This is my go-to place when I crave some good pho. Their broth have much cleaner taste and heavier cilantro scent, which I like. The bad parts about this place is that it's dirty and uncomfortable at most times. The tables and chairs are sticky and everything just feels yucky. The service really depends on who is working at that time. Some servers are fast working and great, while some never come back to check on you after the food comes out. Their open kitchen design is a plus for me. Overall the food is good. Just wish they would work on the interior a little bit. read more

Came here to check out the food since I heard a buzz about it around town. Was pleasantly surprised by the nice atmosphere and decorating. You can tell the owners put a lot of thought into it. I was greatly quickly with great enthusiasm and politeness. They asked where we wanted to sit, which was a nice touch. We looked at the menu and I ordered the popcorn chicken as an appetizer and the chicken pho as my meal. This was my first pho experience and I found it quite tasty. They recently changed ownership. I have eaten here a few times with the first owners and the food was good in the beginning and then went downhill from there. I came here on the grand re-opening and ordered their Banh mi sandwiches and some tea sips from jazen tea connected next door. The sandwiches were good, but the bread was toasted to the point where it was too hard and was cutting up my mouth. Other than that, the flavors were really good. I'm giving 3 stars because the bread was hard and the price for a Banh mi is a bit pricier than other Banh mi places. read more

2nd great meal I've had here. Excellent pho, outstanding bahn mi, crunchy egg rolls, tasty drinks, and ohhhh man the beignets. I will say that our server was great except he forgot the noodle dish that we were splitting up for my kids. But that was made up for when he brought a free order of the beignets which are delightful. The food had good flavor. But right off the bat you walk in and you know it's not going to have that authentic taste. I ordered their most popular ordered banh mi but it was nothing to rave about. I did order a lychee jazen tea and it was really good and refreshing, only item I really enjoyed. Tried my sisters pho and it tasted really light, not enough flavor and little to no seasoning on the meat. I will give a thumbs up to the egg roll appetizer, it had great flavor. So I gave myself a week+/- to calm down and gather my thoughts: A friend and I decided to check it out and were pleasantly surprised with the modern decor. We were greeted and given menus. Ordered the banh mi, but was told that specific one was not available...No problem I will just get the pho and spring rolls as an appetizer. My friend ordered the same thing. 5 min later we get one order of spring rolls and both of the soups... I won't be picky here, but usually, the appetizer comes before the main dish..but this is where it really went down hill. The waitress told me the other order of spring rolls will be out shortly, no problem. 10 minutes go by (as I am eating my pho no app yet) I flagged down the waitress and ask for the spring rolls and she says they are not ready..OK. I waited another 10 minutes and flagged her down again (yes she never came to check in on her own) and inquired about my appetizer and at this point honestly, I was sort of pissed of... to make matter worse she proceeds to ask if "do you want me to go check on them?" I told her that would be a good idea and she didn't seem pleased to hear that but let's be honest why should I have to ask you? I told her that spring rolls take less than 5 minutes to roll up and she got pissed and told me that "we roll them in bulk (shrugged her shoulders) and I don't know why they aren't done". She went into the back of the kitchen with another female worker and came out laughing (not sure if they spit in my food at this point or not, but I wouldn't doubt it lol).. They did make it out to our table about 30 minutes after the initial order and I will say that she never came back to our table to say anything, in fact, another worker there brought us our check and DID take off both orders of spring rolls which was nice, but for the lack of customer service I will nto be coming back. First impression when walking in was that is was spacious and clean. The decor was minimal, neat, and pleasing to the eye. There were many tv with advertising with was off putting. Not sure if they were making more money from advertising other companies or with their actual food. We were seated immediately in a booth. The menus were interesting because they seemed new yet there were items crossed out and times were changed. I ordered a veggie pho and I applaud them for that. You can choose between two sizes and I opted for the rose bowl (the smaller one). The food came at a timely manner around 10-15 minutes. I shouldn't criticize their pho that hard since it is a veggie dish and usually pho broths are pork based so I'll say that it was decent. The noodle was good but the veggies were a bit hard as if they just throw it in last minute in the soup. My friend got a combination pho and based on what he said and how much sauce he put in it I would say it wasn't that flavorful. I came in two days in a row and was treated with great customer service. Yesterday, I seat down and ordered a honey delight and it was simply refreshing. I was recommended a tea and lemongrass banh mi combo and it FANTASTIC! Everyone was nice and my waiter, bandy, made sure I was comfortable and enjoying my meal. It's definitely not the most traditional place. It's not the most authentic place. It's more of making a trending cuisine trendier. With their take of Banh Mi being basically a French roll with spread and the pork with other veggies. It wasn't a real star. The Pho's broth wasn't exactly to die for either at our table. I had the take on Vermicilli (bûn), and it was weird eating it from that type of plate. It wasn't the worst, but it wasn't the best. If you're aiming for middle of the road Vietnamese cuisine then this is your place. With Pho Bac and 24 hr Pho places starring the area, I can't see myself giving this place another try. I've tried. I've WANTED to like this place. Admittedly, the food is good. I'm just so tired of the horrible customer service. On my last visit (and I mean last in both ways) it was nice or so I wanted to eat on their patio. Went inside so they could seat me. Asked if I could eat on the patio. I was told they would have to ask the manager. The manager wanted to know what we would be eating. I JUST WALKED IN THE DOOR. I DON'T KNOW YET. I asked why it mattered. He said "you're not allowed to eat soup on the patio." Did I mention the name of this place is Super Pho??? He offered no explanation, just simply said I can't eat soup on the patio. Ok what did this place do. The BBH here use to be a joke around town now its my place for BBH. THe broth is so clean and flavorful, I can finish the whole broth unlike most Vietnamese.. Nice and clean inside. Very attentive wait staff. My husband and I love their phos. You can tell they are using fresh ingredients. Although I havent been to a lot of vietnamese restaurants (only Lotus and I Love Pho here in Duluth area) I can say that Super Pho is right up there with them. I also like that this place isn't as crowded as others - hopefully it stays that way so I can eat in peace lol. They have BOGO phos from 3-5 too. And I love love and crave their calamansi/mango drink - so refreshing! read more

This is my fifth time coming to super pho, and as always it was amazing!!! The atmosphere is bright and exciting with comfy booths or tables of your choice! It is a full restaurant style venue with great service! There is also the option to order to-go! The waiters are speedy, polite, and funny making the overall experience terrific! As for the food, it holds its own level of greatness. This visit I ordered the Grilled Beef Rice with a Strawberry Fusion Smoothie. The steak was superb, marinated and seasoned perfectly for a delightful flavor cooked just right. The smoothie was also excellent with great taste. Came here for dinner on a weekday with a coworker. Ordered a medium pho with beef flank and tendon and a pork banh mi sandwich. The pho was luke warm and it was not flavorful or fragrant and there was hardly any meat in the pho which was disappointing. The banh mi was also mediocre, there was hardly any meat as well as vegetables. Very disappointing. There was only three other tables with customers dining, as we never saw our waiter again after he dropped off our food. He never came back to check on us or refill the waters. Once we finished eating, we had to wave down another waiter in order to pay for our meal. Even so, I still tipped the 15%. Overall not worth a second visit for me. Will not be returning because the service was lacking and also I don't like to eat luke warm pho that is flavorless and not fragrant of pho (star anise, etc). Came in and thought the environment looked nice, but the service was horrible. We didn't get our utensils until we asked for it, and our food was on the table. One of my friends didn't even get his banh mi sandwich because they forgot about it. We repeatedly asked for it, and the waiter just kept giving us a clueless look. They brought out the wrong order, and the waiter still gave us a clueless look (also made it seem like we were wrong). Another friend said he didn't want peanuts in his order, the waiter said it doesn't come with peanuts, and still received peanuts. Everything was just unpleasant. It wasn't even busy. Overall, it was a long wait for everything, and the food wasn't even filling. I tried to give this place the benefit of the doubt, but I'm just so enraged with the service. This was my first time there today, I went with my husband and daughter. We ordered 2 large bowls of pho and the broth of the pho was kind of bland. There were barely any noodles and they gave us such a small plate of bean sprouts and herbs, I had to ask for more. I ordered pho with meatballs, and there were only 2 meatballs. I also ordered the tuity fruity tea which tasted bitter and weird to me, I didn't enjoy it. I don't think we will be coming back here anytime soon. read more

I've tried pho here on the grand opening day. It was ok. I would rate 3 stars for it. Last night, I went to tried their banh mi & bun bo hue. The banh mi was juicy with the egg in it! The Best part was when they brought it out to serve. The banh mi was still crispy(which it must be like that every time). Finally, I tried their bun bo hue. It was tasteless! Today It's the first time I visit this new opening restaurant, and It was impressed me the seat arrangements of the restaurant looks really elegent and contemporary (not sure it has wifi supportor not). However, There are few things I was disappointed while enjoy the food here. Fisrt, the service is not professional, when I ask for the soda drinks the guy gave me the cup but did not let me know that the fountain drinks is out of soda (cause I order the pho combo, and it includes the soda drink), thus, the food was delivered slow and the broth was not hot enough as the way the bowl of pho supposed to be. They're very inconsistent. I've been here about four times now and every time I come, something has changed. First it was complete full self service, then they decided to change it to a serving system... The servers seem very inexperienced. The noodle portions are very small for the super bowl (large) and there's more for the Rose (small). Broth taste changes every single time, the banh mi is a hit or miss. the first time I've had it, it was so delicious. Perfect size baguette and perfectly toasted with the right amount of condiments inside. But the second and third time we had it, it tasted spoiled or bland and the bread has changed to a much smaller, soggy... Baguette.
