Very dishonest and seems like they are in a business to scam you. I originally called them to help my elderly neighbors who lock themselves out. First, after initial phone call, I call them back right away saying I no longer needed their service and yet they still sent someone out. Second, Upon arriving, a man had me believe he was from another locksmith company that I actually hired. Before I was able to figure this out, this man quoted $500 to unlock one door! ONE DOOR. I questioned his price and talked to his "boss". Once the actual locksmith I hired arrived, the boss got extremely verbally aggressive and caused a big commotion. At the end of this ordeal, this company had me believe he was with the locksmith company that I actually hired, his boss got extremely rude and hostile after I said I no longer needed the service. And tried to charged an outrageous price for unlocking a door. read more

Dishonest. Adam came today to install a $30 lock we had bought on Amazon. He also installed his own provided deadbolt. Upfront he said the deadbolt was $275 (which is crazy high but OK) and the labor "about $250". We said ok. He then finished in 45 minutes, and gave us a bill for $1250!!! Not only that, but he walked away without installing the wall plate -- just left a hole in the wall. He said it wasn't necessary and missing in the Amazon box, but we checked and it was right on top in the box. He pressured and we paid but now we feel scammed. Avoid them at all costs. Scam artists. I got no invoice for my service. I have contacted the company time and time again, and they called me "confused" when I asked about the invoice. Also they charged me $620 for a lockout service, basically just to break my lock. That does not include replacing it (would've been an additional $200). I was alone and am female; I wasn't going to put myself in a potentially dangerous position trying to argue and dispute the charge on the spot. I tried disputing over the phone and I would get told that someone would call me back to follow up- no calls back ever. I feel I was fully taken advantage of in a stressful situation. When I said that I would not pay that, he got very angry and left with my drivers license. I don't even know who he is. I gave him my ID to verify that it was my car and that's why he had it. Benjamin came out and really saved my day. After a lock smith came to my home and attempted to replace my key and advised me it would take up to 12 hours for my key to work. Unfortunately I was ripped off my money but I reached out to All Keys and was able to get Benjamin out in a timely manner and he was able to reset my BMW key and get it to work within a matter of minutes!!!! Worst service ever! The guy who showed up was ruthless and aggressive. He tried charging me $470 for programming a new car key. I told him it was ridiculous and I said it was out of my price range. He then lowered it to 350 but i felt uneasy so i told him I didn't want his service. Ge then said he would do it for 250 and at this point I didn't want his service anymore. I called All Keys Locksmith Services to have my key ignition switch replaced. They advise that one of their techs will be giving me call. I receive a call from Ofir. He said he is able to replace my ignition switch and the part was OEM. I advise I will follow up in a couple of days. I sent Ofir a message on Thursday of the same week were in contact and he said he was able to service my vehicle same day. When my car was serviced, the ignition switch was not OEM and he did not do the job correctly because my alarm disabled, my touch screen stays on even with car completely shut off and because the touch screen stays on, my battery dies. I reached out Ofir to come back and fix the problem and he said No because he already did his job which was the fix the ignition switch. So now I am out $550.00, can't lock my car and needed a jump start but it doesn't matter because I can't lock my vehicle even if I were take it for a spin. I called All Keys Locksmith Services about the issue and they advised a manager will call me. No call. Called again, they said manager will call me on Sunday midday or Monday early morning. Today is Wednesday and I have not received a called back. Do not book with these guys they will just take your money and not take owner ship. I'm not at close $1000 on getting my ignition fixed because I have to get the mistake All Keys Locksmith Services fixed. I will be taking this matter into court. read more

I called Tom on 03/23 around 10 PM after locking myself out of my apartment. Although he just got home when I called him, he drove all the way from North Hollywood to Sherman Oaks to let me in. He arrived shortly after I placed my request (15 minutes) and was able to unlock my door shortly after. Other locksmiths would have drilled my lock and try to overcharge me for the same service whereas Tom did everything he could not to drill it using a lever opening tool. It worked great! If you are looking for an affordable locksmith who's courteous, polite and get the job done do not look any further: Tom is the guy! HIGHLY RECOMMENDED! read more

Company is dishonest about pricing and over charges. Over the phone, they quoted $49 ($19 trip + $35 base price) to open door (we had locked ourselves out). The technician arrived with a $55 trip charge pre-printed on the invoice, already higher than the quoted price. The total charge was $155 for a job that took about one minute. read more

My in laws locked themselves out of their house today so I called for service. When the technician called back, he quoted me 30 mins. I specifically told him to be at least on time If not earlier since today is hot, over 90 degrees and my in laws are in their 80s. After 30 mins, he called, told me it'd be another 20 mins, due to traffic so he said. I asked him again if he could really make it due to my in laws age, Otherwise I had to call another service if he couldn't make it. So, after several more calls and many more minutes passed, The technician finally arrived and that was almost 1 1/2 hour from my initial call!!!
