Pedro is also very responsive, honest and ahead of schedule. Called him to replace the rusted out bolts on a toilet, for some reason he couldn't replace the bolts, so he only replaced the wax ring and left the toilet as is and told us his work was completed. A good handyman is adaptable and is creative and is a problem solver. Instead of expecting every house and every situation to be the same, good handymen is flexible is can find a solution to every different problem. This was apparently lacking. Now the toilet is wobbly and he didn't fix the problem. Then he tells us to fix the problem, it would be double the price. Very disappointed! Addition to the comments: The request was to replace the bolts, that was not done at all. Instead of looking for solutions, we only got excuses on why the job could't be done. And the toilet was left without bolts exactly how it was before the handyman arrived. Replacing the wax ring was unnecessary especially when the toilet needs to be taken out again to replace the bolts.
