I am so glad this place opened up!!! I live in Tulsa but meet my parents in Claremore on occasion for dinner. The selection of places to eat in Claremore is dismal but when we found this diamond in the rough my family agreed this is our new place to get a bite. The service is great but the food is a LOT better. It reminds me very much of the Chinese cuisine I got when I lived in southern California. Only thing I can really say negative is the lack of lighting in the parking lot. It doesn't bother me so much as it does my wife. Other than that small ser back I would highly recommend this to any hungry local or traveller alike!

Pretty good American Chinese food. Out of all of the items I got. I'd definitely recommend getting the Lo Mein noodles. For the value, the food was definitely worth every penny.

Chicken lo mein combo plate. Lo mein was great! Not crazy about the rice or egg roll. Just get the lo mein :)

We tried this place out for the first time on be advice of family. The wait was very friendly and greeted us upon arrival. We placed our order and received our food in a timely manner. I ordered the Chicken Lo Mein combo plate that comes with "yellow rice", and egg roll and duck sauce. The duck sauce is served cold, which seemed odd to me to have hot food and really cold sauce. I was not crazy about the yellow rice or the egg roll. Both the rice and egg roll did not seem very fresh and had a staleness about them, but the lo mein...the lo mein was awesome! It was packed with flavor and plenty of sauce and chicken. It was the star of the combo plate for sure. If I had it to do over again, I would have just ordered that. Over all decent food and a friendly wait staff.

This is not a buffet. Finally! I am a little tired of all the buffets! Very pleasant atmosphere. The waitress, Erica, was friendly and quite helpful. One of our party has a food allergy and she made sure our order was safe. The egg drop soup, while a little salty, was chock full of egg and very tasty. The sesame chicken was exactly as described and yummy. I asked for yellow rice instead of pork fried rice and it was good. The portions are quite ample- I got the lunch special and it came with soup, rice and the entree. Good start for this new restaurant. I'll be coming back and hope the service stays just as good.

Order was definitely a to-go, which is good, because they don't have a dine-in option. Pretty extensive if routine menu, but I noticed they also served Pad Thai, and I've ever a fan of the dish, so I went with the shrimp version and a shrimp egg roll. Order time was about what I would expect for a Pad Thai, meaning it took a few more minutes than your usual Asian fare because it's got so darn many ingredients. Got my order and headed back to Owasso for dinner. It was still plenty warm when I arrived. First minor disappointment was no cilantro. Not sure how you do a pad thai without cilantro, or why. Luckily I had some, so I added it to my liking. Overall, the dish had plenty of shrimp, but seemed to lack the depth of flavor usually found in a pad thai. No notes of tamarind or that hint of fish sauce that's usually present. Overall, it was good, but only good. With a little more effort it could have been really good. The shrimp egg roll was huge, well cooked and full of flavor. I suspect their more mainstream asian dishes, chow meins, lo meins etc. are probably pretty good, and if I'm back that way and looking for an asian fix, I'll probably hit them up.

My whole family loves their food. It's always hot, plentiful and tastes great. They are now "take out only", which is fine. If you want to sit down, there is another Chinese restaurant in town, not nearly as good. This is my favorite and I'll keep coming here. Service is outstanding!!!!!!

It's been ages since we have been to Chengdu. I don't know why because it's probably my favorite…read moreAsian restaurant. I like it because of its authenticity. You can get all the common dishes here but you can also get some unusual dishes that are very authentic. My grandson once ordered jelly fish. You can't get that at very many local restaurants. Another thing I like is that they have a couple of large round tables with lazy Susans. Our extended family sat at one of those tables once. It was fun putting the things we wanted to share on the lazy Susan and being able to spin it around and try what we wanted. It made for fun conversation talking about the different dishes. That was when our grandson ordered jellyfish. The restaurant is fairly small but the large tables make the restaurant good for groups. I think this would be an excellent place for a Yelp event. They have a lunch menu but you have to ask for it. It includes some of the popular Asian dishes for $9:95. They have smaller portions that come with a choice of soup or egg roll. Danny and I asked to see the lunch menu, but decided to order off the main menu. We split Crispy Tofu with garlic sauce and egg rolls. I liked the presentation of the egg rolls. They were cut diagonally and arranged nicely on the plate. The tofu dish was quite tasty. Next time, I plan to get Mei Fun. I have had it here before and loved the variety of flavors. The service wasn't terrible but it wasn't wonderful. We got our food in a timely manner, but we felt rushed to order and she didn't check to see if we needed anything or refill our water glasses. Service here has been excellent in the past. I am glad we came back to Chengdu and were reminded of how much we like it. We will be back soon.

We had a small group and were able to get a table right away. Our table had a lazy susan in the center which is great for groups. The service was efficient and our food came out quickly. Our waitress did check on us periodically and did refill drinks. The portion size of the food was good and a little salty. I enjoyed the green beans but they had a little bit of a lemony flavor that had a weird after taste. I think the Kung Pao could have used a little more heat. The price for the food was decent.
