would need to do to get the pool water looking clean again, and gave us a reasonable quote for that service, as well as the monthly service rate. Israel has been servicing our pool for a few months now and we definitely appreciate the work he's been doing to our pool! They charged $900, couldn't find the leak and instead defaced our pool with epoxy patches on the spa. Blake saved the day! Where do I begin with our story. Our jacuzzi had a slow leak over the last 6…read moremonths so we hired a licensed contractor to come in and address the leak. In the process of addressing the leak we completely remodeled the entire pool/jacuzzi...plaster, coping, waterline tile, new valves, new jets, everything. After paying for it all, the first day we filled it with water, it was still leaking. We were gutted. Our contractor came out and with the plaster company and redid all of the jacuzzi jets, thinking that was the issue, but it was still leaking. We imagined we would have to tear apart all of the work we had just done and I just felt so sick about it. We contacted so many companies that didn't even want to touch our situation. I emailed Aquaman last night and today they sent Blake out. Within a very short time he had identified the leaks and completely allayed all of our concerns! It turned out to be a much less invasive fix than our imagination had thought it would be. I cannot say enough about Blake's expertise in identifying small leaks that can't be seen with the naked eye. They were so responsive, so knowledgeable, so helpful, and so confident. I am beyond thrilled with their services!

The owner, Sam, came across as a little full of himself. He did perform some "repairs," but he did…read morenot fix the leak I originally hired him to repair. In fact, the repairs he performed did not appear to even be necessary. When I contacted him to let him know the hot tub was still leaking, he offered to return and locate the leak; but wanted to charge me an additional $289/hour to do so. Considering that fixing the leak was the reason I hired him in the first place, I found that price ridiculous. I gave Sam an opportunity to make the situation right; he declined. His defensive response to my concerns only reinforced my impression that he was more interested in the money and defending himself than resolving the problem for his customer. The difference with the new company I hired has been night and day. They were far more professional and actually fixed the leak for a fraction of what Sam quoted me. They also seemed genuinely interested in solving the problem rather than simply running up the bill. I rarely post reviews, but I felt this experience deserved an honest one. Based on my experience, I would not use Sam's services again. Consumer beware.
