Prompt, professional, and an all around pleasant experience. The cold weather and rain invited rats into our attic and an army of ants on their trail. Bring in Next Generation Pest Control... I initially called them, no answer and I figured it was probably easier to contact them online. As I'm typing my message, I receive a call back from Stephen and booked a free inspection for the following morning. In comes Mitchell, he got up on our roof without hesitation in wet weatger and assessed the situation, and gave us our options. We had to wait a day for the rain to subside so he could safely block all entrances on the roof for both rats, and any nesting birds. He just completed the job on the roof, and sprayed the yard and interior of the home with child/pet friendly chemicals to zap all the bugs. We've agreed to ongoing bug maintenance every 2 months, and received a 3 year warranty if the rats were to return. The wifey couldn't be more content. And I'm happy with the reasonable pricing. Incredibly fast service. Very polite and friendly. We were starting to see tiny ants making their way into our house, hundreds of box elder bugs in the lawn and gophers tunneling through our yard. After one treatment l, I have not seen any ants coming in the house and have seen a huge decrease in the box elder bugs in the yard.
