Just called that number again to confirm that this is the correct company I'm reviewing. Unfortunately, I was in a bind and my door was stuck. The latch would not slide and so I was unable to close my door, leaving my apartment exposed and unsecured. I called All Pro for help and ended up getting my two lock (combo door locks) replaced. The technician, Rafael Barak, said he'd give me an estimate but by the time I checked in, he had already replaced both locks. I expected to pay $200, maybe $300 but no. He was charging me over $650. After back and forth, he reduced the price a couple times. Paid him a certain amount via Venmo, which was another red flag. I was in disbelief that within 20 minutes, I'd be charged so much. After he left, I did some research on prices for products within the same brand as the new lock the technician installed. I know there is an installation fee but prices for the products were far from the amount on the written receipt. The creepy part is that I called the next morning to get more info on prices for the locks. When I told phone rep about my experience, he sounded surprised and stated he'd forward my info to the supervisor. Minutes after, the technician called me to confront me and ask what was going on. I don't know if all staff is in on a scheme but this was odd. I know that this is the correct Yelp business because when the technician called me, he acknowledged my review. I initially submitted a 5-star review with few words as a "placeholder" and updating now, 2 months later, hoping they're not able to identify me and call me again. When you call, they only call themselves "the locksmith" and don't use "all pro". And I received return calls from different numbers which throws me off. I don't know. Just seems so sketchy. Anyway, besides a delay in arrival, then work was great so I'm leaving a high review still but I'm writing this to let future customers know to be more attentive, ask more questions and just be aware. All Pro should be more transparent and they don't seem very ethical. I'm not one to ask for lower prices if I truly feel it's worth it but so many things felt "off" and I was left so confused from my google search, up until my last phone exchange with the technician. Like, I was expecting someone to fix my lock, not replace it and it felt things were done without my consent. Anyway, a little scared they might call me again after they read this updated review.

However, a few days later after a few attempts the key would not turn properly, and l am unable to lock the door as intended. * I contacted the locksmith from AB&O, who replaced the lock to report the issue and request a repair or correction of the work performed. * I made multiple attempts to reach the locksmith through phone calls and text messages (which I know he receives text messages because we originally texted the job site before), but I have not received a response. My calls are now being directed straight to voicemail. * Since phone calls were not successful I sent a request by text message for the locksmith contact me to inspect and repair the issue or provide a fair resolution, since the service performed is not functioning properly.

First, after initial phone call, I call them back right away saying I no longer needed their service and yet they still sent someone out. Second, Upon arriving, a man had me believe he was from another locksmith company that I actually hired. Before I was able to figure this out, this man quoted $500 to unlock one door! ONE DOOR. I questioned his price and talked to his "boss". Once the actual locksmith I hired arrived, the boss got extremely verbally aggressive and caused a big commotion. At the end of this ordeal, this company had me believe he was with the locksmith company that I actually hired, his boss got extremely rude and hostile after I said I no longer needed the service. And tried to charged an outrageous price for unlocking a door.
