The spring rolls here are very fresh and tasty. The dipping sauce is well-prepared and flavorful. The staff is very friendly and attentive. The restaurant is clean and cozy. I will recommend this place to my friends.

I have been going to this place since I was a kid. Family is sweet, food is amazing. Great place. Must go if in Claremore!

Chicken chow mein over rice. Very good.

Dropped into Asean the other day with minimal time, so I had to settle for take out. Good thing because the place is hoppin at lunch time, and not a lot of places to sit, so plan accordingly. I opted for the combo fried rice, egg drop soup, spring rolls and Chicken chow mein with steamed rice. Still hot and fresh after arriving home in Owasso, I can say that not a single item failed to hit the mark. The soup was very good with a subtle yet wonderful flavor that I can't place. The spring rolls were good, if not maybe a tad overcooked. The chicken chow mein had plenty of vegetables and meat, and while some of the ingredients weren't what I'm used to for this dish, it was nonetheless outstanding. And the fried rice.... best in the area. I love it that the put bean sprouts in their rice, something other places seem unable to understand. Plenty of protein as well, and not overly pea heavy, which was nice, as I thoroughly detest green peas. I will definitely make the trip back over to C'more for some more of this wonderful stuff.

Wow Pho In Claremore!?! What more could a nice cold day ask for! The pho is not too shabby here. I just wish their rice noodles were a little harder. I went to this restaurant today knowing their noodles are too soft for my liking and I asked if the noodles could be al dente and the request was acknowledged but when the noodles arrived they were the same soft texture as I had before :( However, my pho cravings were satisfied. I also tried the special combination fried rice and they give you a heaping portion for the price. The taste was average to me but for the value, I'd definitely get it again. The service was quick and great!

Fresh Spring Rolls....so good.

Happened to be in Claremore a few nights back and needed a quick bite for dinner, and I remembered…read moreI'd been wanting to try this place for some time now. Order was definitely a to-go, which is good, because they don't have a dine-in option. Pretty extensive if routine menu, but I noticed they also served Pad Thai, and I've ever a fan of the dish, so I went with the shrimp version and a shrimp egg roll. Order time was about what I would expect for a Pad Thai, meaning it took a few more minutes than your usual Asian fare because it's got so darn many ingredients. Got my order and headed back to Owasso for dinner. It was still plenty warm when I arrived. First minor disappointment was no cilantro. Not sure how you do a pad thai without cilantro, or why. Luckily I had some, so I added it to my liking. Overall, the dish had plenty of shrimp, but seemed to lack the depth of flavor usually found in a pad thai. No notes of tamarind or that hint of fish sauce that's usually present. Overall, it was good, but only good. With a little more effort it could have been really good. The shrimp egg roll was huge, well cooked and full of flavor. I suspect their more mainstream asian dishes, chow meins, lo meins etc. are probably pretty good, and if I'm back that way and looking for an asian fix, I'll probably hit them up.

The inside of the place was not great. The front area is serving as a storage area. The food tasted ok, the flavor of all the food items was different from most other places I've been to. My thought was probably a different region where the preparation is different. I personally didn't care for it. Things were very oily. And my stomach didn't respond very well to it. My wife was fine but opted against taking leftovers for lunch.

You can get all the common dishes here but you can also get some unusual dishes that are very authentic. My grandson once ordered jelly fish. You can't get that at very many local restaurants. Another thing I like is that they have a couple of large round tables with lazy Susans. Our extended family sat at one of those tables once. It was fun putting the things we wanted to share on the lazy Susan and being able to spin it around and try what we wanted. It made for fun conversation talking about the different dishes. That was when our grandson ordered jellyfish. The restaurant is fairly small but the large tables make the restaurant good for groups. I think this would be an excellent place for a Yelp event. They have a lunch menu but you have to ask for it. It includes some of the popular Asian dishes for $9:95. They have smaller portions that come with a choice of soup or egg roll. Danny and I asked to see the lunch menu, but decided to order off the main menu. We split Crispy Tofu with garlic sauce and egg rolls. I liked the presentation of the egg rolls. They were cut diagonally and arranged nicely on the plate. The tofu dish was quite tasty. Next time, I plan to get Mei Fun. I have had it here before and loved the variety of flavors. The service wasn't terrible but it wasn't wonderful. We got our food in a timely manner, but we felt rushed to order and she didn't check to see if we needed anything or refill our water glasses. Service here has been excellent in the past. I am glad we came back to Chengdu and were reminded of how much we like it. We will be back soon.

I have had the opportunity to eat at some of the finest Chinese restaurants throughout San Francisco and have eaten at some of the best Chinese restaurants in Baja Mexico (I realize this may sound ridiculous, but Mexico has some of the best Asian restaurants). It may surprise you but the Chinese influence and culture is very rich in Baja. And, I like some heat! I am also somewhat familiar with the Schahuan region style of cooking recognized for being spicy and hot! I was visiting from Texas, my cousin and kinda fell upon this restaurant accidentally! Truly I forgot what all we ordered but I know I had the Green Beans and Chicken Lo Mein. This is one of the top three Chinese restaurants I have ever eaten at! The food was so authentic, just enough heat and delicious! I would love to return.

Our server was extremely friendly and quickly brought us drinks. Since this was our first time it took us a while to look over the menu which was quite extensive. The entire back page of the menu was filled with lunch specials which are priced very reasonably at $7.99. We all ordered from the lunch menu. I ordered Chicken lo Mein anda cup of Hot & Sour soup. The other people in my party ordered Sesame Chicken and General Tso's Chicken. All three of us were extremely pleased with the service and the quality of the food. My hot and sour soup was extremely delicious. It was chock full of sliced mushrooms and several pieces of tofu and it was almost a meal in itself and was served very hot. My Chicken lo Mein was equally delicious. The others in my party praised their meals as well and all three of us felt that we had finally found an excellent Chinese restaurant. I look forward to my next visit.
