I have been coming to Amazing Thai Cuisine consistently for quite some time, and there are a few dishes that keep me coming back again and again. The first is their crab rangoon. There is something about the flavor here that stands out in a way that is hard to describe unless you have had it yourself. It has a subtle green curry influence that gives it a depth and richness I have not experienced anywhere else. Even as someone who has traveled quite a bit, it remains one of the most memorable versions I have had. My go to entrée is the panang curry. While the portion is a little smaller than some other curry dishes I have ordered elsewhere, the flavor more than makes up for it. It is bold, rich, slightly spicy, and incredibly well balanced. When poured over rice, the sauce does not just sit on top. It soaks into every bite, making the entire dish flavorful from start to finish. When I am looking for something a little lighter, I order the stir fried mixed vegetables with the seafood option. I love that it includes shrimp, squid, mussels, and chicken, making it a protein packed meal while still feeling fresh and vegetable forward. Everything is cooked tender, yet the vegetables maintain just enough crunch to keep the texture interesting. It is one of those dishes that leaves you feeling satisfied without feeling overly heavy. I have also tried the Thai chili wings several times. When they are at their best, they are absolutely delicious. They come out juicy, well sauced, and full of flavor. My only criticism is that they can be a little inconsistent. Some visits they are perfectly cooked and seasoned, while other times they are a bit less flavorful. Even so, when they get them right, they are some of my favorite wings in the area. The atmosphere is relaxed and comfortable, making it a great place for both dine in meals and takeout. Service has always been friendly, and food comes out hot and fresh. Overall, Amazing Thai Cuisine has earned its place as one of my regular spots. It's been a long time since we've eaten here. We went to Amazing Thai today because they are on the Southwest Airline Rapid Rewards dining partners list and we are working on a companion pass. Ironically, they charged us $1:06 to use that credit card. That's a small amount, but it's an annoyance and something we take into consideration when deciding where to dine. We both got Pad Thai. I got conventional noodles and Dan got a clear bean noodle. I liked mine better but his were good. I ordered chicken but they gave me beef instead. I ordered Uber eats delivery and the food came very quickly and was prepared correctly. However, I tried the beef pad se eaw and sadly the beef was very tough. There was not really any flavor to this dish at all and I was not able to eat it. The crab rangoon was wonderful and that was the best thing that I ordered. Also, I enjoyed my Tom kah soup however I didn't realize it didn't come with white rice everywhere else in town when I order the soup it comes with white rice but here I guess they want you to pay extra for it. Food, service and atmosphere are all pretty good. I had Pad Thai Woonsen with chicken and spouse ordered conventional Pad Thai also with chicken. I think the only difference is the noodles. When spouse got her dish she noticed it had beef instead of the ordered chicken. Since we are both supposed to limit red meat she asked the server to have it replaced. Took longer than expected and when she received it, the noodles were swimming in brown broth. She ate a few bites and pronounced it very salty. Another thing we're supposed to limit. I ordered the Pad Thai Woonsen for takeout tonight and it truly was Amazing! Portions were large and they have options to make it vegan! I ordered it mild, and couldn't detect any heat. Amazing Thai Cuisine is somewhat amazing. I was in Broken Arrow so decided to drop in for a quick bite since I love Thai food. Got the pad Thai which is a popular entree of the restaurant. I got mine with shrimp instead of chicken. The best feature is the pad noodle which is soft but still has a chewy texture to it which I just love. The sauce is a little sweet but it does have a hint of sourness to it, a little different from other places. The shrimps are good and you only get a few which is not too surprising. I do not like the green onions. Instead of diced, they are cut in big chunks which would be okay in a soup but not pad thai. Service is a little slow. When I came in there was really just one server managing the whole place. The other server was on break. She did a good job but I was seated for 5 minutes before she came to get my drink order. They have a drive through for pick up yet people still go inside to pick up to go orders. I am not sure how many people actually use the drive through. Amazing Thai Cuisine is a great option in Broken Arrow for Thai food. Food has a different taste which may suite certain people. I, myself, still prefer Keo based on this visit. read more

I really liked the authentic feel of this restaurant. Everything from the decor to the food was what I hoped for. Everything was perfect, the only reason for 4 stars instead of 5 is because it isn't like Lana Thai on Memorial, which has a warm, quiet, atmosphere that you could take a date to. We had spring rolls, which are not fried, the veggies in the veggie order were crisp, fresh, I'm sure made at the time of order- ditto the chicken spring rolls. The peanut sauce served in the little plastic cup was perfect. For the main course I had Cashew Chicken, which is served in a bowl with lots of broth. It has a 1 chili symbol on the menu for spiciness, and I'd say that is accurate. Boy it was good...and the white jasmine rice that came with it was perfect, though we had 1 order of fried rice to share - we could have gotten chicken, beef, or shrimp in the friend rice, but just went meat-less - great rice. My wife had a shrimp noodle dish but I don't recall the name - she said it was amazing, that this is a place to remember for sure for a quick bite or informal 'I'm in the mood for Thai' decision. First, the food is very good. Fresh and tasty. We went in on a Saturday night around 6. It was busy but we sat down easily and there were plenty of empty seats. There was one server and she seemed overloaded. So I knew it was going to take a little longer but that was fine as I had 1-1/2 hours before I needed to leave. Sadly, there was a mishap in the kitchen and our order was deleted. Deleted? Really? Interesting. The server was embarrassed and apologized. I've been a server before and know that awful feeling when something goes wrong and you have to try and save the situation. Reorders our meals and they were rushed. We left 1:45 after arrival. Obviously, a bad night for the kitchen. We were late to our show which was disappointing. I did get a discount (probably should've been free, but a discount was appreciated). The Thai tea there is good and they also offer boba teas and smoothies. The food is great for the price. Their Pad Thai is pretty good and one of our favorite appetizer is the papaya shrimp salad. It is fresh and crunchy, perfect for summer. The Tom Yum Soup is also one of my favorite there, you get a very generous portion so you could easily share if you get the bowl size.
