I kept suggesting we go there one night for dinner and finally on a bustling Saturday evening we did! We were asked if we wanted to sit outside or inside and we chose outside so we could listen to the music and enjoy the ambience. We perused the menu and decided to start with a cocktail. I ordered "the Unicorn" which is described as having "assorted fruit liquor" and the server told me they were out of the fruit liquor. So I went with Robert's dew, while my bf got the Dragonberry mojito. Our drinks arrived fairly quickly and they were decent. We decided to start with the cheesesteak egg rolls as an app and for our entrees I did the crab cakes and he did the fried chicken. The egg rolls were also served very quickly, but it was at this moment we realized we had no silverware or napkins while everyone around us had cloth napkins on their laps. We managed to flag down our server and asked for napkins. She came back with cocktail napkins. It was our fault for not explaining we did not have silverware either, but our table was bare so we didn't realize we needed to be more specific. The egg rolls were served with a spicy ketchup, and were hot and delicious, with fried onions and a crispy coated outer shell. When our entrees arrived we still didn't manage to get silverware but the person delivering our food brought it over quickly. Now it's at this point I should mention I'm quite the foodie, who not only dines out frequently but also loves to cook. My crab cakes were a little on the "fishy" side and lacked flavor. All of the flavor was on the lemon aioli they were served with. That being said, they were definitely filled with crab and didn't seem to contain much filler. They just need some additional seasoning. The risotto it was served with could also use seasoning as well. My bfs fried chicken was served with French fries, Cole slaw, and corn bread. I tasted it and would give it all a 3/5 rating. Not bad at all, but nothing to rave about. It was on the dry side and again lacked flavor. We were considering dessert since we saw there were a few cookie style skillets when we looked up the menu in advance, but we were on the fence about if we should. When our server didn't ask if we wanted dessert we opted to skip it this time. Overall, the ambience is fun and it's a great place for a drink and apps with friends. The flatbread pizza seemed to be the star of the show and I think next time we will order from the sandwich, burger, or pizza menu rather than a full on dinner. Our server was HUSTLING and may have had a few tables inside too, which can be stressful, plus the restaurant was busy. We will come back and try again.

The two "Hostesses" gave a new meaning which is just the opposite. I'm in town in business and just happened upon this place. There are apparently two entrances to the building so myself and a coworker came in the back. I made eye contact with the Hostesses and neither made an effort to say Hi, ask a question, bring a Menu, NOTHING except to stare at me as if I didn't belong there. Finally the Bartender greeted us with Menu's and a kind word. I just got in town last night so today I planned on having my first Cheese Steak. The "Pounder Cheese Steak did not disappoint. It was rich with the Cheese they used and the grilled onions gave it just enough texture with the Bread. Exceptional! Onion Rings were good and tasted freshly cut. The Sauce served with the onion Rings made a great dipping sauce for the occasional bite of the Cheese Steak. Not sure I'll be back, at least not in this trip.
