Overall, too difficult to work with and invoices are not detailed with light bulb information or product information. They provide free quotes over email. When I complained about the technician, they were unapologetic. Basically said pay the invoice and move on.

I asked if there was a manager I could speak to about my experience and Chad informed me there wasn't technically a manager, but Dan was a co-owner and he would be the person to take this up with. The problem is I can never get ahold of Dan... I asked if I could talk to the other owner, Robert, and Chad said no and that he could not give his info out. As a business owner myself, the problem is obvious: broken systems of follow-up and communication + bad customer service. As a loyal client of this company I gave them multiple opportunities to at the very least respond back. Chad mentioned one of the reasons Dan may not have gotten back was because he may not have been interested in the job. I would have really liked to know that so I didn't waste so much time! Bottomline: very disappointed and frustrated with this group.
