The sweet and sour sauce tasted like it was a marmalade. The chicken was hot, but the sauce was not complimentary. The rice was bland and undercooked as there were hard pieces of uncooked rice. Our main complaint was with the cleanliness of the tables. Ours smelled like mildew and we watched one employee clean off another table in which she used an obvious dirty rag. The Health Department should be made aware of their lack of proper hygiene regarding the cleanliness of the table. They also only give you plastic, cheap forks to eat with. In a sit down eating establishment, metal utensils should be provided. We can definitely mark this one off of our list as we will not be returning.

Ironically, they charged us $1:06 to use that credit card. That's a small amount, but it's an annoyance and something we take into consideration when deciding where to dine. We both got Pad Thai. I got conventional noodles and Dan got a clear bean noodle. I liked mine better but his were good. I ordered chicken but they gave me beef instead. It only took a few minutes to make it right but the second dish tasted like it had more salt. The decor was pleasant. It's a small restaurant with pleasing art.
