Ben was very personable and very good at what he does. He had the best pricing of the 3 locksmith that I called and the reason I went with them.. He gave me a quote for replacing 2 locks and rekeying one. He ended up doing all of the locks in my home, re-keyed 5 and replaced 1. I spoke with Sean and described to him our door lock situation. We didn't have the key to a front door gate and purchased a door lock with a deadbolt to replace it. We also had purchased door locks and deadbolts for 2 older doors that we didn't think can be rekeyed. He quoted me $75.00 to replace the lock on the front door gate and said that the other doors may just need to be rekeyed. Sean showed up within the hour. He assessed the door locks and said that he didn't need to replace ANY of the locks and would be able to rekey them! After all was said and done, he rekeyed all 3 doors, replaced an old door knob and latch for no charge, and gave us 2 extra keys above the 3 we asked for, all for his initial estimate of $75! I now get to return the 3 door locks and deadbolts that cost me $150. Essentially, I saved $75! I highly recommend Doctor Locksmith. He went well above and beyond. read more
