This place feels like home. My wife and I have been moving into a new apartment. It's been pretty hectic. During all the moving around and driving we decided we wanted a hot coffee and a nice meal. So I suggested a diner, and luckily she chose this one! From the moment we got in. I felt like I was in someone's living room. They greeted us with enthusiasm and a smile. We order the cheeseburger deluxe, and coffee and it was delicious. This establishment is clean, and the booths are not many but very spacious and beautiful. My favorite part of the visit was watching the waitress and waiter serve regulars. They knew what drink that ordered, their allergies, favorite meals and all. I come here just about every sunday after coming from my church down the block. This place is a small family owned diner with excellent service, great food and stellar prices. I have only eaten breakfast here, so my review is not too wide spread, but if the breakfast here is great, I can just about imagine how everything else is. The waitresses are very nice and very attentive. They are quick and I have never had a problem when it comes to the food. The will make whatever you want, however you want it. A group of people walk in and the waitress asked if I could move to a sitting booth by the counter. I replied no because I am already seated and I ordered my food. She said well your by yourself and I have a group. I said so what? She kept persisting and getting nasty with me while I was polite. I didn't want to make a scene so I left. . I understand you want to make money but once a person sits down and ordered their food it's wrong to ask them to move regardless if they are by themselves. I came to eat here with my family, so the head count was 5. The waitress told us to sit down, brought us our menus and then told us she would be unable to bring an extra chair for the 5th person. She said that the table across from us already had an extra table and chairs and if they brought us an extra chair, the pathway would be blocked. We moved a few blocks away from this place about 4 years ago. Every time we come in, we order typical diner food (breakfast, burgers, wraps, etc), and it is always delicious. It seems like a family-owned business, though I'm not sure. The wait staff is fantastic, fast, friendly, and always coming around to top off your coffee. We walked in on Saturday morning around 9:30 as a party of 9. Every booth was full, but we only waited about 10 minutes to be seated (at 2 separate booths, which was fine with us). It is a very small diner, but the food and the service is top knotch. Its a great place to go when we're looking for a quick bite, an affordable weeknight dinner out with the kids, or a delicious breakfast. We really like this place, and hope you will too. NY Grill is one of my favorite diners in Glendale. I used to live just two blocks from this place, so I've ate here quite a few times in the past. It's a family operated diner and it's been around for quite some time now, they definitely know what they're doing! The service is always friendly, fast and on point. There has not been one time where I was disappointed with the service. The menu is American, and everything that I've ever had has always been great comfort food. The burgers are delicious. I have been going to this place for a couple of years now. I love the staff here and I love the food. It is a great place to go after church on Sunday's or if you couldn't make dinner one night. The pricing is very good and they make you feel at home here. Now that I live in upper Glendale I am too busy to come here as much but I use to visit here at least twice a month. Just order food and it was delivery I asked for a wrap that contained jalapeño's and they gave me a Mexican omelet, which came up to ten bucks just for some eggs no type of meat in my omelet. Located on myrtle ave in Glendale Qns, This diner has most of the same menu items found in many of the same type of eatery. The food is good and the staff friendly. There breakfast lacks some of the normal items usually included, such as the OJ. Don't order the faux pas cappuccino, it's dispensed by a automated coffee machine. I has asked for one to sip while I enjoyed there Flan, but it was overly sweet and served in a paper cup. Couldn't drink it and asked the waitress why she didn't let me know that they did not have a real cappuccino machine. Got the HaHa sorry excuse. I'll still recommend this eatery even with the short comings. read more

I dont say youre welcome i say no, thank you. Its polite. On top of that if you do sAy youre welcome try to be nice while doing it. But the reason they truly fet one star isnt because of their consistant bad attitudes, its because i found a piece of plastic in my bacon. Yup, you heard me.
