My personal favorite is the powder because of how long they last, and my nails almost never break when I have it on. However all three were done well and lasted as long as you'd expect them to. My personal favorite part of the trip is my pedicure. They have a basic pedicure, but I always end up going for one of the spa options. They have a ton of different options to fit your personal preference, but I usually go for the aromatherapy pedicure. It includes a 10 minute leg and foot massage. I tried gel polish for my pedicure for the first time today, and I can say I'm a fan. I'm hoping it'll last even longer than my usual pedicure polish. Every part of my trip is always relaxing, and has me looking forward to my excuse to pamper myself.

I hate to call out a single manicurist, but this is the SECOND service I've from May (Mai) that was not on par with the other service members I've had. I spend close to $80 for a french manicure with tips using acrylic gel. The nails are WAY to thick, so that when they grow out you get this huge gap between your cuticle and new nail that is really unattractive. The service also took close to 2.5 hours, which is unacceptable. I have my nails done twice a month for the last 5 years and they rarely look this terrible. Mai needs needs more training. I felt bad complaining as she clearly took her time and did the best job she could, but I will never allow her to do my nails again. The picture of my nails is after only one week of growth. It would be nice if I was offered half off my next service as I've spent thousands of dollars at this salon and I've never had a complaint.

I stood when they raised their prices, i overlooked times I've gotten cut with a manicure, I've settled with the cold water pedicures and i even paid when I asked for matte topcoat instead of shiny and they said it would be $5 extra... I made it clear that I would still pay for the service and requested for them to remove the gel polish, and I profusely apologized for inconveniencing them. DO NOT LET THE MAN IN THE STORE TOUCH YOUR NAILS. He came to remove my polish. They decided not to use acetone but to just use the nail drill for the entire process. It start to hurt on my right hand, so I asked to be more gentle. Then, they absolutely ravaged my nails afterward. They practically drilled down to my skin. I was in so much pain that I cried. I still paid full price and tipped-- people pleasing quality of me. I have since been trying to grow out this "injury" exhibited in the attached photos. (Incident took place 5/15/23). You can see how deeply the man drilled. When I took my hands away, the man still wanted to drill more. THERE'S NOTHING LEFT TO DRILL! Never again.
