I am so glad this place opened up!!! I live in Tulsa but meet my parents in Claremore on occasion for dinner. The selection of places to eat in Claremore is dismal but when we found this diamond in the rough my family agreed this is our new place to get a bite. The service is great but the food is a LOT better. It reminds me very much of the Chinese cuisine I got when I lived in southern California. Only thing I can really say negative is the lack of lighting in the parking lot. It doesn't bother me so much as it does my wife. Other than that small ser back I would highly recommend this to any hungry local or traveller alike!

Pretty good American Chinese food. Out of all of the items I got. I'd definitely recommend getting the Lo Mein noodles. For the value, the food was definitely worth every penny.

Chicken lo mein combo plate. Lo mein was great! Not crazy about the rice or egg roll. Just get the lo mein :)

We tried this place out for the first time on be advice of family. The wait was very friendly and greeted us upon arrival. We placed our order and received our food in a timely manner. I ordered the Chicken Lo Mein combo plate that comes with "yellow rice", and egg roll and duck sauce. The duck sauce is served cold, which seemed odd to me to have hot food and really cold sauce. I was not crazy about the yellow rice or the egg roll. Both the rice and egg roll did not seem very fresh and had a staleness about them, but the lo mein...the lo mein was awesome! It was packed with flavor and plenty of sauce and chicken. It was the star of the combo plate for sure. If I had it to do over again, I would have just ordered that. Over all decent food and a friendly wait staff.

This is not a buffet. Finally! I am a little tired of all the buffets! Very pleasant atmosphere. The waitress, Erica, was friendly and quite helpful. One of our party has a food allergy and she made sure our order was safe. The egg drop soup, while a little salty, was chock full of egg and very tasty. The sesame chicken was exactly as described and yummy. I asked for yellow rice instead of pork fried rice and it was good. The portions are quite ample- I got the lunch special and it came with soup, rice and the entree. Good start for this new restaurant. I'll be coming back and hope the service stays just as good.

Customer service is authentic and argumentative. However the food for NEOK is really good. Recommend the fried wontons and the wonton soup.

Very good food, but even when you order ahead of time, you may have to wait on your to-go order. Not a deal-breaker, but annoying.

I am fairly picky about my Italian food, but this place hit the mark. For starters, they have one of the best house red wine vinegrettes I have tasted in a long time. It was good enough that I finished the remaining dressing with the bread. The crab filled stuffed mushrooms were covered in a tomato-basil cream sauce and I could not decide which was better: the sauce or the tender stuffed mushrooms under neath it. For my main dish, I had the good old standard Chicken Parmesan and was not disappointed. The chicken was well seasoned, crispy and coated in a rich marinara and a healthy done of provolone. It was served with a mountain of spaghetti dressed in a robust marinara with small chunks of vegetables that gave it the perfect blend of taste and texture. The service was excellent, friendly and humeours. My drink was never less than half full and I was checked on throughout the meal. There was a quiet, relaxed atmosphere with subtle music playing overhead that made one feel right at home. Overall it was a great experience.

She explained the different menu boards to us, one is for seafood boils, one is for fried food and one was the lunch menu. We placed our orders, grabbed our drinks and sauces and took a seat at one of the large, loungey booths. The sauces are self serve with tartar sauce, cocktail sauce, ketchup and malt vinegar. Our crab bites came out quick with a side of creamy (not spicy) remoulade sauce. We quickly dove in and were greeted with flavorful little nuggets of crabby goodness. Our shrimp and catfish platters came out next. The batter on both the shrimp and the catfish was incredible! It was cornmeal based, super crispy and well seasoned. You could see the flavor in the breading it was so good. The waffle fries were also exceptional. They weren't just there for backup, they were part of the delicious crispy flavor trio. The portion size was generous. I ate about half and took the other half with while my parents split a platter. The inside of the restaurant is very spacious and clean with a bright, modern feel to the space. It would be good for small or large groups. Again, I just wish I had tried this place sooner! I will be back ASAP to try some of the other menu items. The seafood boils look interesting, served with different flavored butters. I fully recommend this place for locals or if you're just stopping through the area and craving delicious seafood.

Since it was my first time being able to get a daiquiri I took the chance and got a mango daiquiri. It had me spinning after a few sips but it was a perfect match with the food. The server was so polite and offered great alternatives if you wandered about mixing and matching menu items. My food ended up taking a while so they gave me an extra piece of fish and let's just say that I was certainly pleased with that gesture. I didn't eat it all In one setting, so I was able to take some home and actually have lunch the next day. The place was such a relaxed space and easy spot to consume your food. It wasn't too cold in there and it wasn't too noisy. I will surely return.

At no point were we acknowledged, helped, or provided with basic courtesy. Due to this experience, we chose to leave the restaurant. As a first-time customer, I found this treatment disappointing and concerning. I would like clarification on whether this reflects your standard level of service. Or is it just your black customers that receive this type of service. I would appreciate your response regarding this matter. I ordered snow crab legs with garlic butter seasoning and boiled eggs, no spice. My friend ordered the same but hers was extra spicy. Our food comes out, I take one bite, and suddenly I'm coughing and choking like I just lost a fight with a seasoning packet. It was the same as her order -- definitely not what I asked for. I send it back, and the server returns suspiciously fast. I dig in again and immediately notice the crab legs are waterlogged, still a little spicy... and then I see them: my half-eaten boiled eggs from round one. That's when I realized--they didn't remake anything. They just rinsed it off added a different sauce and said, "Voilà!" My friend asked the server if they just rinsed it and recooked it and he actually said yes. I was disappointed, annoyed, and honestly confused--like, who does that? They didn't even try to hide the fact that they did that by refreshing the plate. My friend asked for it to be made fresh (which they finally did), but seriously... rinsing off someone's food and reserving it is wild. I was not prepared for that level of creativity.
